It was absolutely amazing experience. We came from Japan & came to highland area to escape the city busyness. We are astonished about this hidden gem. As we came in we were welcomed with fantastic passion fruit juice. We came after dark & only requested simple white rice & fried vegetable but the chef and her staff made an amazing dinner with simple vegetable & rice. I realized how food prepared with heart can heal our soul. I was kept thinking if people in the world could eat this kind of food with real soul in it, could heal the whole world!! It is so amazing to be surrounded by beautiful trees &sounds of animals. I will definitely come back again. O

We got very nice experience when staying here 1 night. The room was perfect for our family of 3. We just had to pay for the 3rd person's breakfast. The Logde located nearby the Lion rock and village, easy to find and go to the rock or the Gambulla city within 10min. The host Isuru was very welcoming from the start and made sure that we had all that we needed. ( hot water, drinking water, towels, AC, fan). We also really appreciated Mr Alain, a french gentleman resident in the sameplace! The room also had all the necessary for us to not be bitten by insects (scents and more). There was also a room for the driver at a very resonnable price. However we found the wifi a little weak, but else everything was good. In the surroundings it is peaceful, and we woke up to nice little sound of the nature and a well prepared typical srilankan breakfast and fruits! Delicious!

Just a short walk from the bus stop, this gem of a guesthouse is hands down the best place to stay in Sri Lanka. The owner goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, always offering help and thoughtful advice. He even arranged for a local tuk-tuk driver at a very reasonable price, ensuring I had the best experience exploring the area. Every afternoon, he would check in and offer a delightful cup of tea, making the stay feel extra special. His wife’s cooking is an absolute highlight—breakfast was not just delicious but prepared with so much care, adding a homely touch to every meal. The room itself was super clean, big, and incredibly comfortable. From start to finish, they both made me feel completely at home. I can say this was the best accommodation I experienced during my time in Sri Lanka, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a truly memorable and comfortable stay.

스리랑카 숙박에서 가장 좋아하는 호텔이었습니다! 자연을 느낄 수 있습니다. 방에 들어갔을 때 작은 개구리가 있어 놀랐습니다만, 스탭이 상냥하게 잡아 놓쳐 주었습니다. 벌레도 나오지만 자연이 가깝기 때문에 어쩔 수 없을까라고 생각되는 레벨입니다. 아침에는 정원에 원숭이가있었습니다. 청결감이 있고, 어메니티도 스리랑카에서는 드물게 칫솔의 준비가 있었습니다. 이번에는 연박하고 천천히 보내고 싶습니다.

The lake next to the property is beautiful and the owner is really accommodating - he escorted me to the lookout as it is dangerous to go out by yourself in the evening and early morning because of the elephants that may wander through the area. Both him and his wife were very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Sigiriya. The room has a tea and coffee station, a mini fridge, and air conditioning. You are in nature, so if you don’t mind a couple of little frog friends in the bathroom, and you are a bird enthusiast, then this is the place for you.

Abbiamo pernottato qui due notti per poter godere delle due attrazioni principali della zona. I ragazzi sono molto disponibili ed il responsabile è un giovane simpatico che ci sa fare! La posizione è molto tranquilla anche se non molto lontano dai locali. Camera buona e anche la colazione servita all'ultimo sulla terrazza che guarda sulla rocca. Di notte la strada sterrata è completamente buia e vi sconsiglio di andarci a piedi meglio se con una macchina o un tuktuk.

Волшебное место. Приветливый персонал. Управляющий все время спрашивал нравится ли нам здесь и как у нас дела. Нам очень понравилось. Завтраки обычные. В номерах халат и тапочки, вкусная косметика, зубные щетки есть, все мебели из натурального дерева.Бассейн работают до 19.30. В пешей доступности вход на гору Сигирья и в пешей доступности смотровая на гору Пидарунгала. Рядом кафе, есть мини магазинчики, работают до 21-22 вечера. В отзывах пишут, что проблема с электричеством, да действительно она есть, но не весь день и это не отель, а общая проблема острова и страны в целом, нехватка энергоносителей. Это один из отелей сети Ekho, мы жили рядом в Бентоте, нам он тоже понравился.

Embora a nossa estadia tenha sido curta, foi bastante agradável graças à simpatia do staff em particular do Mr. Ruchira, que nos fez sentir muito bem-vindos desde o início. O alojamento era limpo e confortável, e a localização era excelente. Ficamos impressionados com o cuidado e a atenção aos detalhes, tornando a experiência muito positiva. Com certeza voltaremos!

이 호텔은 시기리야에서 걸어서 갈 수 있는 숲 속에 위치해 있습니다. 숲 속에 있어서 벌레가 많을 거라고 예상했는데, 놀랍게도 방 안에는 벌레가 거의 없어서 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 저는 2박을 예약했고, 아침에는 시기리야 바위에 오르고 오후에는 수영장에서 쉴 계획이었습니다. 하지만 호텔 측에서 낮에는 객실 전원을 차단하는 정책을 시행하고 있는 것 같았습니다. 직원에게 전원을 다시 켜달라고 요청했고, 직원이 켜주긴 했지만 얼마 지나지 않아 다시 꺼졌습니다. 전원이 꺼지면 방은 완전히 어두워지고, 와이파이도 에어컨도 작동하지 않습니다. 다시 켜달라고 요청해도 같은 상황이 반복될 것 같았습니다. 이런 상황이 스트레스만 더할 것 같아서 다른 호텔로 옮기기로 했습니다.
