Positives: The location of the hotel is so tranquil. Beautiful just after sunrise or sunset. The SPA is amazing, with emotional shower, sauna, turkish sauna, relaxation room, massage area, fitness studio, indoor pool with cold and hot jacuzzis, and outdoor pool with a heated outdoor hot tub (both closed on this occasion, unfortunately). Plenty of towels in SPA area. Tea/water facilities available. Perfect facilities for relaxation. The shower in the room is something every person needs in their life: one feels like a newborn after it. Especially useful when SPA area is closed but one needs to relax after a long day :) We checked in very late (was a very spontaneous decision) and were welcomed in an appropriate manner - the last time we were treated like we didn't belong there (!). We enquired about a late checkout possibility, but were told to ask the next day. After some relaxing spa we did - and were offered to stay longer free of charge as it was Easter weekend. We checked out at 1 (instead of 11), meaning we had 2 more hours to enjoy the SPA area. Very grateful for this accommodation. Robes available in the room. Secure underground parking, free of charge. Complimentary bottles of water in the room and at checkout, a nice touch. Negatives: The breakfast is not great. This is our second stay and we are underwhelmed - we had better breakfast spread/quality in 3-4 star hotels before. There's no quark, cereal selection is poor, no Nutella, coffee is not good at all. The SPA area is open only between 8 am and 8 pm, meaning no late chilling in the jacuzzi. For a 5 star resort I would imagine this should be available 24/7 or at least till 10 pm. As mentioned previously, the lift system is bad, meaning one has to wait very long to use the lift to access the SPA/Restaurant/outdoor swimming pool.

1 stella fin troppo generosa!! Soggiorno assolutamente indecente! Lugano fredda e distante anche per le restrizioni covid, albergo in posizione accettabile. Al check in NON ci viene comunicato che la colazione è prenotabile solo al momento del check IN, quando proviamo a prenotare la signora bionda dice che non è possibile e che ci era stato comunicato(assolutamente falso!). Servizi inesistenti:alla richiesta di un asciugacapelli ne riceviamo uno senza ad attore e quindi inutilizzabile! Camera in linea con l'offerta proposta, quindi senza infamia. Pulizia accettabile. In definitiva esperienza assolutamente negativa per la condivisione delle informazioni, freddezza nella comunicazione e poco rispetto per l'ospite. È SENZA DUBBIO UNA QUESTIONE DI GENTILEZZA TRATTARE CON IL SORRISO GLI OSPITI!

놀랍습니다. 입구, 차고, 체크인은 너무 쉬웠습니다. 그러나 또 다른 큰 놀라움이 있었습니다. 우리는 스위트룸으로 업그레이드되었습니다. 방과 욕실은 완벽하고 깨끗했습니다. 레스토랑 음식은 매우 좋았습니다. 넓은 수영장이 내려다보이는 멋진 테라스가 있습니다. 직원들은 매우 전문적이고 매우 친절했습니다. 아침 식사는 매우 잘 꾸며진 뷔페였습니다. 위치는 우리에게 완벽했습니다. 단점이 없는 고속도로에서 그리 멀지 않고 30분도 채 걸리지 않는 루가노에서 그리 멀지 않습니다. 이 호텔을 적극 추천합니다.

Súper decent hotel outstanding staff my stay here with my family was wonderful and comfortable. The best thing about a vacation is to rest well and have a delicious breakfast and this hotel has it all, a first class service, with high quality care, I have to mention what caught my attention the most was the hygiene at breakfast time is very Important for me. I don't have many photos but I do have videos that I can't upload here from the hotel but I have it on my Instagram karol__0729….Very satisfied with our stay, just need to implement the parking

We had a wonder stay for two nights. The hotel is a classic with lots of history and a perfect location for walking to the town or enjoying a swim in the Lake. The formal restaurant was outstanding. Be sure to ask for a room with a view of the lake. The Pizza restaurant was perfect for a casual dinner with a great view.

I've had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel multiple times, and each visit reinforces why it's my go-to choice. The staff is not only amazing but also incredibly friendly and resourceful, always going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The food is consistently delicious, and the well-kept bedrooms never fail to impress with their cleanliness and attention to detail. This hotel truly feels like a home away from home, and I can't recommend it enough for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Gartenanlage und der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind sehr grosszügig, etwas Renovierung wäre nötig. Speziell im Bad. Generell sehr spärlich im Service. Rezeption nur stundenweise besetzt. Am Pool keine Bedienung, bzw. nur spärlich. Frühstück tiptop. Pizza grässlich, wir haben nur noch in der Stadt gegessen. Kein Portier, kein Guestrelation oder Concierge....4☆ müssten erst wieder verdient werden. Staff freundlich.
