"웰빙 경험을 향상시킬 수 있었고 사우나가 제대로 작동하지 않았으며 수영장은 우리 취향에 충분히 따뜻하지 않았습니다. 그렇지 않으면 우리의 체류는 즐거웠고 음식은 훌륭했으며 호수는 매우 가깝습니다. 직원들은 정중하고 도움이 되었습니다."

"방은 괜찮습니다 호수에서 조금 떨어져 있고 도보로 20분 걸립니다 어두우면 한 사람이 돌아갈 때 조금 무섭습니다 나는 하룻밤을 머물렀고 그 방에 매우 만족했습니다. 그래서 원래 방은 하룻밤 동안 계속되었고 Trip.com 에서 성공했습니다. 그러나 호텔 집사는 그 방이 이미 예약되었다고 말했습니다. 나는 방을 바꿔야한다. 나는 꺼려하지만 여전히 타협했다. 그 결과 새 방의 발코니가 반쯤 작습니다. 샤워기가 고장났습니다 창문과 커튼은 빛을 차단하지 않습니다. 아침 일찍 빛에 잠에서 깼다. 체크아웃할 때 집사님이 1480 푸진시세 지불을 요청해주셨어요 현금 받아주고 5000푸린 주셨어요 외출 후 발견했어요 3020푸린을 돌려줬는데 500푸린이 빠졌어요 의도적으로 이런 식으로 팁을 모으셨나요? 받아들일 수 없다!"

"Resort is amazing. Perfect adult sanctuary. Staff and amenities were terrific. Breakfast and dinner was delicious. Michelin star!!! Shoutout to Jennifer for being sooo helpful and welcoming at the front desk. Food is amazing. Robert was our waiter and was a great experience. Highly recommend this stay. Sad to leave!!!"

"호텔은 일차적인 호수 전망이 없습니다. 건물과 녹지로 인해 앞이 막혀 있습니다. 발코니가 있는 호수 전망 객실을 예약하더라도 3층 이상에 있어야 호수를 볼 수 있습니다. 그러나 호텔은 비교적 새롭고 완벽한 시설과 깨끗한 환경, 세련되고 심플한 디자인을 갖추고 있으며, 서비스 직원이 친절하며, 직접 운전하면 유료 주차가 가능한 주차장이 있습니다."

"Avoid at all costs ! Me and my partner and his little daughter,came here for two nights , three weeks ago and it was spoiled by the majority of staff there and the food . The food was like warm and zero options for children . The tables outside were covered with mould , masses of cobwebs ,spiders . The waitress was extremely rude and ignored us when we asked anything. We ended up eating out for both nights because it was that bad . The rooms were a good size, with a big balcony but we did not see a cleaner once and when we came back to our rooms , the bathroom mirror was smeared with handprints , very slippery and Damp on the floor outside the bathroom which left a bad smell . The balcony was filthy and laced with thick cobwebs and spider. We also found a few little bugs in the mattress. We did complain to reception and they gave us some house wine as a good will gesture, which was thoughtful but nothing changed on the second night . The kitchen had no management and no sight of cleaners . This hotel is a good design and looks lovely outside but it seems the management team are non existent here and the standards are very poor . I do however feel that all the reception staff were lovely and agreed that the standards within the hotel needed to improve and they did agree a few previous customers have complained of similar things . I would never give this hotel another chance it return . This was part of a family break and a mini holiday for my partners little daughters birthday ,which was completely ruined . We did raise all our issues to the reception at the end and one of the reception ladies placed my partner on the phone to some woman from the directorship management ,who wasn’t even at the premises. My partner explained everything that we had experienced at this hotel . I firmly believe with a better management team , they could really make vast improvements in this hotel, employing staff,with a “can do “ attitude, in the near future but they have a long way to go , to get to that standard. I do hope the reception team find another job in a better run hotel because the ones that we did meet was very understanding and agreed with us and must of felt embarrassed for their let down team within the hotel grounds This is an honest review and I am disappointed it wasn’t a positive outcome from our vacation here . "환경 : 호텔은 Balatonfured 기차역 🚉에서 도보로 약 10 분, 호수까지 도보로 5 분 거리입니다. 건물은 200 년의 역사를 가지고있을 수 있으며 유지 보수는 여전히 매우 좋으며 객실은 매우 구식입니다. 위생: 린넨은 상당히 깨끗하지만 수건에 얼룩이 남아 있습니다. 빨리 바치기를 권장합니다. 흰색 수건은 얼룩을보고 감각적으로 좋지 않습니다."

"사람들은 금지 및 흡연 구역에 대한 정보 대신 오리에게 먹이를 주면 안된다는 정보가 있기 때문에 해변 침대에서 담배를 피웁니다. 방이 2인용 너무 작아서 밤에도 3명이 묵는 것은 드라마다. 나는 마지막 날에 10.00에 대해 무료로 가지고있는 방을 이해하지만 10.30에 대해 떠나야하는 호텔은 야외입니다. 11.30까지 호텔에 머무를 수 있어야 합니다. 어른을위한 매력이 없습니다 - 어린이를위한 끔찍한 시끄러운 게임으로 가득합니다 ... 매우 바쁜 거리에있는 호텔. + 깨끗하고 멋진 해변, 침대는 항상 이용 가능하며 무료입니다(브라보). 식사와 음료는 약. 밤에 알코올이 있는 바는 매우 효율적으로 작동합니다. 호텔 전체의 서비스는 매우 좋습니다. 호텔에는 어린이 명소가 있습니다."
