Keiki Beach with its beautiful white sand, swimming lagoon, tide pools and ocean access is a short walk down the Manor's comfortable private street. Manta Ray Manor is an architect-designed, fully functional beach retreat. It's bigger than a bungalow, allowing everyone their own space, but small enough to rekindle the family aloha. High ceilings, expansive windows and large living areas make the home airy, bright and relaxing. The living room, with its expansive seating and 60" TV (if desired), provides a comfortable indoor gathering place. Nestled in the center of Kona this 1BR/1BA recently fully renovated condo offers a base for 2 to 4 people as you seek local attractions or nearby restaurants. Many stores as well as the beach are in walking distance. Yearning a home cooked meal, use the fully equipped kitchen with its professional range.In the living room you can relax after a day of adventure and convert the brand new couch into a full sized bed.---Overall1BR/1BA condo that is a 7min walk to the closes beach (Kamakahonu Beach) as well as to many restaurants; less than 5min walk to get to grocery stores, fast food places, and pharmacy.Parking stall close to entrance.EntranceScreen door to allow you to get the evening breeze while still being within your own private place.Electronic lock with access code to enter the condoBedroomEnjoy the queen sized bed as you return from your daily adventures. The room is equipped with an A/C unit as well as with fans to adjust the temperature to your liking. Living RoomRelax on the couch as you watch tv (Roku channels, or you can access your Netflix/Hulu account - credentials will be wiped upon your departure). By night the sofa can be used as a pullout bed (double size) - we provide linen if you let us know in advance that you would be needing the pullout bed.KitchenThe kitchen is part of the living room and has been recently upgraded with a new 5 burner gas stove, oven and a new fridge and dishwasher. Heat your food up in the microwave or enjoy a home cooked meal. We also provide a breakfast bar for two if you want to eat inside. Lanai (Patio)The place to enjoy your meals at the table for four people while you enjoy the sunset. BathroomShower and toilet - we provide enough towels for our guests.OutsideThe pool is right across the Lanai - it is gated, we provide the key to access the pool. There is also a BBQ within the fenced in pool area. You can do your own laundry if you want to dry or wash clothes. (Please note that a reasonable fee per wash/dry cycle will need to be paid through a phone app. Details on how to install the app are provided in the laundry area.) The laundry area is across the patio next to the pool (separate access, requires a key which we provide.) Located within 5 min walk to grocery stores, Historic Ali‘i Drive, downtown, and the pier, this cozy getaway offers the perfect blend of convenience and island charm. Enjoy the airy living space, modern amenities, and easy access to all that Kona has to offer. Whether you're exploring town or unwinding after a day by the ocean, this is your ideal home base in paradise! The Two Twin Beds can be turned into a King bed upon request. Fully furnished and equipped kitchen and living room. Linens, towels, beach towels and some beach toys provided. Swimming pool, WiFi, free assigned parking, and laundry facilities are available. The assigned parking space is just out front of the unit. Please respect the HOA rules of no smoking on property and quiet hour rules from 9p to 8a. The pool and laundry are open 8a to 8p. Please No smoking or vaping inside the condo, or on the lanai. Free WiFi internet is provided. Please do not overuse the air conditioner and do not leave it running while you are not in the condo, one of our sustainability and eco-friendly principles, electricity is a premium on the islands, despite any solar panels you may see on other commercial and residential buildings. Be aware that the laundry machines are not inside the condo, but next to the pool and are coin operated. A key is required to access both and you will find it next to the House Rules and WiFi info in the kitchen. Our welcome message will remind you of these instructions. For guests staying more than a few days: Please be aware and to manage expectations that we do not provide guests with an unlimited supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, soap and other consumable items because doing so encourages guests to consume them irresponsibly and without moderation. It’s been confirmed that providing “essentials” does not equate to an unlimited supply of consumable products. If you consume all the provided toilet paper or garbage bags, please purchase your own. Thank you. I strive to provide enough towels for each booked guest staying at the condo. If guests need extra towels, 1 additional set can be provided at no additional charge. Please communicate an additional need before check in, as the cleaner charges extra to return to the unit after check in. To respect the environment and use water responsibly, Ido not supply an unlimited amount of clean towels. 댄과 헤이디가 정말 친절하게 맞이해주십니다. 아들 분 중에 한국에서 일했던 적이 있어서 한국 사람이라고 하면 더 반가워 하시는거 같아요. 여기에 오셔야 하는 진짜 이유는 집에서 만들어주는 따뜻한 아침 한끼가 대박입니다. 근처에서 직접 기르는 나무에서 열매 따서 가져오시고 메뉴도 다양하게 배부르게 먹을 정도로 주세요. 특히 코나커피도 내려주시는데 저희는 3번 리필해서 마셨습니다.

