"3성급 호텔이 아니라는 점 유의하세요. 기껏해야 1성급 정도입니다. 침대 린넨은 이틀에 한 번씩 교체해 준다고 했는데, 그렇지 않습니다. 젖은 수건은 리셉션에 가져가서 새 수건을 받아야 합니다. 음식은 평범합니다. 베이컨이 마치 똥을 싸 먹은 것 같아서 그릴이나 프라이팬은 없는 것 같습니다. 직접 경험해 보세요."

"Cannot fault this place for location, comfort and staff. It is centrally located in Arco, close to all amenities. It is spotlessly clean, regular towel changes, all kitchen basics supplied. Lovely little pool and sauna to revive after a busy day. The breakfast is lovely and the staff all very helpful, they make us feel welcome each time we visit, nothing is too much bother. Can also highly recommend a treatment from Sylvia in the Spa. Thank you Villa Italia, see you next year!"

"The reception was friendly and very attentive. 30 minutes after checking into our room, room service brought us a bowl of fruit and a bottle of ice-cold sparkling wine, as a welcome and greeting from the hotel management. The room was very clean, absolutely nothing to complain about. However, the room's location was unfortunately close to the bus station. Very busy... The food was good and plentiful. The male service was excellent. Unfortunately, some of the female service staff left a lot to be desired."
