Both beds are queen-sized and have very comfortable foam mattresses. We stock a Keurig coffee machine for the guests. The bathroom has startup hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. An iron and an ironing board are also available. This property is great for mid-term stays! All our properties are cleaned using natural products with no harsh chemicals.There is no on-street parking as it is a violation of HOA rules. If you need more parking, we can arrange for an extra spot at the clubhouse. We have only one space for a vehicle. If you need additional space, you can request short-term parking ahead of your stay at our clubhouse down the street.Early Check-in: Guests can request early check-in starting at 1 PM ET, which is three hours before our standard 4 PM check-in. Typically, our housekeeping team works until 4 PM to prepare the space; however, for an additional fee, we can have the space ready by 1 PM ET.If you need to check in even earlier than 1 PM ET, we recommend booking the night before your arrival to ensure immediate access in the morning.You can pay the early check-in fee either through your booking platform or via a direct payment link. Once we receive your payment, we will schedule your early check-in and update your access codes. Early check-in is subject to housekeeping availability, so be sure to inquire at least two business days before your check-in date. As a preventative measure, please do not hold the front door open for extended periods.
