Atascadero provides that small town feel with plenty to do right in town, which you are less than a mile away from. Atascadero offers breweries, cider houses, wine tasting, movie theatre, zoo, mini golf, hiking trails, and restaurants. There is also plenty to discover literally all around you! The Central Coast has become famous for its wineries, which are a ten minute drive away to the north in and around Paso Robles. If you feel like heading to the beach, Morro Bay is a mere 20 minutes away to the west. The quaint town of San Luis Obispo (voted America’s happiest city) is 15 minutes to the south. This property will be perfect to come home to after all of your exploring. If you need a down day, it is quiet, comfy and perfect for simply relaxing at home. This is definitely not a party house and there is no smoking of any kind allowed on the property. There is a king bed, a queen bed, three twin beds, and a day bed with trundle. In addition, there is a futon that can be easily converted to sleeping for one in the living room. There is a desk in the master bedroom, and there’s a pack and play for a little one. There are also lots of toys and books to engage your kids while you relax. There is plenty of driveway parking with access to a two car garage that enters directly into the house. Out of respect for our neighbors, a quiet time of 10:00 pm will be expected. This is definitely not a party house and there is no smoking of any kind allowed. We want you to feel safe, confident and cared for in our home. We properly disinfect all surfaces between guests and always wash all bed linens and towels with hot water and bleach.Guest accessGuests will have access to the entire home and yard. The number of guests staying must be the same as the number of guests approved with the reservation. There is a large screen tv in the living room and a smaller tv in two of the bedrooms. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing with a beverage, book, or bbq! There’s also a space outside dedicated to game fun! Basketball, cornhole, and ladder toss are all available to play. Welcome to Mirasol Manor! Perfectly situated between San Luis Obsipo and Paso Robles wine region! Our new home is 10 minutes from downtown Paso and about 5 minutes from the closest winery! We are a 2-3 minute drive to downtown Atascadero; full of wine bars, great beer, shops and restaurants! We do have a pack & play for little ones! The 3000 square foot home features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 2 living rooms. All bedrooms are on the second floor. The house comfortably sleeps 10 guests and a baby. We do have a pack and play, please bring your own linens.The Mini Manor at Mirasol Manor can sleep an additional 4 guests (sleeping a total of 14). The Mini Manor is separate from the main house and provides additional space for larger groups to spread out or offers extra privacy for 4 of your guests that may need a little more quiet time. The Mini has a full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, and bathroom. All parties of 11+ get access to both the main house and Mini Manor. Any party of 10 or less will only get access to our main house. If your party of 10 or less would like access to the Mini Manor there is an additional fee for cleaning and utilities. Please contact the host for how to add this to your stay if interested. You have 4 parking spots, 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. There is no street parking. If you do require additional parking, please let us know and we can help. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the essentials if you want to stay in and cook. We have a propane BBQ in the backyard as well. The backyard is a great place to cook out while playing corn hole or relaxing by the fire pit.Guest accessGuests are a given a door code to use during their stay. You have access to the entire house and backyard. We have 4 parking spots, 2 in the garage + 2 in the driveway.
