Walk out the back door and see the dolphins play as you sip your coffee. Enjoy a rocket launch while roasting marshmallows over the fire pit or grab a boogie board and show the kids how it's done. Plenty of parking and large bathrooms, this fully stocked home makes it easy bring your suitcase and start playing in the sand. Private walkway to toes in the sand. We wanted to share a quick update regarding the property. Since the hurricanes, we've completed extensive work, and we're happy to report that the house is in excellent condition.As part of the improvements, we've added sand to the beach steps at the back of the house to enhance the natural flow to the shore. While the area is completely safe, please note that the sand slope is slightly steep. If you're traveling with young children or elderly guests, they may appreciate a bit of extra assistance when navigating the steps.Events-we are happy to host events if they are disclosed, pre-approved and any event fees/insurance paid. Unauthorized events (of any sort) will be shut down so please just reach out if you are interested in hosting an event and let's make it great!Located in Daytona Beach Shores just south of all of the action of Daytona Beach but in a very family friendly area. Guest shall occupy and use the Premises as a dwelling unit. Guest shall notify Manager of any anticipated extended absence from the Premises not later than the first day of the extended absence. Guest will maintain the premises in good order and appearance including keeping the premises free of trash and garbage. Reasonable wear and tear are the only exceptions to damage to the premises. Booking guest agrees to be the primary occupant of the dwelling during the entire period of the rental.Guest may not use the premise for commercial or event purposes. We have beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, and bicycles- along with a beach wagon- to make your beach trip as enjoyable as possible. But the beach is not the only thing close by. The Halifax River is also a quick 2-minute walk in the other direction with a small riverfront park where you can enjoy a picnic or the amazing sunsets. Also within a 2 minute walk away is McElcroy Park, a hidden gem with a full playground, basketball court, outdoor gym, shuffleboard, and pickleball courts. If you’re an avid pickleball player, you’ll probably want to bring your own gear, but for everyone else, we have a couple of paddles and the nearby community center also loans pickleball equipment. Craving local flavors? You’re in luck! There are a number of restaurants, cafes, breakfast spots & ice cream shops within a mile of the house and sidewalks along A1A make them easily walkable. The continental breakfast was delicious. Warm cinnamon rolls, fresh-made pancakes, omelets, amazing coffee machines that freshly grind your coffee beans. Anytime we had a request during our stay, it was immediately fulfilled. Front desk staff was very kind and accommodating. Hotel and pool are very clean. Super easy beach access. Overall would absolutely stay here again.

높은 층은 훌륭했습니다. 전망이 아름다운 안뜰은 편안했습니다. 엘레베이터와 가까워도 방이 아주 조용해서 전혀 문제 없었습니다. 침대는 편안했고 베개는 매우 푹신했지만 내 스타일은 아니었지만 훌륭했습니다. 자쿠지에는 제트기가 작동하지 않습니다. 프론트 데스크의 Justin은 물이 뜨거워서 절반은 작동했다고 말했습니다. 나는 전반적으로 즐거운 시간을 보냈고 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다. 그것은 해변에 바로 있고 좋은 수영장이 있습니다. 울타리가있는 수영장과 별도의 멋진 어린이 수영 공간이 있으며 주차는 무료입니다. 직원분들이 전체적으로 너무 친절하셨어요

We ended up at the Daytona Grande after the Hilton Oceanfront overbooked and we were on our way with no place to stay! Admittedly not the safest, but I had to book this place while driving from the Orlando airport and just looking for something that wasn’t a total dive but still decently priced without a ton of extra fees. No free breakfast here which is something I especially appreciate as a family of 6, but in this case it was just me and my teenage son in town for an archery championship. After the highly stressful day of travel we had, the Grande was like a little slice of Heaven! It was clean, quiet, and beautiful. We decided after having to skip lunch with flight delays and all that, we just wanted a good meal and a good bed and we got exactly that. My son and I split truffle fries to start, the crusted crab filet, and beignets for dessert. All were wonderful (and we’re from Dallas where there is no shortage of excellent food) and enjoyed Oceanside on the dimly lit quiet patio. My only criticism is that the tables should be turned perpendicularly to the ocean and hotel so that everyone at the table gets a view of both rather than one facing a wall while the other faces the ocean. Rooms were nicely decorated, had comfortable, intuitive lighting, handy USB plugs, and most importantly REALLY COMFORTABLE BEDS! We have a Tempurpedic at home so my sleep is usually pretty abysmal at hotels. Now, this wasn’t as comfy as home, but I slept hard and woke without being sore since the bed was genuinely comfortable. My only complaints about the room were that the window sheers, while stylish, really gave no privacy at all, so if you wanted privacy you had to sacrifice light. Water pressure wasn’t great and the bathroom needed more towel bars and hooks. This would’ve been way more of a nuisance with the whole family, but they also came midday and restocked towels and made up the beds, which we see less and less of these days, even at nice hotels in the name of being “green”. But it was spacious and clean and otherwise nicely equipped. Elevators were fast and never held us up. Beach access from the elevator was nice as we didn’t have to walk through the lobby in swimsuits. Parking was slightly inconvenient being caddy corner across the street, but not bad at all. We considered but didn’t try room service mainly due to price and unknown wait (when we had tournament times to consider) but the little shop/cafe in the lobby was great and convenient and priced about as you’d expect (pricey, but not too ridiculous). We got coffee and breakfast sandwiches both days. I think the biggest issue with this place is the visibility. It’s tall to be sure so you’re not going to miss it, but the entrance and signage is on the far side and behind a little aqua building (I think called Sand Dunes) which had to be apartments or a teeny hotel that I can only assume refused to sell to the Grande in development so the Grande built around it. It keeps it from having the opulent entrance that the Hilton does
