머큐어 푸저우 다운타운 후기

최근 Mecure에 머물렀던 경험은 정말 뛰어났습니다. 도착한 순간부터 친절하고 전문적인 직원들이 저를 환영하기 위해 최선을 다했습니다. 체크인은 순조로웠고 객실은 넓고 아름다웠습니다. 호텔의 위치가 이상적이었고, 많은 명소 근처에 편리하게 위치해 있어 이 지역을 탐험하기가 아주 쉬웠습니다. 전반적으로 Mecure에서의 경험은 기대 이상이었습니다. 강력히 추천하고 다음에 푸저우를 방문할 때도 꼭 다시 방문할 것입니다.

방은 편안하고 아주 좋은데, 복도가 조금 더러워진 느낌이 듭니다.三坊七巷 근처 시내에 위치해 있으나 호텔 밖에 하수구가 있어 나갈 때나 지나갈 때 냄새가 납니다.

가격대비 만족도가 높고 청결도가 훌륭했습니다!

푸저우 중심가에 있어서 이동하기 편리합니다. 방은 크기가 적당했고 샤워 시설도 훌륭했습니다. 체크인은 빠르고 효율적이었지만 근무하는 직원은 영어를 하지 못했습니다. 푸저우에 간다면 다시 여기 머물고 싶습니다.

Overall, I am shocked that a Mercure (Accor) hotel would be of this quality or standard. The hotel lobby & entrance did not not even have concierge services or a ramp to ease the luggage load, I had to carry 2 big luggages up a flight of 4 steps to enter the hotel lobby entrance. Room cleanliness was below acceptance, my suite & room windows were atrociously dirty, my room aircon vents were partly broken, other room and hotel amenities are unlike a 4 star business hotel that Accor brands would be! A saving grace was the hotel central location & the 2-3 reception staff that were quite helpful at times but failed in terms of providing any local area expertise or recommendations (food, attractions, etc.) well when asked. This is probably not suited for a tourist or leisure type hotel guest.

Overall is good, room so nice with big space.

Pretty central location. Rooms are nicely decorated though it would be nice if there was an extra door separating the bathroom area from the bedroom. We travelled as a big family and all had rooms of various configurations on the same floor. There was a child of three in the group and they stayed in the family room - it was great, very cute with toys and a tent. She loved it so much she cried when she was leaving. Would recommend the family room for families with a young child.

The best hotel in the area. Its clean, convenient and spacious! There is also a convenience store downstairs that makes it very convenient for your stay!

The manager is very accomodating.good location.
