객실 시설은 좋지만 업데이트가 필요합니다. 호텔 조식은 별로 좋지 않았고, 어느 날 일찍 가야 했는데 도시락을 준비할 수 없었습니다(추가로 15달러를 청구했습니다). 조식은 똑같았는데, 터무니없었습니다. 로비에는 접시와 집게에 케이크가 놓여 있습니다(환영 식사는 아님) 하지만 케이크 한 개당 15달러로 엄청나게 비쌉니다. 기억하다! 호텔 내에서는 모든 것이 유료이므로, 주문하기 전에 꼭 물어보세요.

메스켈 휴가 기간 동안 이곳에 묵었습니다. 도로가 폐쇄되기 전에 일찍 호텔에 갈 수밖에 없어 체크인하는데 시간(2시간 대기)이 걸렸습니다. Place는 편안한 숙박을 위한 현대적인 편의 시설을 갖추고 있습니다. 아침 식사는 괜찮습니다. 완전 채식주의자와 건강에 관심이 있는 사람 모두에게 좋은 선택입니다.

基本滿分，房間設施新，服務熱情。早餐不錯。位置可以。缺點：門卡壞了兩次，酒店的餐食太貴了，溢價過高。餐飲性價比不行。

設施：好 衞生：好 環境：好 服務：好的

房間小了點，但服務設施這些都很ok。唯一不足，價格確實太貴了

早餐也很豐富，值得再次入住！

Like most Hyatt Regencies, this hotel is quite solid and does the job well, being functional and good value for the money. As Globalists we were upgraded upon arrival to a suite. There was nothing wow about it and it was rather on the small side, but it was convenient having 1.5 bath and there were nice views from Meskel Square from our room. Breakfast was excellent, not only the restaurant was an inviting venue, but the food selection was on par with some of the best hotels in Asia and the Middle East. Happy hour in the club lounge was the lone weak point of this hotel in my opinion - the food was slim pickings. Service throughout the hotel was very good. Perhaps part of it was that staff do not often see young children as guests in this hotel which is more of a business hotel than a holiday destination. That said, it was quite striking that many staff were very friendly with our daughters, more so than in other places we have travelled to. The General Manager of the hotel was also visible and active, interacting with guests and with staff. He set the tone right and was a good example for staff to follow. Overall I am not a great fan of the HR brand in general because it can be a bit bland, but this hotel is quite good for what it is that I would have no hesitation returning.

We opted for a brief holiday, i am glad we settled in this fine establishment. All round perfection, MaashaAllah. Beautiful suite, great breakfast spread, room service and very supportive staff. The hotel is within town area and close to many amenities. They have a great spa to top it off.

From walking into the reception, to packing out your luggage is but a small part of the journey you are to start.Sit outside,close your eyes,hear the birds, this is Africa. Enjoyed the food, courtyard, and most of all the friendly staff, Tnx

✨ Exceptional Service at Hyatt Regency Addis Ababa ✨ I had a wonderful experience at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Addis Ababa. The service was excellent, and I would like to give special recognition to Meron Yihun, the waitress who attended to me. She was very professional, attentive, and kind, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Her warm hospitality truly stood out and made my visit even more memorable. Thank you, Meron, for your outstanding service .

This property is one of the best Hyatts we have stayed at. It felt more like a Park Hyatt or Andaz than a Hyatt Regency, in terms of service, food quality, and on-site attractions. The Fendika cultural center is a unique and inventive partnership and really makes the property stand out. The location is excellent and provides easy access to the city and airport. Service - Check was easy and efficient. - Staff were incredibly friendly and checked in on us throughout our stay. - We were explicitly welcomed as a Hyatt Globalist at the front desk and with a note in our room. Room - The suite layout makes efficient use of space. It may not be as large as other suites, but it didn't feel small. - Two luggage racks is greatly appreciated. - Entryway bathroom in suites should have a hand towel. I think moving one from the main bathroom would be fine to avoid increasing the number of towels per room. - Some of the cabinet drawers in our room are loose/not well fitted. - Shower pressure was good. - There were plenty of power outlets and USB sockets. - The light switches were slightly unintuitive; I had to go to the entrance of the suite to shut off all the lights. Public Spaces - The lobby is elegant and spacious. Dining - The hotel breakfast buffet was quite good and had ample options available. Service was fast and polite. At other properties, I often find breakfast buffets underwhelming, and table service too slow for a quick bite. I was impressed with the options at this buffet, the speed of service, and self service options for drinks. - The cafe near the elevator is great for grab and go snacks. - They have a number of other restaurants on site and nearby. Fendika - The Fendika cultural center is an excellent partnership and was one of the highlights of our trip. - Every evening they have a program of either traditional dance and music or contemporary music such as jazz. - They also have an art gallery with works from local artists. - They serve food and drinks as well. - Tickets are cheap and advanced reservations are not required. - We met the owner, who is a well known dancer. He is very authentic and passionate about his work. He seems to be there every night and sometimes DJs. - Batiru from the front desk recommended it on our first night and we were very glad we went. We even came back on the second day! - Fendika is a huge selling point of the hotel; I would come to this hotel even if I was not a Hyatt globalist just for that.
