We have spent three years renovating our upstairs so guests can have an affordable place to relax while visiting our beautiful city . The Sea-clausion offers two Bedrooms , open space plan and a galley kitchen for cooking lite meals . We have an instant gas hot water heater . Although you never run out of hot water it does take a min to warm up . We are three 1/2 blocks from the ocean and a few blocks from the arts district .My children and I live down stairs full time incase of any emergenciesThe spaceThe Sea-Clusion is an upstairs apartment. The master bedroom is large in size with a king bed. The treadmill is located in the master bedroom. The hot water for the property is GAs so it takes a bit for the water to get hot especially late at night .The Sea-clusion has its own entrance and we provide on street parking for two cars onlyGuest accessGuests have their own entrance with a code lockOther things to noteI’m open to booking is space off line , u can contact me on messenger. My transformed craft/art space is comfortable and private. relaxing on the balcony while drinking your morning coffee or after a fun day at the beach.studio 525 is in walking distance to several coffee shops, restaurants , The Vibe District, the grocery , The best snow cone on the east coast "GET LOST'.Studio 525 is a cozy yet spacious studio with all any couple could need to enjoy time in Va Beach. When guests first arrive you will notice our Beautiful gate , Walk right through and follow the brick walkway . Please stay on the path. To the left of the garage door you will find another door. Walk right in , this space is designed to keep all beach gear. Our beach house is family friendly with a fenced in yard for your pups( sorry not cats) a large porch to enjoy meals and just relaxing. My family & I recently stayed at this property, and the service was awesome!! We would definitely book here again!! To speak on why we would...One of the elevators was out of order, which is beyond their control, so to make the unpleasant situation pleasant; guests were provided with snacks and soda in the lobby while we waited for the elevator ... in addition to this dilemma, the water lines had to be tested, and the hotel was without water pressure for a little while; with that being said, guest were informed arrangements had been made so that we could use the neighboring hotel .... all the staff was extremely nice and I especially appreciated the security of ID check before a room key was given ... because there wasn't a hot-tub, I will give this hotel a 9/10 ... Wonderful booking

However, in the advert they offer a free breakfast which also indicated in the booking confirmation but upon arrival I was informed that breakfast is not included :( . 해변 바로 옆에 있고 많은 상점과 레스토랑, 호텔 로비 및 객실까지 도보 거리에 있지만 객실의 AC가 잘 작동하지 않으며 일부 객실에는 보안 걸쇠의 변경으로 인해 손님이 방에서 잠그는 데 문제가 있습니다. 프론트 데스크 직원과 하우스 키핑 직원은 친절했지만 한 관리자는 하우스 키핑에 대해 ”영어를 충분히 잘하지 못함”이라고 말하고 뒤에서 의견을 말하면서 손님을 화나게하는지 신경 쓰지 않는 것 같았습니다.

호텔은 평균이었고 기념일에 약간 실망했습니다. 나는 아침 식사를 지불했고 크리스마스 이브 아침 식사는 예약 만이라고 말하지 않았습니다. 말할 필요도 없이 나는 매우 실망했고 그들이 제공한 아침 식사는 전날 제공된 것과 동등하지 않았습니다.  접수 여성은 문제를 해결하려고 시도했고 매우 좋았지 만 문제는 해결되지 않았습니다.

체크인 1시간 30분 전에 도착했는데 아직 방이 준비되지 않았습니다. 다시 와야 한다고 들었습니다. 주차장을 이용할 수 없었기 때문에 1시간 30분을 기다리기 위해 차를 주차해야 했습니다. 내 방이 준비되었을 때 나는 그들이 너무 백업되어 있었기 때문에 체크인하기 위해 45 분 동안 차 줄에서 기다려야했습니다. 체크인할 때 방 열쇠 2개만 받았는데 아무것도 없었습니다. 방에 웰컴 패킷이 있을 거라고 생각했지만 아무것도 없었습니다. 우리 일행의 다른 절반이 도착했을 때 그들도 차 줄에서 45분을 기다려야 했습니다. 수영장은 더러웠고 안면 마스크가 떠 있었습니다. 첫날 밤에 AC가 작동하지 않았고 방의 온도는 80도였습니다. 어느날 아침 9시에 프론트 데스크에 방문하여 우리가 외출했기 때문에 하우스 키핑에게 새 수건과 화장지를 방으로 가져 오라고 요청했으며 1 위치에 깔끔하게 쌓여있는 오래된 수건과 쓰레기를 제거 할 수 있는지 물었습니다. 나는 이 서비스를 24시간 전에 요청해야 했지만 새 수건과 화장지를 가져올 것이라고 들었습니다. 나는 오후 6시에 돌아와서 방에 수건이나 화장지가 없다는 것을 알았습니다. 내가 프론트 데스크에 전화했을 때 나는 다시 한 번이 항목을 24 시간 전에 요청해야하지만 어쨌든 누군가를 보내겠다고 말했습니다. 나는 방에 4 명이 머물렀고 수건 2 개를 가져 와서 2 개를 더 얻으려면 다른 여행을해야했습니다. 체크아웃할 때 발렛파킹이 1개만 있어서 1시간 이상 기다려야만 출발했습니다. 2줄의 차가 쌓여 있었고 그 불쌍한 아이는 열심히 일하고 있었지만 할 수 있는 일은 그 정도밖에 없었습니다. 나는 고객 서비스에 매우 불만족했다.
