전혀 문제가 없습니다..전혀 나쁘지 않습니다 스파 시설을 사용하는 것이 좋았습니다 자쿠지는 한 번에 최대 3명까지 매우 작았지만 한증막은 더웠고 탈의실은 깨끗했습니다 확실히 다시 갈 것입니다…

이 호텔을 정말 즐겼습니다. 현대적이고 전문적이며 친절합니다. 식당이 새로 단장되고 있어서 약간 짜증이 났는데 우리가 저녁을 먹으러 갔을 때 우리는 기본적으로 상당히 지저분한 테이블의 홀에 앉았습니다. 스파 시설은 정말 좋고 직원들은 세심합니다. 조식은 뷔페였습니다

Had a lovely time, the spa and facilities are really good, and I would definitely stay again.

I stayed at the hotel from Monday to Wed, 2 nights for business. The only downside is if you don't have a car, finding a taxi is a real issue.

Amazing as always, second time at this hotel. We love the place, staff are very friendly and facilities are good.

My family arrived today the hotel around the email check in time. There was no queue and we were served right away. The staff were friendly and fun to chat with. We were headed up to our room in no time with all the info we needed for the perfect stay. Parking is free as is the pool. The pool has adult and kids hours so check ahead of time so if younfancy an adult free time ots available. Pool area had steam and sauna along with ice, pool and heated lounge chairs x2. The rooms were very clean and quiet. We had a lovely stay and plan to visit again.

Five star service. Welcoming and friendly staff who go the extra mile to get you what you need. A refreshing change from today's general don't care attitude. 10/10. Recommended.

It was good for a day.

Not as pleasing as the first night I arrived. Amenities just seems to not work right. My room was changed after heating not working. Phone in new room now does not work🤷‍♀️

The room was satisfactory and met my expectations, however, the spa and other common areas lacked ambience. The areas were large and cold, with a skeleton staff presence. The jacuzzi was located in an awkward spot on the floor small, only accommodating two people at a time, similar to a bathtub

This hotel was convenient for both the shopping outlet and Curious Brewery which we came to visit. A lovely comfortable hotel with friendly very helpful staff.

The Weatherspoons of hotels. Food was average to poor, both rooms had mould, ( we had to change rooms as first one had a bed with stains on it) staff overworked (too few for size of hotel/restaurant) parking was tight (small spaces) and generally felt unkempt. Would not be staying again. On a positive note the room As quiet and the bed was comfortable.

The only issues we had was when i booked it, i was garainteed an early check in due to a wedding, we weren't allowed to check in early and you aparantly don't do that. And then the mattress was awful, literally felt like we were laying on cardboard with a tiny bit of padding, both me and my wife struggled to sleep on it.

Nice having free pool access but lack of drinks in bar, only one cocktail avaliable when we went!
