Guest rooms are very spacious. Location is great: walking distance to Georgetown and five minutes to the DuPont Circle Red Line station. Check in and check out were fast. The fitness center equipment was upgraded during my visit. The pool was, however, closed for the duration. Staff were friendly. The business center’s printer’s toner needed to be replaced but wasn’t during my visit but front desk staff helped me with printing. Housekeeping staff are nice but sometimes maybe too busy and can forget to replenish everything, such as paper cups for the coffee machines. Generally very good value hotel.

New hardwood floors, an open kitchen with counter seating and Viking appliances, and a full bath reveal thoughtful details in making this a comfortable and desirable retreat.The master bedroom has a queen bed, custom closet, and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and, a custom closet. Both rooms have lovely natural light and black-out shades. You will also find a comfortable queen sleeper sofa in the open living room.This lovely apartment is on Gallery Row (R Street between Connecticut and 21st Street), a stone's throw from The Phillips Collection and home to interesting restaurants, cafes, bistros, shops, spas, galleries, museums jazz clubs and parks.We are centrally located with easy walking to the ample cuisine choices throughout the neighborhood and it is easy to access all of the city via public transportation. There are abundant bike share, car share and scooter share opportunities nearby. Google the options or contact us for resources so that you can register in advance.You are in an ideal location for transit, 1.5 blocks away from the DuPont Metro Station (Red Line) at 20th and Q St. Leave your car at home, having a car in DC is more a liability than a convenience! If you are driving to DC and need parking, we do have one parking space (nightly fee) behind the home, check with us on availability. We can also order you a street parking permit. Please check with us first on this, we will need the car make, model, and the plate state & number.

Stayed four nights for a conference across the street at the Hilton. I have stayed here once before and had a good stay. It seems to have gone downhill, as the service was terrible no matter who I spoke to at the front desk. Housekeeping never came my entire stay despite: 1) being told housekeeping is every 2 days (according to one person ) or 3 days (according to a different person); 2) requesting trash pickup, extra hangars, two clean towels on Day 2 and being told it would happen while I was gone for the day; 3) requesting it again on the next day since it didn't happen previously. Again, I returned to my room at the end of the day and it had not happened. Explained this to the front desk upon checkout on Day 4 and they were ”shocked.” No attempt to rectify/compensate though. Another problem was I missed a delivery one evening because the phone was not working in my room. They never fixed it. I was dealing with a different person each time and not a single one was able to address any of the above issues. Last time I am staying here.

first off, i booked a king room but was given 2 queen beds instead, they said you don’t always get that when you book through a 3rd party because they do not know what rooms are actually available, second, i requested that my room be cleaned everyday that i stayed, but was not, i had to go downstairs to ask for new towels 2 nights in a row, on the 3rd night i finally asked the front desk and they showed me a small sign that said they do not clean until your 4th day of stay, they can do a quick refresh if you ask before 9pm the night before, lastly, i was charged $41.73 on top of what i paid to Trip.com, i called to ask about it a few days after my trip when i saw it on my credit card, they said it was an amenities charge for each of the days i stayed, whaat? the only amenity i used was the elevator, never have i ever been charged for anything other than the price of the hotel, needless to say i will not be staying here again and will not recommend it to anyone

I stayed two nights on a business trip, and overall it was great. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming, and helped me with a few things throughout the stay. The lobby's nothing special - just a desk and a few steps to the elevator, and there's an underlying smell from the gas heat. The rooms themselves are great. Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, and I was given a room facing the back of the hotel so it was very quiet (I'll always choose quiet over view). There's a Welcome Hour every evening from 5-6 where you can get a glass of wine/beer or cocktail for free, which is a nice touch, and there are water refill (still or sparkling!) and ice stations on every floor. Overall, it was a great stay.

매우 중심적인 호텔(조지타운). 우수한 객실. 멋진 서비스. 내가 거기에 있었을 때의 유일한 문제는 전날 밤 작은 화재로 인해 부엌이 다운되었다는 것입니다. 나는 숙박 직전에 이것에 대해 경고를 받았습니다. 그러다 저녁에 엘리베이터가 고장이 났어요. 직원이 만회했습니다.

우리는 2 월에 캐노피에서의 숙박을 즐겼습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절했고 훌륭한 서비스를 뛰어 넘었습니다. 우리가 약간의 건설 작업 때문에 돌아 왔을 때 프론트 데스크 직원 중 한 명이 우리를 도울 수 있도록 나섰습니다. 그녀는 실제로 우리를 위해 밖에 서있었습니다. 우리는 The Canopy에 머무르는 것이 좋습니다! 그것은 매우 깨끗했고 우리의 요구를 완벽하게 충족 시켰습니다! 좋은 위치와 우리는 물 위에있는 것을 즐겼습니다. 호텔에서 셔틀 정류장이있어 쉽게 돌아 다닐 수 있습니다. 우리는 DC를 걷는 것을 즐겼습니다! 우리는 우리의 체류를 좋아했습니다 !! 차이나 타운에서 멀지 않은 곳에 백악관 링컨 기념관에서 1 ~ 2km 떨어진 많은 고급 상점이 있지만 DC는 크지 않습니다. 방의 크기는 깨끗하고 깨끗할 수 있습니다. 즉, 아침 일찍 문을 두드리고 방을 청소할 것인지 묻습니다. 나중에 연락하지 않고 방을 청소하지 않습니다.

房間衞生是ok的，符合標準 酒店一樓，異味比較大 每天都是 酒店服務：給差評是有原因的，第一天晚上我們發現有陌生人躲在我們門外面，於是打電話給前台尋求幫助。前後打了三次，前台答應我們會上來查看，但是沒有。一直讓我們等待，然後就再也沒有然後了。我不知道是為什麼 但是那一晚我覺得我處在很危險的境地，很緊張。我把貓眼堵住了，還放了個東西在門把手上。萬怡就是這樣對待客户的需求的。還是注意安全吧

附近租賃公寓較多，主要是送小孩留學住了幾天。酒店離華盛頓哥倫比亞特區Washington, D.C. 的安娜考斯蒂亞河很近，河邊是開放式公園，酒店每天免費前台邊冰櫃裏瓶裝水，早餐也沒人查卡。房間有電磁爐 操作枱公寓設定，沒有可開窗。街道寬闊明凈，不愧為首都，時時可見白人牽着狗悠閑地在溜彎，不像西雅圖街道狹窄且時時可見街角的黑人流浪漢，在這裏的安全感上升。

방은 넓고 새것 같았으며, 위치가 정말 편리했습니다. 아래층에 바로 마트가 있었고 지하철역과도 가까웠어요. 근처에는 스타벅스/피츠 커피도 있었습니다. 단 한 가지 아쉬운 점은, 호텔 내에 무료 생수나 전기 주전자가 제공되지 않는다는 것이었지만, 매일 아침 1층에서 뜨거운 물을 제공해 주셨습니다.
