바가 있는 아르카숑 호텔

Cet hôtel situé face à la mer offre une vue imprenable sur le bassin d’Arcachon. Il est également très bien situé proche du centre ville et offre l’accès direct à la plage. La piscine est idéal pour se poser et passer un bon moment. Le personnel et très accueillant et disponible. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie est excellente en revanche « un petit coup de neuf » ne ferait pas de mal à hôtel. Quelques petits défauts de propreté également. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus varié mais reste néanmoins très correct. En résumé, malgré quelques petits bémols, je recommande cet hôtel pour son emplacement, son cadre, et l’accueil du personnel. Si vous souhaitez profiter d’Arcachon durant un week end n’hésitez pas vous aurez tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon moment (piscine, spa, accès à la plage..

I choose this hotel due to a wedding party in the Arcachon Harbor. The staff has been easy and responsive to several requests and finally, we find us with the family with several rooms. The staff flexibility has been a nice support to ease the various reservations and different individual requests. The room was nice, clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. I also appreciated the breakfast buffet with yummy local breads or cakes. in addition, the hotel is well located to do eveything on foot in Arcachon. I just regret not having been able to stay more to enjoy it a little bit longer.

Lovely location. Great view from our room and balcony. Ten minutes walk to the beach and approx 15/20 mins to train station and centre. Beautiful room, lots of space for me and my two children. excellent air conditioning and shutter blinds. Fabulous rooftop terrace with bar, Staff were lovely. Would definitely return.

With neither a bar nor a restaurant, it was not possible to relax after a long journey in this hotel. The rooms were clean and had clearly been designed by a professional with little knowledge of the requirements of travellers. For example although we had a large part in our bedroom there was no wardrobe, no table or writing desk and only a single dining chair to sit on. The bathroom was excellent but there was no shelf in the shower so everything had to be put on the floor! The breakfast on the 4th floor was dreadful. There were not enough tables and only one member of staff. Hot food was either cold or simply not there! The staff were very friendly and helpful but this did not make up for a very disappointing experience. There is absolutely no way I would ever stay at this hotel again.
