아타스카데로 인(Atascadero Inn)

Well do booked this room. On Christmas Day. Went to check in and nobody there. But they took my money. And got an text from the property stating the rules. Ok. I don’t have any animals. Fine but the fact that I had a 7 hour layover in Denver ok fine not their problem. Finally once I arrive in destination. I am very patient person. I waited till 11am nobody there. There is a phone outside of at glass window to call if nobody’s their. Do I called. And called and called. Nobody’s their. Once again I understand it’s Christmas. Do I leave for 5 hrs. And nobody there I called and called. Now I’m wonwhats going on. Is he ok or what. So I leave. Come back at 830 pm on Christmas. And nobody their. And now that’s not ok. If you take my money’s. Then fo your part as in your job Not ok at all. Only wanted a shower really to see my kids on Christmas. Now I’m full of airport goth and not happy.

We stay four nights, leaving the room early and getting back late, so it suits us perfectly. We enjoy the staff, the rooms are comfortable, we get service without wait, and it is quiet.

The worst customer service by the “manager” Sean. He was the most rude and disrespectful person I’ve ever encountered. Never again booking this hotel.

Customer service a nightmare. Would not stay here again. Walls paper thin. Toilet ran all night. Bed coverings and sofa dated back to the &0’s. Locked up court yard full of broken down refrigerators.

Super friendly service. The hotel is good for what I used it for - a place to put my head down for the night en route to my next location during a road trip. Nothing fancy. The TV did't work well (no guide, no way of telling which channels worked or didn't), but the Wifi signal was excellent and I was able to get some work done. There's a good drive-through (or walk up) coffee place directly across the street and several stores and restaurants nearby. It's significantly more affordable than the hotels in Paso Robles and only 15-20 minutes away.

When Sean was notified that the refrigerator in room 210 was not working, he was very accommodating and replaced it with a working refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom filter was extremely filthy and the sink wouldn’t drain. The lamp shade was stained and there were cigarette burns on the blankets. The doors were dirty with some sort of brown liquid and the room smelled like urine. The towels were thin as can be. We were not satisfied with our room but were told it’d be $49 to have a different room.

This stay was somewhat of a disappointment. The advertised continental breakfast was simply non-existent. The condition of the room, whilst clean enough, left something to be desired. The blanket was quite frayed around the edges and both washcloths were quite stained. The sink fixture was also in need of replacement.

The room had a bad smell to it , unfortunately I went off reviews and it didn’t go has planned. The gentleman at the front was the best part about this stay/ hotel
