Bien général. simplement hôtel accueillant des entreprises pour des réunions et l espace café pour leurs pauses se situe en dessous des chambres et les gens parlent fort. Le matin c est un peu dérangeant si on veut faire la grasse matinée

Friendly service. The room was very small, patio door too big touching wardrobe and bed, good size bathroom though. Nice evening meal. Good position for the beach plenty of parking space.

Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. We arrived earlier then the allocated check in time, we were happy to wait but the room was ready hence they allowed us to check in earlier. The area is clean and tidy but the location was quite far from the centre. It's only a few mintues walk by the sea side and transport is accessible too. There's not much food choices in the hotel restaurant but food is decent. Over all it's a comfy hotel to stay in to.

Nice location and outside pool, the only reason to pay for a tiny, uncomfortable and overpriced room with views to a parking lot. Tiny and non functional bathroom. No place even to keep the door open. Small sink, the water could not run from the beginning of our stay. Very simple shower with just one water exit option. Noisy air conditioning. Poor coffee making amenities( just a water heater). Bed was quite good. Very nice staff at restaurant and main hotel reception, not the same at Terrases reception, unpleasant and not wellcoming even when we are usual customers. Disappointed.

Très bonne expérience. J'ai fait 3 jours de thalasso. Thalasso très bien organisée (laisse 1/2 journée de libre), les soins étaient très agréables (en particulier le massage Belharra d'Adeline). Seul petit bémol: sur 8 soins, cela aurait été bien d'en avoir un dédié au visage. En ce qui concerne l'hôtel : restaurant très bon, personnel très agréable et chambres de qualité. Un petit moins au niveau de l'insonorisation mais cela ne gâche en rien le séjour.

Tout était parfait. Chambre très confortable et calme avec terrasse et vue sur mer. Plateau de courtoisie dans la chambre avec bouilloire et thé/café. Salle de bain parfaite avec suffisamment de place pour accrocher et ranger les affaires. Personnel aimable et accueillant. Très bon restaurant avec menu différent chaque jour. Petit déjeuner incroyable ! Qualité des produits et gentillesse du personnel. Centre de thalasso top ! Qualité des prestations et personnel charmant. Nous avons apprécié la programmation des soins sur des 1/2 journées et aux mêmes horaires pour moi et mon mari. Le lagon est pas mal mais pourrait être mieux équipé en jets. La température est trop fraîche pour le bassin extérieur. Sauna spacieux et bien chaud. Établissement très propre dans l'ensemble. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons sans hésiter ce centre de thalasso !

Hôtel très calme et propre, avec un accès direct à la thalasso et à la salle de sport (et aux cours). Très bien situé près de l'océan. Le personnel est discret et gentil. Je recommande pour passer un week-end prolongé et se ressourcer. Les repas sont copieux (entrée/plat/dessert en demi-pension)
