콩코드 호텔 암만 후기

너무 시설이 한마디로 썩어다 다시묵고싶지않음

인기 있는 호텔이지만 새롭지 않고 수년간 리노베이션되지 않았으며 암만 중심부에 위치하고 로마 원형극장 맞은편에 위치하며 아침 식사는 괜찮고 가격에 비해 서비스가 좋습니다.

The hotel was shity doesn't deserve 2 starts it was more like a hostel, the water was cold , the room damaged, the breakfast just ok , in general i don't recommend it. The service was also bad. When i tried to modify my reservation, they refused to accept and refund me

位置很好，距離景點很近，服務態度好

위치는 로마 극장과 암만 성채와 가까워서 좋은 반면, 우버 비용을 고려하면 위치는 실제로 장점은 아닙니다. 예약에 있는 사진은 세부 사항을 포착하지 않기 때문에 거의 실제와 같습니다. 즉, 방은 습기로 가득 차 있었습니다(아니요, 우리는 까다롭지 않습니다). 벽은 썩었고 욕실에는 곰팡이가 가득했습니다. 방 안의 공기는 숨을 쉴 수 없었습니다. (아니요, 우리는 천식을 앓지는 않지만 즉시 기침을 하게 되었습니다.) 가구에 대해서는 이야기하지 말자. 이미 가장 작은 문제였을 것이다. 방을 바꿔달라고 했더니 숨이 쉴 수 있는 방을 받았는데, 시트는 마지막 사용 이후로 교체한 적이 없는 것 같았습니다. 창문이 제대로 닫히지 않았고, 복도에서 흡연이 허용되어 연기가 방 안으로 들어옵니다. 위험. 나는 그런 평점을 준 적이 없지만 예약에 대한 평점이 가장 큰 거짓말입니다. 내가 말했듯이 우리는 까다롭지 않지만 예약에 있는 사진과 거기에 남겨진 리뷰를 바탕으로 호텔을 선택했고 우리가 찾은 것에 실망했을 뿐만 아니라 충격을 받았습니다.

설명에 있는 사진은 실제와 다릅니다. 리뷰는 *********** 및 아고다에서 조작된 것 같습니다. 호텔 직원이 좋은 리뷰를 남기기 위해 예약 코드를 얻은 것 같습니다. 장소. 더러운 카펫, 침대 위에 앉았을 때 침대가 포기했습니다. 저는 체구가 작고 건강한 여성입니다. 욕실 비품은 더럽고 작동하지 않으며 낡았으며 천장에 틈이 있었습니다. ***********에 예약을 취소하라는 요청을 받았으므로 거기에 리뷰를 남길 수 없습니다. 앞으로는 이 웹사이트를 통해서만 예약을 하고 있는데, 다른 웹사이트에 비해 더 정확한 리뷰를 제공하는 것 같습니다.

호텔은 매우 더러웠습니다. 시트는 갈아입지 않았습니다. 욕실 싱크대와 욕조에는 머리카락이 널려 있었습니다. 모든 것이 망가졌습니다. 천장이 무너져 내렸습니다. 침대는 더러웠습니다. 매우 심한 냄새가 났습니다. 죽은 설치류나 배설물 냄새였습니다. 하지만 파리 한 마리도 보이지 않았습니다. 매니저에게 방을 바꿔 달라고 부탁했는데, 더 최악이었습니다. 첫 번째 방의 냉장고에는 주스 병이 반만 있었고 두 번째 방에는 박테리아가 있었습니다. 별 1개는 너무합니다. 음식은... 역겹습니다 🤢

This was so affordable but most importantly the staff were amazing and so welcoming. Abraham especially was great and coordinated our early morning taxi and made sure we were fed breakfast even though we were leaving before the dining area was open. Great location and overall a lovely time!

Excellent customer service! This is a 2 star hotel, so you should not expect luxury or new facilities, but the staff are 5 star. They set up several trips for me outside of Amman that filled my 8 day stay. The hotel manager was always in contact and made sure I was happy with everything. The driver that took me all over Jordan was excellent as well.

It's a really very interesting place They are making a renovation for the room and the entrance The breakfast with omelette 😋 And juice tastes very delicious 🤤 Also the staff are very helpful Their manager can be found everywhere, and this is a nice thing, as he wants to serve you at any time

One thing is good in this hotel: the localization, in front of the Roman Theatre. Everything else is VERY DIRTY and old. The room smelled a mix of cigarette and mold with an old carpet that probably has never been cleaned. The sheets and towels apparently haven’t been washed. The bathroom truly smelled sewage. I’m very used to modest hotels and services, but it isn’t the case. I don’t know how *********** and others similar platforms offer Concord Hotel. Don’t trust the rating in *********** because when you are checking out, they ask you to write down and sign your opinion about the hotel in front of them and then question your grade, what is awkward.

Everything from the location to the service was top notch, specially the service….!!! You can expect good customer service but what we experienced at The Concord Amman was beyond that… thank you Concord staff, we will stay with u again.

Esperienza da dimenticare, sporcizia ovunque, condizionatori pieni di polvere all’inverosimile, bagno sempre allagato, stanze piene di sudiciume e con le lenzuola evidentemente non cambiate prima del nostro arrivo poiché sporche. Comprendo che la struttura sia datata e necessita di urgente ristrutturazione e ammodernamento, capisco pure che sia decisamente economico, ma la pulizia basilare è il minimo che uno si aspetta. Colazione essenziale, ma almeno accettabile, personale gentile ad eccezione del Direttore scorbutico e poco professionale. SCONSIGLIATO STATECI ALLA LARGA.
