Overall a good place to stay, the rooms are a little outdated and we had issues with the tub not draining , we called housekeeping and no one ever answered. The tub eventually drained but happened again the next time we went to use it. The pool is awesome but the jacuzzi was a bit dirty.

It is an end unit and gives you a quiet and peaceful entertaining patio. Private park like setting with beautiful mountain and water views. Very close to community pool/spa. Just a short walk to Hilton hotel bar/restaurant and clubhouse. Carpeted throughout. Desert Princess Country Club and Resort has a 27 hole championship golf course, 10 tennis courts, 32 community pools, updated fitness center, on site day spa, and recently remodeled clubhouse and clubroom. If you are also in to keeping in shape, the Desert Princess Country Club and Resort is the place for you. Besides the golf, you can also bike ride inside the resorts guarded complex. There are also Class-A tennis courts, a pickle-ball court, racquetball courts, many swimming and lap pools, and a top-notch expansive fitness and weights facility. For hiking, head out to the many hiking trails that start in the local mountain foothills. You can also ride the Tram up to the top of the San Jacinto Mountains. The aerial tram travels two and one half miles up the mountain to a pristine wilderness aboard the World’s Largest Rotating Tramcars. From there the hiking is endless. After all of the fitness activities, head to the spa for some pampering.For entertainment, the casinos are right downtown about 7 miles away. In Palm Springs the Annenberg Theater presents some of the finest performers from the world of music, drama, comedy, opera, and dance.You will feel like you are on vacation your entire visit.The Community of Desert Princess & HOA Rules and Regulations...Have a nice time, but please have respect for the other neighbors of the Desert Princess. Most are permanent residents, and this is their home. Keep the noise level reasonable, and especially at night. Also please keep the back area clear of the games and other personal items after you are finished with them. No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments, or other devices that produces or reproduces sound is allowed to be used outdoors at any time of the day. If used indoors, such sound shall not be heard beyond the property line.The use of outdoor amenities and/or outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. is prohibited. The first $150 of electricity is covered in the rental, anything over that is paid by the renter. If you are booking in October, know that starting the first week of October they let the golf course area grass die so they can overseed for the upcoming golf season. But at least nine holes will be open during the overseeding.There is growing momentum in the Coachella Valley, and in Cathedral City, to impose restrictions on Short Term Vacation Rentals (STVR), and my unit falls into this category. In my experience with the rental of my unit, I have been very fortunate to have responsible tenants and have not had any complaints, but I also need to share the following information. Any fees & fines that are imposed will be the responsibility of the renting tenant.With these new restrictions comes some new rules to follow:1. All guests must receive and review the document “Desert Princess Palm Springs Governing Documents”. As part of the rental agreement you must acknowledge you have reviewed the document and agree to these terms.2. A $200 service fee shall be instituted for rental properties where the Desert Princess Patrol Services find it necessary to call Cathedral City Police or STVR Hotline to respond to a noise problem. This fee will be the responsibility of the tenant.3. There is a strict occupancy limit of 2 persons for overnight stays and 4 persons for non-overnight stays.4. There is a color-coded vehicle pass system for vehicles.5. People in the area are extremely sensitive to noise, especially when music is up too loud. Please keep the conversations and audio equipment to a reasonable level, on the patio or at the pool, and either inside or outside, and no loud music is allowed at any time.6. There shall not be any outdoor games and activities that create noise during the hours of 10pm and 8am.7. I really enjoy my stay at WorldMark Cathedral City. Tia at the front desk was amazing. She was very helpful, kind, informative, patient, and provided fantastic customer service, and she made me feel really welcomed. All other staff members were cordial and professional. The property is very well kept. The unit itself was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. Nice kitchen, organized closet, full bathroom, 2 smart TVs, living room area, and dining area. I highly recommend this location, and when I'm in the area, I'll definitely consider staying here once again.

머물 좋은 곳. 팜 스프링스로 곧장 운전했습니다. 훌륭한 수영장이있는 멋진 조용한 위치. 아침 식사는 아마도 무료 아침 식사를 포함한 호텔에서 가장 좋았습니다. 팜 스프링스의 중심부에 있고 싶다면 머물기에 좋은 곳이 아니지만 조용한 휴양지를 마을까지 짧은 거리로 원한다면 훌륭합니다.

I really enjoy my stay at WorldMark Cathedral City. Tia at the front desk was amazing. She was very helpful, kind, informative, patient, and provided fantastic customer service, and she made me feel really welcomed. All other staff members were cordial and professional. The property is very well kept. The unit itself was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. Nice kitchen, organized closet, full bathroom, 2 smart TVs, living room area, and dining area. I highly recommend this location, and when I'm in the area, I'll definitely consider staying here once again.

Overall a good place to stay, the rooms are a little outdated and we had issues with the tub not draining , we called housekeeping and no one ever answered. The tub eventually drained but happened again the next time we went to use it. The pool is awesome but the jacuzzi was a bit dirty.

머물 좋은 곳. 팜 스프링스로 곧장 운전했습니다. 훌륭한 수영장이있는 멋진 조용한 위치. 아침 식사는 아마도 무료 아침 식사를 포함한 호텔에서 가장 좋았습니다. 팜 스프링스의 중심부에 있고 싶다면 머물기에 좋은 곳이 아니지만 조용한 휴양지를 마을까지 짧은 거리로 원한다면 훌륭합니다.

昨天在indian canyon玩好，路過palm spring down town就逛到晚上，決定再住一晚，down town附近這個級別的酒店大約2000，開十五分鐘出來就可以1000出頭住一晚啦。各方面都不錯，洗手盆龍頭是高儀的。房間也比較大。唯一美國這種酒店都是獨立空調，噪音大，其他就都不錯了。給好評

모텔은 매우 시끄러운 곳이었습니다! 벽은 매우 얇았고 모든 방향의 이웃은 항상 소리를 지르며 논쟁했습니다. 위층 사람들도! 그것은 밤이었다. 하지만 매일 밤이었다! 낮에는 조용해졌습니다. 나는 그 장소가 사람들이 살았던 ”주간”이라는 인상을 받았습니다. 마을(Cathedral City/Palm Springs/Rancho Mirage/etc.)에 대한 우리의 인상은 그것이 매우 불친절하다는 것입니다. 우리가 만난 모든 사람들은 눈에 띄고 클릭하는 것 같았습니다. 친절한 곳이 전혀 아닙니다. 우리는 확실히 돌아 오지 않을 것입니다!
