안나 그랜드 호텔(Anna Grand Hotel)은 잘 알려진 아름다운 호텔입니다. 위치는 훌륭합니다. 불행하게도 내가 방문했을 때 직원들의 태도는 그다지 높은 수준이 아니었습니다. 시설도 너무 좋았고 음식도 괜찮았습니다.

그것은 거대한 호텔이며, 분명히 유지 관리할 자금이 없습니다. 객실은 깨끗하지만 가구가 잘 갖춰져 있지 않습니다. 성수기 자격을 갖춘 직원은 지역을 떠났기 때문에 가능한 모든 곳에서 모두 채용된 것 같습니다. 레스토랑은 다소 평범합니다. 모두가 매우 친절하고 도움이 된다고 말해야 합니다.

We had the pleasure of spending a few days at the beautifully renovated Anna Grand Hotel, and we couldn’t be more impressed. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between classic elegance and modern comfort, located in a stunning 19th-century building surrounded by historic charm. The Lake Balaton shore is just a one-minute walk away, and the hotel’s café terrace is a true oasis of peace and relaxation. The cuisine is excellent – with a rich and varied breakfast and a first-class dinner every evening. Every meal was a delight. The staff are exceptionally kind and courteous, always ready to help with a smile. This was a truly unforgettable getaway. Congratulations to the entire team at Anna Grand Hotel – we will definitely return!

Anna Grand in Balatonfüred has been beautifully renovated, blending historical charm with modern comfort. The rooms are stylish, well-equipped, and spotless. The wellness area is spacious and relaxing, offering a great way to unwind. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of fresh and delicious options. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay truly enjoyable. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the lake and promenade. Highly recommended for a luxurious getaway at Lake Balaton!

We had a very good stay. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel. The hotel is really 5 star quality, the food fantastic, the spa very good, the rooms are comfortable and the personnel is very helpful. And in the same time you can feel the history behind the walls. It is a place where must go.

The hotel sits at the centre of all the action in town yet remains tranquil and calm. It is an elegant and sophisticated establishment which it wears lightly. The meals were of excellent quality and quantity. Slight down grades for the maintenance of the rooms. Issues that could and should have been fixed easily and the lack of English tea and boiling water which is a silly mistake. We enjoyed our stay and extended it by several days and would recommend.

The stuff was definitely not polite, not talking to me nicely. They had a problem with my booking at the spa reception, could not find it . I really felt like treated not in a good manner. The masseur was the same guy, so I was not happy at all. In the end it was 40 minutes instead of 50… which I paid for

Se trata de un buen hotel, muy bien situado junto al paseo del lago. La habitación era realmente espaciosa y cómoda, al igual que el baño. Ofrece un fantástico desayuno, digno de un hotel de su categoría. No pudimos disfrutar del spa, puesto que cerraba a las 20:00 y llegamos un poco más tarde. Tampoco nos pareció que ofreciese muchas alternativas para cenar en el restaurante.
