'직원들은 친절하고 도움이 됩니다. 매우 편리한 곳입니다. 푸드코트, 레스토랑, 나이트클럽이 근처에 있습니다. 매우 넓은 객실입니다. 하지만 물이 맑지 않습니다. 오염된 것 같습니다. 샤워를 하려고 망설였습니다. 첨부된 사진을 참조하세요. 다리미판이 매우 더러웠습니다. 얼룩이 가득했습니다. TV 운영 체제가 사용하기 쉽지 않았습니다. 사용하기 어렵습니다.'

'I don't know how many times I have booked this hotel but as always the service is so good, the amenities almost complete it's just that toothbrush usually given 2 but this time the toothbrush has 1 only but luckily the staff give another toothbrush when I ask for it 😊'

'The room is clean and nice but toilet has some smell. I think the drainage got problem. The water heater is not so friendly use, hard to adjust to get hot and warm water. But the water splash rate is superb nice if can easy adjust the temperature, it'll be perfection. The location is not so good. if go outside come back have to make a very big U-turn. But can be accept after all it is a resort hotel for golfer. I stay at ground floor Room G10 but the side behind exit is a problems. anyone can open and access in without any room keys. Security wise should be concerned. The room main door below have a big gap, off the light also can see bright light come in. So even you off the line if someone passing by csan see shadow movement. '가기 좋은 곳. 일몰을 감상하고 수영장에서 수영을 즐기실 수 있습니다. 모래사장 산책을 즐길 수가 없어요.. 방은 넓고 깨끗합니다. 욕실도 마음에 듭니다. 수압도 좋고 온도도 딱 원하는 온도여서 오랫동안 샤워할 수 있어요..'

'장소는 아직 새롭기 때문에 모든 것이 여전히 최고 상태입니다. 예약에 문제가 있었지만 신속하게 처리해 주셔서 정말 감사드립니다. 직원들은 훌륭하고 제가 만난 모든 사람들은 친절하고 미소가 가득했습니다. 방은 조금 작은 편이었습니다. 수영장에서의 전망은 훌륭했습니다. 수영장이 좀 작았어요. 전반적으로 좋은 숙박.'

'The unit where we stayed is clean, have a breathtaking full view of the sea. Miss Nisa is very helpful to inform me the unit that we supposed to stay according to my booking have problem with their air-conditioning. So she change it to another unit. We really enjoy staying at Bay Resort. We can brisk walk and sight seeing. There's a lot of Chinese restaurants nearby too. Its a great experience to us as this is our first time coming and staying in Miri. This place is recommended to travellers with families who loved beaches and love to listen to the sound of the waves.'

'This hotel is modern and in a great location. We stayed here as we were attending a nearby wedding and the full length mirror in the room was really handy. This hotel is right next to street of street food vendors and nearby the very delicious Cafe 63. I would totally recommend this hotel to anybody who visits Miri.'

'Imperial에서 정말 멋진 시간을 보냈습니다. 미리 공항에서 차로 15~20분 거리에 있습니다. 체크인은 아주 쉬웠습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 방에 약간 축축한 냄새가 났지만 귀찮은 일은 아니었습니다. 편의 시설은 모두 갖춰져 있었습니다. 가장 중요한 것은 침대입니다. 싱글 침대 두 개를 사용했습니다. 하지만 각 침대의 크기는 거의 퀸 사이즈입니다. 각 침대에서 두 사람이 편안하게 잘 수 있습니다 😂. 호텔에서 또 머물기를 기대합니다. 잘했어요, imperial! 꽤 늦게 도착해서 여행에 지쳐 있었습니다. 그래서 사진을 찍지 않았습니다. 🥹🥹'
