맨처음에는 청결했으나 2일후에는 방청소도 안되있음 드라이기도 안됨 다음번에는 이용할지 고민됨 편이점이 가까움

These were some of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever been !! I will be bk soon very positive n friendly ! Affordable prices !! Professional n very nice beds!! I enjoyed my experience would recommend 10/10!!!! Breakfast was super delicious n convenient! Fruit fresh n hot coffee

DONT STAY HERE. its cheap for a reason. no soap, no towels, no hot water, downgraded room upon arrival, no reimbursements or refunds, shady rooms, shady beds. no bed comforters. just pay more and go to a real hotel. i’m dirty and smelly now and i feel disgusting.

This place is horrible!! Splattered wall, dirty and stained towels, holes in the wall, rusted and dirty microwave, frozen refrigerator, fire alarm was removed, multiple safety code violations!! We had to go to the office several times for more towels, toilet paper, and room key reprogramming. Unfortunately the office staff was not very helpful.

This location is dangerous and filthy. You couldn't have paid us enough money to sample the "breakfast" or stay the 2nd night, and were refused a credit because "it's not company policy" to issue a credit. Here's the most positive thing I can say...to my amazement our car was neither vandalized norr broken into, ant we got out the next morning without being assaulted in the parking lot. Oh...and I positively will not book another stay a a Wyndom property that I've only seen on the internet.

Do not stay here. Ever. Rooms smelled absolutely terrible. Felt dirty and dingy. Garbage left everywhere. People hanging around outside our room. Awful experience

Arrived at 2130. Lobby locked. Checked in at a window while standing in the cold. That was my first clue. We left after seeing our room. No seal/weather stripping so wind was felt. Loud with a lot of traffic. Security lock not functional. We stayed at a nice Hilton Home2. Price was about the same.

Absolutely the WORST ever. No breakfast, rooms had holes in the walls, no phone in room. TV did not work, sent plumber up to fix it. Would never stay there again even if I had to sleep in my car!!! Pictures must have been taken the day it was built. No connection to reality.

Our room reeked of pot, it was disgusting with mold, debris, peeling walls, chunks missing, etc. When we checked in and got to the room we immediately asked for a new room and they refused to move us. Not only was it grossly overpriced, we were almost robbed (and possibly worse) when they wouldn't take care of the guy going around knocking on doors using a ruse to get in. Thaknfully we aren't stupid. I have some photos of the disgusting room if needed. Almost $200 for that crap? That is price-gouging since OSU was in town! Also, the first front desk guy kept my debit card & license. When I tried to get them back the second guy told me they didn't have them, then blamed me when I told him exactly where they were because I saw the frist guy put them there.

Heat in room didn't work, mirror broken, vanity light hanging unlevel, towels stunk, mattress worn out. No coffee in room or lobby,no breakfast. Nothing at this motel matches the pictures on line. Trying to get money back
