Dear Hitohana Team, I am now on my way home after completing my trip with my parents. I would like to express my deepest gratitude for your prompt and thoughtful assistance on September 21. You kindly located my mother’s insulin, kept it refrigerated, and arranged shipment without delay. Even though it was late in the day and difficult to send by courier, you still found a way to make it possible. After the shipment, you patiently answered all of my questions, which allowed me to receive the package without issue. Thanks to your professionalism and kindness, a very difficult situation for my family became much easier to handle. Because of the medicine, we were able to safely complete our entire travel itinerary. I sincerely thank you once again for your outstanding support. Warm regards, ....'
