This home is the place for you and your family. Relax in our lovely private home with fabulous 180 degree sweeping ocean and mountain views. We are located in the famous Mauna Kea Resort on the Westin Hapuna Resort side. Situated in a gated cul-du-sac with only 2 homes, it provides a quiet environment for your visit. Two sides of the house are surrounded by a green belt of native plants behind which is part of the golf course. There is a 2 car attached garage for quick access going straight into the laundry room and kitchen. Great for unloading. This home offers three bedrooms comprising of two king master suites with lanai access and an Ohana (meaning family) which is a large separate bedroom with two twins that convert to a king upon request. The Ohana with its separate entry inside the court yard has a game table, mini refrigerator, sink, microwave and cable TV. Each bedroom has its own private full bath with an additional dedicated 1/4 bathroom for guests and family. Our home comfortably sleeps six people, but we can squeeze in another with our blow up bed. All bedrooms have cable TV. A separate media room contains a 47 inch flat screen TV, home entertainment system with Blu ray/DVD player for those who love that. There is free wireless high speed internet. Please let us know if you plan to zoom as Spectrum on our island can have it's challenges. We have a newly re-modeled private solar heated pool and a separate heating source (small fee for 5 hours a night use) for the large spa both facing the ocean to enjoy at beautiful sunsets year round and for laps as well.The kitchen features granite counter tops, brand new microwave, oven and dishwasher. The ceiling fan will keep things cool in the kitchen especially if using the built in desk to flip through local recipes. Relax at the high top counter bar while all the prep work is being done!Being a member of THE CLUB guests have an option to purchase their own access enjoying both the Mauna Kea Resort and the Westin Hapuna Resort for a daily fee that covers the entire household. Of course if you're interested in any of the many water sport activities the Kawaihae harbour and nearby resorts at Waikoloa beach have a wide variety of offers. This is the Hawaii you dream about! This little bungalow on the beach is an ideal tropical vacation destination for a couple or a family with children. It is the perfect island get-away for Honeymooners. The house and lanai open to expansive views of the beach, ocean and sunsets year round. The lawn and gardens are lush with native Hawaiian trees and plants including a dozen coconut palms. Start your day sipping your morning coffee on your private lanai while watching for migrating whales (Dec - March) or pods of spinner dolphins that visit the nearby Marine Sanctuary. Spend the rest of the day relaxing in the hammock in the shade of coconut palms or swimming with turtles, snorkeling or scuba diving in one of the best diving spots in Hawaii, the Puako reef, just in front of the hale. (You can read about it in guidebooks) An entrance spot into the ocean is just a few yards down the beach south of Hale Malia. Children will enjoy hours of beach combing and exploring the tidepools. 콘도는 상태가 좋았으며 새로운 카펫과 페인트를 사용했지만 매우 깨끗했지만 !!! 콘도의 크기는 완벽했고 안뜰 문에서 바다를 볼 수있었습니다. 부엌은 깨끗한 멋진 요리로 잘 제공되었습니다. 세탁기 / 건조기는 우리가 사용한 멋진 기능이었습니다! 프론트 데스크 직원은 매우 도움이되었고 친절했습니다. 주차는 포함되었고 찾기 쉬웠습니다. Condo는 Kona Inn 쇼핑과 Hwy 11에 사용 된 바이패스 도로에 가깝습니다. 확실히 거기에 머무르는 것이 좋습니다 !!! 다른 손님이 한 일을 읽는 것이 너무 재미있었습니다!

這是個喜歡火山大自然慢慢欣賞的地方，白天可以去火山徒步，晚上正好碰到阿斯特拉彗星，自己可以做飯，不過需要在希洛充足購買包括水，周邊加油站裏水比油貴，很安靜，住的人不多時很不錯，鳥語花香，住了一週，房間112年，維護一般。
