Good location and nice breakfast. The room was clean but the smell of air fragrance was a little too much for me.

I checked out within 3 hrs! HORRIBLE service! Do not book deluxe room with balcony! They will give you a horrible garbage lane facing room with balcony. Literally paid extra after looking at the photos of balcony and got a room just above 8 big garbage dumps of street! Even the check in staff Zeki was so cold natured rude and didnt even reply or talk properly! I dont know how and why this horrible place has such great reviews .. i dont know if it is paid reviews or what.. the cleaning lady and the door boy are very courteous only! I asked them to give me another room (even if it is a downgrade from what i paid for "delux" room because i dont think anyone likes to stay in garbage smell just right outside the balcony when paying so much), to that they replied they can't help. When asked one of the staff later they said there are many rooms available but the receptionist is not giving you because he doesnt want to do re entry online!!! I paid more money and was ready to settle for a no balcony smaller room if it meant away from stink and dirty street garbage bins but they did not help at all! I literally checked out within 3 hours as we could not stay in that old small damp stinky room and checked into another hotel. Money wasted and horrible experience for an otherwise great trip! Stay away from this place!!!

Nice room. The vacuum cleaning could have been better. The bathroom had a bad smell due to some piping issues. The guys at the reception were all nice and polite!

Very Nice humble and cooperative staff , especially Fidan , Malik Zaki during day time warmly welcomed, at night young and brilliant boy Mr sabuhi very Nice and cooperative. Breakfast superb. Overall great experience to stay with midway looking forward next time again visit Azerbaijan must stay with Midway.

Das Hotel liegt in der Altstadt. Sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss zu erreichen. Man hatte den Eindruck, dass das Hotel neu renoviert wurde. Es verfügt über drei Etagen, wobei sich in der ersten und zweiten Etage die Gästezimmer befinden. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Unser Zimmer hatte nur ein Dachfenster, da es in der Zweiten Etage unterm Dach befand. Obwohl es In der Zimmerbeschreibung stand, ist mit das nicht aufgefallen. Das war aber kein Problem, da das Zimmer über eine Klimaanlage verfügte, was man selbst einstellen konnte. Wir würden wieder in dieses Hotel gehen, ein Zimmer aber in der ersten Etage nehmen.

이 호텔에 가지 마세요. 그들은 엄청난 사기꾼입니다. 먼저 주차에 대해 거짓말을 합니다. 호텔 주변에는 주차 공간이 없고, 호텔에 가까운 주차 공간을 찾는 것은 매우 어렵습니다. 그런 다음 예약을 망칩니다. 저는 더블 디럭스 룸을 예약했습니다. 하지만 그들은 냄새 나는 욕실이 있는 스탠다드 룸을 주었습니다. 어리석은 태도를 가진 훈련되지 않은 비전문적인 직원. 그들은 무엇을 하는지 모르는 듯합니다. 바쿠에는 더 저렴하고 깨끗하고 편안하며 더 나은 서비스를 제공하는 훨씬 더 나은 부티크가 있습니다. 미드웨이 바쿠 호텔은 절대 NO입니다. 이 호텔에 돈을 낭비하지 마세요. 호텔도 아닙니다. 호스텔과 더 비슷합니다.

This hotel is the worst scam ever. I suspect that their online reviews are fake/bought reviews. Otherwise, I cannot explain the HUGE gap between the reviews and reality. First of all, the staff mostly does not speak English. We reserved 3 rooms online, but they never got back to us despite recurring calls and emails. So, when we arrived at the hotel, we were not certain whether they had rooms for us or not. Unfortunately, as it turned out, they did have rooms for us. The rooms were DIRTY, mine DID NOT HAVE A WINDOW at all, all stank of the SEWAGE (which was a main motif in the hotel). The NOISE from the street was unbearable (even without a window). For some reason, KIDS were RUNNING IN THE CORRIDORS at around 3:00 AM, screaming. The STAFF in the corridors were also NOISY with their walkie-talkies. NONE OF THE REQUESTS FROM RECEPTION WERE EVER TAKEN CARE OF. When I told them I did not want to stay there for the second and third night, they REFUSED TO GRANT A REFUND (it was all paid upfront at the reception upon checking in), and we just left the rooms, still paying for them. Finally, the location (apart from the very noisy street) is not bad. All in all, DON'T THINK ABOUT IT IF YOU LIKE YOURSELVES EVEN SLIGHTLY.

Nice hotel in a good location, very close to the main street. Clean. They leave 2 bottles of water every day. Good breakfast with a large selection. Sometimes pastries used to be old, cooked food also used to stand for a couple of days. I think food should be fresh every day. The housekeeper used to reorganize my things and rummaged through the drawers. The sheets were not changed for 7 days of stay! There was always a problem with the toilet pair, I had to ask at the reception to get some. On the last day, we had an early flight and had to get to the airport at 5 AM, so we asked them to pack lunch boxes for us. In the kitchen they didn't make anything, no sandwiches or something similar. They put one piece of toast and one waffle, no eating cutlery, everything was just thrown into one bag without any order. We ended up throwing away the lunch packs. In general, I do not recommend the hotel because they have a lot to learn about customer service and how to treat guests.

I stayed in this hotel from 11th august to 14 august 2024 ( Three nights). Only reason to stay in this hotel is it's location, very close to Nizami street. Super market is just in this hotel building, Taxi stand is just 50 meters from hotel. The room are good, neat & clean. But Lobby is very very small. Only two chairs for the guests. Only one staff in reception. so room check- in takes longer time. The lady on reception is very soft spoken and helping nature. The worst part is breakfast. Very limited items. For vegetarians, virtually no hot item. Dry fruits are infested with worms. . Fruits are never fresh and mostly rotten. Tea coffee are never hot. In my three days stay, same breakfast menu. No activity in hotel.

Останавливались в отеле "Midway Hotel Baku" и остались очень довольны нашим выбором! Расположение отеля — просто идеальное: в нескольких минутах ходьбы от центральных достопримечательностей и удобных транспортных развязок. Это позволяет легко добраться до всех интересных мест города, не тратя много времени на дорогу. Завтрак в отеле тоже приятно поразил. Все свежее и вкусное, есть несколько вариантов для любителей как сладкого, так и соленого. Особенно хочется отметить сотрудников отеля. Все они очень приветливые, доброжелательные и готовы помочь в любой ситуации. Чувствовали себя как дома благодаря вниманию к деталям и отзывчивости персонала.
