Una burla porque al obtener mi reservación me cobraron el 28% en impuestos cuando el impuesto aquí en Perú solo en el 18%.

Very clean and welcoming staff. And good breakfast! Thank you! Ideal for a quick work trip to Arequipa. Seems to be very popular with tourists and people on work trips and located within walking distance to the beautiful cathedral plaza and some lovely restaurants

Comfortable rooms in a good location. Only about a 10 minute walk from Plaza De Armas Breakfast was nice - buffet style. There's also a lovely roof top terrace with views over the volcanos. Very pleasant to sit there with a beer (no bar, we brought our own up there) We stayed in Casa Andina Standard hotels for most of our night in Peru, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again

This hotel is an ideal location for exploring the downtown area of Arequipa! The hotel is very cute, clean, and well maintained and all of the hotel staff were welcoming and kind. There was always security out front; although, I think I would have felt safe without them! I would definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are nice with a big double bed. Clean, nice bathroom. The breakfast was delicious with a large variety. . And we were only 5-10 minutes’ walk from all the interesting things to see.

It is not the first time being in this hotel and service was always avarage to good. The restaurant staff is very helpful, but in reception it is mainly poor. Qualifying my last stay, there was a request to change rooms which was denied without any effort of the front desk staff to make a change, as asking friendly, being unfriendly we were attended. Regarding the dinner, there was a very loud party in the dining room - non consuming - during our diner and we just asked to be a little less loudly. Later I received a complaint of this hotel staff via my company because of our unfriendlyness and also non flexibility at a dinner. Receiving tips, saying thank you and afterwards complaining? It is not very profesional.

Despite having paid by the website they intended to charge again at the frontdesk. The room was noisy at all time. No good meals at the restaurant. Everything was cleaned and in order. Good attention of the room service and the staff at the restaurant

The staff was unusually attentive. The desk clerk got us a USB cube for charging my phone and extra blankets. They helped get my big SUV into the underground parking, which was a minor miracle defying the laws of physics! The breakfast was great. Not as good as the buffet at their premium location a few blocks away (where we've also stayed), but it was a good breakfast that fueled me for my day. Comfy bed. Quiet room. Would stay again.
