"객실은 프랑스 투어의 다른 장소보다 컸으며 2개의 퀸 사이즈 침대, 2개의 의자 및 책상과 대형 거울이 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 무료 물 제공 및 별도의 화장실. 샤워는 프랑스의 많은 호텔의 표준 인 것처럼 보이는 욕조 위에있었습니다. 방에 충분한 빛과 Wi-Fi는 환영받는 옷걸이가 많이 있어 괜찮 았습니다. 아침 식사 선택은 괜찮 았지만 뜨거운 요리는 거의 없었습니다. 베이컨은 건조했고 스크램블 에그는 매우 물 스러웠습니다."

"Whilst I gave this a five realistically, I think it would be more of a 4.5. We had a lovely stay, It is such a beautiful area and there is lots to do. The hotel was generally great, but there are some things they could do. I think to improve it. The Good Location was amazing, Right on the beach with a promenade down to Biarritz. There were several beach cafe/bars in walking distance. However, it’s important to know they did get quite busy so it can be worthwhile booking. The room was very good. We paid extra for a Seaview and balcony which was well worth it as it was stunning sitting looking out across the ocean. The beds were very comfy and the room was clean and had good facilities. The outdoor pool was really nice. It was very clean and there were always plenty of sunbeds so no fighting to get the lounger! The staff were really wonderful they couldn’t be more helpful. They were so friendly and they really put themselves out for us a big thank you to all of them. there are a number of nice things to do in the area. You can walk to Biarritz is just over an hour or you can get a taxi or a bus from outside the hotel. There is a lovely nature reserve about 10 minutes walk from the hotel, which is well worth a look round and is free to visit. You can hire e-bikes from the hotel and cycle round to Bayonne. There is a safe cycle path all the way we did that and it made a nice afternoon out. Bayonne is really pretty and has a lovely cathedral to look around. What could be improved I felt that the breakfast could have been improved. Whilst what was served was nice it was quite a simple and basic selection and lacked the choice that you would expect from a 4 star hotel. A bigger hot food selection, some homemade cakes, more cheeses and cold meats would really improve this. The hotel food was nice but the snack bar only served from 12/2 and you could not get crisps/ice creams at all. This was frustrating as there are no shops nearby to get snacks from. A little snack kiosk or vending machine would be useful! The spa was fun but to be honest it did need a revamp. It was very tired looking and looked past its best. General Lovely time and I would go back to this hotel if they could just make a few improvements to the food and snack availability it would be perfect!"

"친절한 환영, 편안한 침대와 베개, 훌륭한 샤워 시설. 도착했을 때 오전 11시 30분에 객실이 준비되었습니다. 아침 식사는 좋은 선택이었습니다. 저희는 당일에 1인당 12.80유로를 지불했는데, 선택에 비해 가성비가 좋았습니다. 단점은 사전에 알려주지 않은 리노베이션이었습니다. 잠을 방해하지는 않았지만 드릴 작업 등의 소음이 있었고 바닥이 불안정했습니다. 또한 객실 천장이 흑백 패턴으로 되어 있어 침대에 누웠을 때 이상했습니다! 호텔 밖에서는 4월 18일에 완료될 예정인 도로 공사가 진행 중이었습니다. 이 호텔은 시내와 해변에서 약간 떨어져 있습니다. 저희는 걸어서 들어갔는데, 라 그랑 플라주까지는 45분, 플라주 드 라 샹브르 다무르까지는 1시간이 걸렸습니다. 저희는 버스를 탔는데, 3번 버스는 호텔 바로 앞(라빈 역)에서 내리고, 11번 버스(7 퓌츠 역)는 호텔까지 도보로 약 10분 거리입니다. 공항에서 3호선 버스를 타세요. 구글 지도에는 걸어서 갈 수 있다고 나와 있지만 (20분 정도) 인도는 없고 도로가 붐비고 있습니다. 비아리츠에서는 우버를 이용할 수 있지만 요금이 매우 비쌉니다. 비아리츠는 정말 마음에 들었어요. 뉴키와 아주 비슷하거든요. 플라주 샹브르 다무르(Plage Chambre D'Amour) 쪽을 방문해 보는 걸 추천합니다. 서퍼 분위기가 물씬 나는 해변 바/레스토랑이 많거든요."
