I booked the pet room with my dog and was really happy with the room. The room is spacious and clean, it also has a backyard for my dog which was really great. I thought I had to pay for parking but the staff told me the parking at the front of the building is free and I was quite lucky and managed to get a spot when I got there. Location is great, not far from CBD and all the resturants so there were lot food choices. Also really loved the building and the garden, will definitely be choosing Mercure next time I am in Canberra.

Friendly staff and large comfortable rooms. 24 hours a day kiosk with coffee was very good as well.

Lovely historical hotel in excellent location a few minutes walk to the galleries. Great breakfast options and excellent meals. Friendly and accommodating staff. Relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.

방은 작았지만 편의 시설은 충분했습니다. 칫솔은 꼭 챙겨오세요. 또한 공용 구역의 라우터에서 떨어져 있어서 제 방에는 와이파이가 없었습니다. 침대도 엄청 부드러워서 허리가 나쁜 사람이나 노인에게는 적합하지 않을 수도 있습니다. 침대에 얼룩이 몇 개 있는 것도 발견했습니다.

인터넷 서비스가 좋지 않았고 샤워실에도 약간 문제가 있었습니다. 호텔 측에서 신속하게 해결해 주었습니다. 호텔 서비스는 훌륭했습니다. 객실에 이탈리아산 고급 커피 머신과 주전자가 비치되어 있었습니다. 샤워젤과 바디로션도 정말 마음에 들었습니다. 5성급 호텔 수준의 제품입니다. 강력 추천합니다. 호텔에 대해 유일하게 지적할 점이 있다면 샤워헤드를 교체해야 한다는 것입니다.

장점: 호텔은 주요 관광 명소와 가까운 최적의 위치에 자리하고 있으며 교통이 편리합니다. 59번 버스가 호텔에서 시내 중심가와 주요 관광지까지 바로 운행되어 대중교통 이용이 매우 편리합니다. 주변에는 편의시설이 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 도보 10분 거리에 슈퍼마켓이 있고, 호텔 내 카페는 도보 5~6분 거리에 있어 일상생활에 필요한 물품을 쉽게 구입할 수 있습니다. 또한, 인근에 대형 주차장 두 곳이 있어 자가용 이용객을 위한 주차 공간도 충분합니다. 객실에는 토스터, 온수기, 식기류가 구비되어 있어 더욱 편리합니다. 단점: 더블룸은 비교적 작으며, 침구는 이불 대신 시트와 담요만 제공되어 편안함이 다소 떨어집니다. 슬리퍼와 일회용 세면도구는 제공되지 않으므로 투숙객은 직접 준비해야 합니다.

The room was spacious and bed big and comfortable. The view was right to the pool area. The pool was heated nice and warm, big gym with great selection of equipment . The breakfast was good, but the coffee included was nothing special no barista coffee.

This is the second time I've stayed at Ibis Styles & and unfortunately, my first impression was confirmed. The reception thoughtfully offered me an upgrade from a deluxe queen room to a deluxe king room. To be blunt, I'm not sure where the 'deluxe' came into it. And I was glad not to have booked a standard room. The room was basic beyond description, apart from a king bed. No bedside lamp, opened milk in the fridge, doors hanging off their hinges, bathroom still had hair on the floor, not even a tea spoon. Such a shame as the location is great.
