We visited this place for lunch while on our way from Mangalore to Mysore on July 8th 2024. Restaurant wasn’t crowded yet no one came to take our orders for about 20 min. Then we asked someone else to take orders. Waiter was rude. Finally after several follow-ups we received our food. It was below average. Coffee was the same. I wouldn’t recommend this place though it is at a convenient location. Please try a different restaurant in this route. Wash room is extremely unhygienic, and smells horrible. DO NOT ENTER.

The location of the hotel was the biggest plus point being close to the bus stand and the tourist destinations. Also the hotel is a designated spot for lunch break for KSRTC passengers which helped us in our onward journey. The rooms was clean and spacious. The food during breakfast and lunch was tasty and hygienic. The staff were very helpful in sorting minor issues like internet connection and supply of hot water. Also provided value added services like arranging transport for sight - seeing.

For business travelers, this hotel is a top pick. The location near the convention center is unbeatable, and the business amenities were exceptional. The comfortable rooms, efficient room service, and well-equipped meeting facilities made our work trip a breeze. Highly recommended for corporate travelers.

In case you are in Kushalnagar either to visit Bylakuppe or on the way to Coorg - this place can be a good place for a night stay. The room does not have anything more than a toilet, clean beds and an AC. Do not expect luxury and should not be used for anything more than a pit stop for the night. Breakfast: It is not a buffet - you are expected to go to their restaurant and order stuff from their very limited breakfast menu.