호텔 위치가 좋고, 모퉁이만 돌면 해변이 있고, 바다 전망이 보이는 훌륭한 레스토랑이 있습니다. 호텔 내부의 풍경은 첫 번째 사진과 같으며, 상상 그 이상입니다. 방은 어떤가요? 에어컨은 침대 머리맡에 직접 불어오는 구식 창문형 에어컨인데, 소음이 너무 크고, 욕실도 비교적 오래됐고, 수압과 온도도 비교적 안정적입니다. 침구는 꽤 편안합니다. 호텔에는 주차 공간도 마련되어 있으며 렌터카 파티에 적합합니다. 전반적으로 별 4개입니다.

가족 휴가를 위해 이곳을 두 번째로 선택했는데, 매우 만족합니다. 리조트로서는 좋은 선택입니다. 객실 내 편의 시설로는 인덕션, 오븐, 전자레인지, 식기세척기, 세탁기, 건조기, 에어컨이 모두 갖춰져 있어 매우 편리합니다. 주방용품과 식기류도 완벽하고 비치타월도 넉넉합니다. 리조트에서 비치 체어와 파라솔, 스노클링 장비, 구명조끼 등을 대여해 주는데, 가격은 하루에 6~12달러 정도입니다. 리조트에는 수영장, 비치 발리볼 코트, 농구장, 헬스장, 바비큐 그릴 등이 있습니다. 한마디로 빅 아일랜드에 아주 적합한 리조트입니다. 꼭 한번 방문해 보세요. 분명 만족하실 겁니다.

침실 2개와 거실 1개가 아주 잘 되어있습니다. 6인, 4개의 방이 있고 거실에는 이동식 침대가 있습니다. 욕실도 2개 있습니다. 머물기에 매우 편안합니다. 그런데 에어컨은 없고 방 하나에 에어컨 수납장이 있는데 사용하려면 추가 비용을 내야 합니다. 세탁기와 건조기도 있어서 꽤 새롭고 사용하기 편하지만, 거실 침대에서 자고 있는 사람들에게는 기계 돌아가는 소리가 들린다. 주방에는 직접 요리를 하려는 분들을 위한 시설이 완비되어 있습니다. 호텔에서 차로 5분 이내의 거리에 대형 슈퍼마켓과 상업 센터가 있습니다. 저녁 9시에 도착했는데 프런트는 이미 업무를 마쳤습니다. 그런데 프런트 문 앞에 전용 전화번호가 있으니 전화해서 성을 말하면 비밀번호를 알려줍니다. 객실 열쇠가 보관되어 있는 자물쇠 상자에서 열쇠를 직접 수령하실 수 있습니다. 모든 건물에 엘리베이터가 없어 상당히 불편합니다. 게다가 이 방의 가장 나쁜 점은 도로 쪽 창문이 전통적인 통창이 아닌 유리 셔터로 되어 있어 간격이 크고 소음이 너무 많다는 점입니다. 밤에는 차가 적어서 할 수 있는데, 오전 6시 이후에는 차가 너무 많아서 길가에서 자는 것 같은 느낌이 듭니다. 잠이 오지 않는 학생은 신중하게 선택해야 합니다.
