We arrived at a small village villa in Chengdu, unsure of what to expect, and left with hearts overflowing with warmth and gratitude. In a place where no one even knew our religion, we were welcomed like family. Every greeting, every smile, every gesture radiated genuine kindness — something you rarely find in modern hotels. Jojo was the heart of that experience. She stayed with us for dinner, thoughtfully asking about our dietary needs as Muslims and ensuring every meal was prepared with care and respect. Her presence went beyond service; it was her way of making us feel truly seen, valued, and at home. Equally unforgettable was the aunty who served us with unwavering dedication and warmth. Every meal she prepared, every little detail she attended to, showed a sincerity that made us feel like part of the family. They are undeniably an asset to the homestay, and their kindness added a layer of comfort and joy that we will never forget. This homestay is spacious and ideal for Muslim travelers as well as families, offering a rare combination of comfort and authentic local hospitality. It is a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the city, but if you are seeking calmness and the genuine charm of Chengdu, this is the perfect place to stay. True hospitality isn’t about polished professionalism or fancy amenities — it’s about heart, authenticity, and human connection. The generosity, thoughtfulness, and warmth we experienced here are rare treasures, and the memories of this stay will remain with us forever.

A beautiful, majestic escape from the bustling city. Delicious food options at each of the 3 restaurants. The room was amazing. Gorgeous view in the morning. We selected a fragrance on arrival and all the bathroom amenities matched our chosen fragrance. The staff were delightful, especially Albert. He was attentive, professional and served us impeccably. Only problem was our stay was too short. Other than that, perfection.

I had a wonderful stay at Tiangong Heyuan Hotel Huashuiwan. The staff were outstanding—professional, warm, and always ready to help. Every evening, they thoughtfully sent delicious local snacks to the room, which made the experience feel extra special. The team was extremely helpful with public transport guidance and could even assist in arranging transport when needed, making travel smooth and stress-free. The hot spring facilities were incredibly comfortable, with clear and friendly instructions provided for first-time visitors. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the added AI support made the stay even more convenient. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. I will definitely come back again!

so far 3 night at chengdu. this is the most favourite accommodation of mine. The host super kind, helpful, generous. The room so spacious for 4 of us (2 kids /2 adult) the best things is the bed got heater & wool blanket to make sure we warm because weather here is super cold. Also i love the comfy sofa provided and I can relax and doing my work using the laptop. The host also gave us borrow extra heater and so generous provide us an oranges. The best part is I can put my luggage at reception while I go up to Xiling Mountain. You can ask the host to help booking bus ticket back to Chengdu city. Open the window and just secure the window net so you can enjoy the windy cold weather. Feel so blessed enjoying the God nature here. Overall I highly recommended this accommodation. So relax and peaceful.. the only sound I can hear is my kids snoring 😜🤣

位於西嶺雪山山頂，風景奇美。晚上看到落日，早上遇到大雪，很幸運，玩得很開心。服務員耐心細緻。早餐比較簡陋，可以自帶一點喜歡的食物。 行禮轉運服務很方便，每成人一個箱子的免費轉運服務。如果有手提行李無法轉運的，可以拿去湖邊的服務點代為保管，千萬不要傻傻的直接走去滑雪大廳了。

청두에서 여기로 왔는데, 온라인에서 이 호텔을 보았어요. 집은 매우 깨끗하고, 호텔은 매우 잘 꾸며져 있고, 주인은 매우 좋은 사람입니다. 문 밖으로는 강물이 흐르고 있지만, 방 안은 매우 조용합니다. 베개가 매우 부드럽고 편안해서 잠들기에 좋습니다. 우리는 다음 날 하이킹을 했는데, 풍경이 정말 멋졌어요.

Quaint hotel in the centre of town, with bustling morning market right on the street below. No elevators, had to haul luggage up stairs. Rooms are equipped with heater and even heated blankets! Took didi from hotel to Xiling Ski Resort for RMB80 (50 + 30 extra for mountain drive). Food a bit difficult for Muslims or Vegetarians, best bring instant noodles or ready-to-eat stuff. Auntie Chow, the assistant, was very helpful in providing service despite the language barrier. Very happy with our stay here.

화수만(花水灣)에는 대여섯 번 정도 방문했습니다. 이번에는 주로 아이들과 온천을 즐기고 어른들은 더위를 피하기 위해 트윈룸 세 개를 예약했습니다. 호텔 환경과 위치는 매우 훌륭했습니다. 호텔이 개업한 지는 좀 되었지만 관리가 잘 되어 있었고, 규모도 큰 편이라 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었으며 주차도 편리했습니다. 객실 내 편의시설도 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다. 냉장고, 금고, 가운, 일회용품 등이 있었고, 특히 좋았던 점은 세 개의 라운지 의자가 있어서 모두 앉을 수 있었다는 것입니다. 화장거울도 있었으며, 객실 수압도 좋고 충전용 콘센트도 많았습니다. 발코니에는 유리 테이블 하나와 의자 두 개가 놓여 있었고, 옷을 말리거나 남성분들이 흡연할 수 있는 공간으로 활용 가능했습니다. 아래층에는 바비큐 식당, 슈퍼마켓, 먹거리 골목 등이 있었고, 두 강이 합류하는 곳이라 강변 산책도 가능했습니다. 다양한 온천탕도 많았으며, 유리 다리 수영장도 있었고 아침 식사도 풍성했습니다. 다만 아쉬운 점은 엘리베이터가 좀 작아서 피크 시간대에는 오르내릴 때 잠시 기다려야 한다는 것이었습니다. 또한 객실 에어컨 실외기가 작은 발코니에 설치되어 작동할 때 너무 시끄러워서 수면에 방해가 되었습니다.

아주 좋은 호텔. 산 아래에서 케이블을 가져 가야합니다 (자신 지불). 호텔로 운송되는 수하물 CNY10 각 수하물의 또 다른 지불. 서비스가 빠릅니다. 체크인 경험도 빠릅니다. 방에 엑스트라 베드를 요청했는데 하루에 한 번만 할 수 있으므로 이용 가능 여부를 확인해야 한다고 알려졌습니다. 확인 후, 그들은 할 수 있다고 언급합니다. 우리가 저녁 식사에서 돌아온 후 우리 방에있는 곳이었습니다. 환경이 매우 좋습니다. 욕실 바닥도 난방이 됩니다. 우리 방은 오버 헤드 프로젝터를 사용하여 TV 프로그램을보고 있습니다. 인터넷이 정말 안정적이지 않아 TV 프로젝터가 때때로 매달려 있습니다. 호텔을 체크아웃하기 하루 전에 프로젝터를 끌 수 없으므로(그날은 숙면을 취하지 않음) 함께 잠을 잘 수 밖에 없습니다. 그러나 귀하의 요청에 대한 서비스는 좋습니다. WeChat을 사용하여 룸 서비스를 요청할 때 객실에 전화가 없습니다. 전반적으로이 호텔은 좋은 위치, 좋은 서비스 및 좋은 환경을 갖추고 있습니다.

전반적으로 매우 만족하고 사장님이 매우 열정적이며 다른 서비스 직원도 매우 좋습니다. 가게에 귀여운 새끼 고양이도 있어요~ 택시타기 불편하면 픽업도 있어요 추가요금이 필요하지만 가격은 보통입니다. 일부 택시와 달리 두 배의 가격을 지불해야 합니다. 이 호텔은 Qianshan과 매우 가깝고 매우 편리합니다. 길 전체에 티베트 족장 원숭이가 많이 있습니다. 첫날은 Qianshan, 둘째 날은 Houshan으로 갈 수 있습니다.
