Comfortable, spacious, light-filled bedroom, full bath, and access to shared kitchen. Easy access to public transportation, nightlife, and amenities. No pets allowed.Free parking on street, however parking is limited to 2 hours. if your stay is longer, I'll issue you free permit (you need to let me know car tag, color, car brand). Top floor is all yours, the rest of the house is shared with owner. Digital entry door lock for hassle free key check in. Front entry door must be locked at all times even when at property. Instructions how to use digital lock will be send to you ahead of your arrival.Note: Your space is on top floor 3rd floor and there are 28 stairs. 오래된 호텔이지만 2 개의 큰 침대가있는 스위트는 넓은 거실, 책상 공간, 식당 공간, 발코니, 입구 공간이 있으며 외출 할 수있는 발코니가 있으며 수십 년 전의 좋은 호텔의 형태를 상상할 수 있습니다. 야외 수영장은 여름에 매우 귀엽습니다. 위치는 훌륭합니다! 동물원과 매우 조용하고 아름다운 Rock Creek Park와 매우 가까운 Woodley Park 지역에는 많은 레스토랑이 있으며 지하철역에서 도보로 5-10 분 거리에 있습니다. 돈을 위해 좋은 가치! 서비스는 평균이며, 다른 교대 근무의 프런트 데스크 직원은 서로 교대하기에 충분하지 않은 것 같습니다. 중간에 싱글 베드 스위트로 변경했습니다. 방은 훨씬 작았습니다. 소파 베드의 매트리스는 정말 썩어서 잠을 잘 수 없었습니다. 너무 오래된 가구 중 일부는 제 시간에 업데이트하십시오!

Our classic Wardman-style DC Rowhome is located in the vibrant Petworth neighborhood of Washington, DC and serves as the perfect jumping point for exploring the city. We are a quick 9 minute walk to the metro (93 walk score) and have tons of bus, bike, street parking, and uber/lyft options readily available.NOTE: Absolutely NO parties or events are permitted in this space.Over the last several years, we have lovingly restored this 100+ year old home. With many original features still in tact (transom windows, skylights, custom doorways and window frames, original door handles, etc.) we hope you enjoy its timelessness and character as much as we do, and give it as much care as we have!Come and go easily using our private entrances along with a fully automated check-in process.THE SPACE:In the basement you will find two bedrooms; one is furnished with a queen bed and the other with twin bunks. There is a living room area equipped with TV and futon, a newly renovated bathroom with full sized washer/dryer set, a separate workspace with desk and chair, and kitchenette (mini fridge, coffee maker, sink, and microwave) for small meal prep/coffee making!On the main level of the home you will find a spacious and welcoming living room, dining area, sunroom, half bath, and full kitchen - perfect for relaxing with loved ones after a long day of sightseeing! The kitchen is equipped with a full sized fridge/freezer, gas stove, gas oven, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The sunroom has a futon and air mattress for extra sleeping space!Upstairs you will find 3 full bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and walk-in closet, as well as an en suite full bathroom equipped with a shower, double sinks, and soaking tub (original to the home!). The second and third bedrooms have queen sized beds and share a jack-and-jill bathroom. One of the rooms has a small office off of it for those that need to get some work done, as well. The other, a cozy chair for reading that expands for additional sleeping space if needed.Fresh towels and bed linens will always be provided, as will basic soaps, shampoo, and conditioner.OUTSIDE:Enjoy the front porch furnished with rocking chairs! Off the back of the house, you will find a nice deck that leads down to a fully enclosed, private backyard. There is an additional patio space on the yard level and a secluded and private 4-6 person HOT TUB available for use under the deck!PARKING:While we do not have private parking on site, street parking is free and readily available.HOUSE RULES:1. Absolutely NO parties or events are permitted in this space. Please be respectful of our neighbors; no loud noises between 10pm and 8am.2. To reiterate, Quiet Hours are from 10pm to 8am every day of the week.3. No additional guests (anyone not listed on the reservation and included in the total guest count) unless otherwise communicated and agreed on. If this rule is violated and more guests are present on the property without the host’s knowledge and permission, a fee of $25 per person per day will be assessed. 이 호스텔은 진짜 위치빼고는 다 좋은 곳입니다! 저는 6인실 여성전용 도미토리에서 묵었는데 지하에 있어서 별로일 거라 생각했는데 정말 깨끗하고 시원하게 잘 머물렀습니다. 가기 전에도 위치에 대한 리뷰가 많아 걱정했는데 막상 가보니까 유니언스테이션이랑 숙소랑, 숙소랑 내셔널몰이랑 한방에 이어지는 버스도 많아서 편했어요! 호스텔에서 알려주는 식당이나 마트도 근방에 위치해 있어서 너무 편했고 식당도 맛있었어요!! 워싱턴에서 후기가 제일 좋은 것 같던데 좋은 이유가 있네요! 사진에 호스텔 방 사진이랑 조식(무료)사진이구요! 거리는 숙소주변 거리예요~~

Half a block to Harris Teeter, 10min walk to 18th St restaurants, 10min bike ride to DuPont Circle, WoodleyPark/Zoo. Only 1.5 miles to the WhiteHouse, downtown, Chinatown etc. FREE street parking.The spaceSpacious 2 level, 3Bedroom, 2.5 baths in Adams Morgan/Kalorama neighborhood close to everything.
