Enjoy a cozy experience at this ranch-style home in the heart of Anchorage. Stylish three bedroom, two bath and fully stocked kitchen. Embrace the open concept living area. Less than a mile away from Providence Hospital and with grocery stores and gas stations right around the corner. Drive just a few minutes down Tudor Rd and take the Seward Highway onto your next adventure. Our home is perfect for visitors to Alaska or Alaskans needing a place to call home during short stays.This is a single story home that’s family friendly near the hospital and local shops. The entire unit has modern updates throughout. All three bedrooms have a queen size bed. The master bedroom has an en-suite and walk in closet. Spacious living room has a large sectional for room to lounge or sleep on and a 55” TV for everyone to enjoy.Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, a crockpot, a blender, anything you have at home, we may have it too. A comfortable dining table that seats 4-6 and a kitchen island with 4 additional seatings so all meals may be enjoyed together. If your trip has a business component, you’ll find a simple workspace to fulfill your professional needs. Full sized washer and dryer in unit with all the laundry essentials. This is the right side unit of the duplex. With a private entrance, the entire space is yours along with a shared fenced backyard that can be access from the either side of the home. Guest will have two parking spots in the driveway. Guests are not allowed to access the garage. The door will be locked along with a storage closet door inside the home that will be locked also. Comfortable, clean, safe, and centrally located. If you're looking for a space to sleep in comfortable beds, cook food or easily access great restaurants, relax, plan adventures, and get around or out of town without much hassle, then this unit will offer everything you need.The apartment has a small but fully-equipped kitchen, wifi, streaming TV, dining table and two more folding chairs that can be added to seat four, comfortable mattresses, floor space for yoga, extra cot with rollout tempur pedic, a quality book selection, shared washer/drier, shared patio, and a private entrance behind two locked doors. It is a bottom unit so you can hear the tenants above walking but they are professional and quiet people who do not party or play basketball inside. The nice thing about this unit in the summer is that it stays cool during the endless sunlight. And for the winter months, there is ample recessed lighting in the living room/kitchen area to make the space good and bright. Bedroom 1 has a queen medium firmness foam mattress and bedroom 2 has a double size medium firmness foam mattress. There is also a cot with a very comfortable rollout memory foam mattress, pillows, and linens. The backyard is being reforested so it might look like a mess but it is actually filled with baby spruce, birch, cottonwood, aspen, and mountain ash. There is a patio for you to enjoy the sunlight and birds. There is a husky who visits the yard from time to time. She is very nice but only likes to be pet on the head and neck.There is a park with a playground a 5-10 minute walk away and the unit has a travel crib with washable sheets and a highchair. The midtown/Umed district is close to everything. It is a short drive from the airport and downtown and an even shorter drive to the hiking trails in the Chugach front range. It also offers many of the amenities that the locals value as well as the tried and true popular spots such as Moose's Tooth Pizza. The neighborhood is safe with no history of break-ins or other criminal activity.The Seward Highway is down the street so it is very easy to get moving toward Seward or Denali without much effort. If you are coming to work at Providence or ANMC, both are about a 20 minute walk or a five minute drive.Please note that the owner does live in the building along with another tenant and both are quiet and professional people who have normal sleep schedules. 우리는 방이 깨끗하고 수영장에서 염소 냄새가 나는 것이 좋았고 우리가 머물렀던 다른 호텔과 달리 깨끗했습니다. 그러나 프론트 데스크 직원은 매우 무례했습니다. 나는 몇 분 일찍 체크인을 시도했지만 그녀는 어디에서도 당신의 이름을 볼 수 없다고 말했고 나에게 떠나고 나중에 돌아올 수있는 옵션 만 남겼습니다. 그래서 그녀는 친절하기보다는 반대했고 내가 거기에 필요하지 않다고 느끼게 만들었습니다. 그러나 우리는 어쨌든 머물렀다. 그리고 아침 식사는 정말로 형편없었다! COVID는 그들이 원하는 대로 사람들을 치료할 수 있다고 느끼게 했습니다.

호텔은 공항과 매우 가까우며 차로 10 분 거리입니다. 밤은 조용했고 우리는 5 일 동안 머물렀고 방해받지 않았습니다. 호텔 근처에 훌륭한 한국식 및 일식 레스토랑이 있으며 맛있고 레스토랑 음식은 돈을 위해 좋은 가치입니다. 호텔 객실은 크지 않지만 충분하며 시설은 오래되었으며 욕실에는 환풍기가 없습니다. 아침 식사의 품질은 좋지만 다양성은 단조롭고 음식은 매일 동일합니다. 5 일 동안 먹는 것은 지루합니다. 매일 한국 투어 그룹이 있습니다. 호텔의 전반적인 가격 대비 성능 비율은 괜찮습니다. 더 나은 선택이 있다면 다음에 다시 여기에 머물지 않을 것입니다.

마운틴 뷰 룸의 결과는 지붕과 약간의 산의 첨단을 보았습니다. 반대편에 시야를 막는 집이 있습니다. 모든 곳에서 볼 수 있기 때문에 돈을 낭비 할 필요가 없습니다. 위생 상태는 일반적으로 좋지 않고 나쁘지 않으며 개 친화적 인 호텔에 좋습니다.

호텔의 서비스는 좋았습니다. 직원 Sarah 덕분에 물건을 집어 들고 나에게 서둘러주었습니다. Sarah는 성실하고 친절하며 손님에게 세심한주의를 기울였습니다. 다른 직원들은 정중하고 친절합니다. 방과 화장실은 넓고 깨끗하며 깔끔하며 멋진 하우스 키핑이 있으며 발코니가 있습니다. 아침 식사에는 두 가지 이상의 빵을 권장합니다 :) 슬리퍼가 방에서 발견되면 최고입니다. 첨부된 방의 사진은 1인용으로 넓고, .com의 다른 사진은 사실입니다.

당황스러운 일과 마주하는 앙체에서 첫 번째는 시크인에 있을 때 예약 및 유료 객실 요금 정보를 찾을 수 없다는 것입니다. 프론트와 예약부서에서 10분 이상 전화통화를 하고 예약정보를 확인하니 체크인 절차가 완료되었습니다. 방 카드, 우리는 문을 열러 갔다, 그 사람에게 주어진 방이 체크 아웃하지 않은 것을 발견, 프론트 데스크에서 잘못된 방 카드를 발견, 다른 방 카드를 변경하기 위해 따라 잡기, 문을 계속 열거나 방 체크 아웃하지 않고 방을 변경해도 머물 수 없습니다. 네 번째까지 마침내 머물 수 있습니다.

공항 셔틀 버스가 있다고 명시 되어 있어서 예약을 했지만 공항 셔틀이 없었습니다. 결국 리프트를 불러 이동했습니다. 참고 하시길 바랍니다. 조식 포함 가격이었으나 조식은 매우 간단하게 제공되는 수준이라 크게 메리트를 느끼지 못했습니다. 오히려 공항과 매우 가깝고(차로 10분) 주변에 아주 맛있는 베트남 식당이 있다는 것이 이점입니다. 가격 대비 만족도가 낮아 추천은 어렵습니다.
