The home has two separate living spaces including two living rooms, two kitchens, and a game room, which makes it the perfect rental for large groups, family gatherings, or those looking for a little extra space to spread out and relax.The charm of our home lies not just in its amenities and beachside location, but in the unique blend of both space and togetherness it provides. It also has two driveways, a covered carport, and room to park a trailer, making it a great place to stay for Bike Week and Biketoberfest. Whether you are a culinary enthusiast or just like to heat up some takeout, our fully-stocked kitchen has everything you need to feed a crowd including large cookware and serving platters. There’s also a propane grill outside if grilling is more your speed. The dining room table seats 12, so everyone can gather together for a delicious home-cooked meal or a night of board games- we have a bunch to choose from! That’s not the case with this home! Beach access with public restrooms and outdoor showers is 900 feet from the front door- just a quick 3-minute walk away. We have beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, and bicycles- along with a beach wagon- to make your beach trip as enjoyable as possible. But the beach is not the only thing close by. The Halifax River is also a quick 2-minute walk in the other direction with a small riverfront park where you can enjoy a picnic or the amazing sunsets. Also within a 2 minute walk away is McElcroy Park, a hidden gem with a full playground, basketball court, outdoor gym, shuffleboard, and pickleball courts. If you’re an avid pickleball player, you’ll probably want to bring your own gear, but for everyone else, we have a couple of paddles and the nearby community center also loans pickleball equipment. Craving local flavors? You’re in luck! There are a number of restaurants, cafes, breakfast spots & ice cream shops within a mile of the house and sidewalks along A1A make them easily walkable. If you’re up for a bike ride, the options are even more plentiful. There are oceanfront restaurants, fish camps on the river, and even a brewery- all within a 30-minute bike ride, some even closer! This house is perfect for large groups, or multiple families. It’s two house in one! With a 5 min walk to the beach and an awesome landscaped back patio grilling area with hot tub, pool, and ping pong table and pool volleyball net! The bottom house has two bedrooms and two bath. The master bedroom there is a super comfortable king a walk in closet with shower in the bathroom. the second bedroom is Equipped with 3 twin bunk beds we also have a queen blow up mattress for larger groups. Guest bath has a brand new extremely clean deep jetted tub. The garage is used for our private storage. A large open concept living/dining and kitchen area with a small work place for those who have to spend a little Time working while you stay! The second floor has its own entrance on top of the main house. This house has two bedrooms and one bath. The master room has a king size bed and the second room has a total of 4 twin beds. One bunk bed and one trundle bed. We also have a pull out couch. In the living room. We love walking to breakfast. there are multiple options within 5-10 minBoat/jet ski rentals only a 5 min walk. A perfect day for us is walking toBreakfast and then straight from breakfast hop on a jet ski and cruise the river. The beach is another option after breakfast we often do then come home hit the pool and hot tub and order pizza. There are a ton of other things to do there in Daytona. Just about all Daytona has to offer is within a 10 min drive from the house.There are two cameras outside of the property, recording the entrance and the driveway.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 9:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.No children under 10 at pool without supervision..About customRules:No wild parties at all. The resort is neat, clean and well maintained. Its homey atmosphere tends to attract a friendly and outgoing crowd, so it is an ideal resort for couples or families. The resort has an updated pool & deck, with several gas grills for burgers or hot dogs, saving you money for the many Orlando attractions. Anytime we had a request during our stay, it was immediately fulfilled. Front desk staff was very kind and accommodating. Hotel and pool are very clean. Super easy beach access. Overall would absolutely stay here again.

높은 층은 훌륭했습니다. 전망이 아름다운 안뜰은 편안했습니다. 엘레베이터와 가까워도 방이 아주 조용해서 전혀 문제 없었습니다. 침대는 편안했고 베개는 매우 푹신했지만 내 스타일은 아니었지만 훌륭했습니다. 자쿠지에는 제트기가 작동하지 않습니다. 프론트 데스크의 Justin은 물이 뜨거워서 절반은 작동했다고 말했습니다. 나는 전반적으로 즐거운 시간을 보냈고 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다. 그것은 해변에 바로 있고 좋은 수영장이 있습니다. 울타리가있는 수영장과 별도의 멋진 어린이 수영 공간이 있으며 주차는 무료입니다. 직원분들이 전체적으로 너무 친절하셨어요

We ended up at the Daytona Grande after the Hilton Oceanfront overbooked and we were on our way with no place to stay! Admittedly not the safest, but I had to book this place while driving from the Orlando airport and just looking for something that wasn’t a total dive but still decently priced without a ton of extra fees. No free breakfast here which is something I especially appreciate as a family of 6, but in this case it was just me and my teenage son in town for an archery championship. After the highly stressful day of travel we had, the Grande was like a little slice of Heaven! It was clean, quiet, and beautiful. We decided after having to skip lunch with flight delays and all that, we just wanted a good meal and a good bed and we got exactly that. My son and I split truffle fries to start, the crusted crab filet, and beignets for dessert. All were wonderful (and we’re from Dallas where there is no shortage of excellent food) and enjoyed Oceanside on the dimly lit quiet patio. My only criticism is that the tables should be turned perpendicularly to the ocean and hotel so that everyone at the table gets a view of both rather than one facing a wall while the other faces the ocean. Rooms were nicely decorated, had comfortable, intuitive lighting, handy USB plugs, and most importantly REALLY COMFORTABLE BEDS! We have a Tempurpedic at home so my sleep is usually pretty abysmal at hotels. Now, this wasn’t as comfy as home, but I slept hard and woke without being sore since the bed was genuinely comfortable. My only complaints about the room were that the window sheers, while stylish, really gave no privacy at all, so if you wanted privacy you had to sacrifice light. Water pressure wasn’t great and the bathroom needed more towel bars and hooks. This would’ve been way more of a nuisance with the whole family, but they also came midday and restocked towels and made up the beds, which we see less and less of these days, even at nice hotels in the name of being “green”. But it was spacious and clean and otherwise nicely equipped. Elevators were fast and never held us up. Beach access from the elevator was nice as we didn’t have to walk through the lobby in swimsuits. Parking was slightly inconvenient being caddy corner across the street, but not bad at all. We considered but didn’t try room service mainly due to price and unknown wait (when we had tournament times to consider) but the little shop/cafe in the lobby was great and convenient and priced about as you’d expect (pricey, but not too ridiculous). We got coffee and breakfast sandwiches both days. I think the biggest issue with this place is the visibility. It’s tall to be sure so you’re not going to miss it, but the entrance and signage is on the far side and behind a little aqua building (I think called Sand Dunes) which had to be apartments or a teeny hotel that I can only assume refused to sell to the Grande in development so the Grande built around it. It keeps it from having the opulent entrance that the Hilton does

Location was perfect for what we needed. The pool was nice and access to the beach was perfect. The staff was less than inviting and some were just rude. The rooms were good sized but HOT. Needed to buy a fan to sleep. The AC units do not work as they should. The fan in the bathroom does not do it’s job. Had to shower with the door open to breath. The doors do not seal thus allowing even more hot air into an already hot room. If my room had not been prepaid I would of left after the first night. We were miserable trying to sleep. This LqQuinta does NOT live up to the many I have stayed in over the years. Very Disappointed!
