Summary:100's of 5 star reviews can't be wrong. Always professionally cleaned & sanitized. Home consists of 2 separate units, main house above and apartment below. House not suitable for anyone that may be mobility impaired as there are many stairs to climb. Amazing neighbors who are quiet and enjoy greeting our guests. Easy access to anywhere in DC. Amazing shops and restaurants within a short walk. Home secured by Vivint Smart Home. Linens and towels professionally cleaned with each guest.The Space: Historic home with original features. There are 2 sets of stairs to access the home from the street, and steep internal staircase in the main house, so if you are mobility imparied the main house may not work for you. There is a lower level apartment that comes with the rental and has bedroom, bathroom and kitchen on one floor. Meticulous professional cleaning crew that turns the whole house over with every new booking. Home consists of 2 Units, the larger main house and a separate English Basement Apartment. Spread out as you like bc we only rent to 1 group at a time. We've been Superhost's for over 6 years with mostly 5 star reviews! Multiple TV's with Apple TV. Home protected by Vivint Smart home. There is one camera in the dining room but feel free to unplug while in the house. There is no smoking anywhere on the property.Guest Access:2 Guest parking passes for street parking are provided (via Park DC registration). Please provide an email address and I will send instructions to register with ParkDC. There is additional parking in a garage 2 blocks away. You will be walking distance to many amazing restaurants, shops, and the local farmers markets. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to cook, however, there are so many great restaurants nearby you will want to try out, but be sure and bring those amazing leftovers home for a late night snack.The Neighborhood:Columbia Heights has been recognized as one of the most desirable places to live and play. All modes of transport are at your fingertips including DC's Capital Bikeshare which is right across the street from the apartment. Fit right in with the locals up and down 11th Street (home of Bad Saint - one of DC's best restaurants every year) where there are all sorts of new bars and restaurants...not to mention all of the big box stores and restaurants that are part of the DC USA development.Getting Around:Easy access to the best areas of the city via sidewalk, metro, bus or bike. The metro Green/Yellow line is just a block and a half away, and so it is just a short 5 stop trip down to the monuments and museums without transferring metro lines. Multiple bus lines and Capital Bikeshare is right across the street. If you prefer to walk, the house is within an easy 10 minute walk to the U Street, Mt. Pleasant, Petworth and Adams Morgan neighborhoods. On street visitor parking pass is available upon request. There is also a large parking garage on 14th & Irving if you want to park off the street. The cost of the garage is $20 per day.Other Things to Note:You'll want to come back every year once you have stayed in our home. We work hard to make this your home away from home. Most importantly, you will not step over or share space w/ other personal items/people during your stay, as we don't live here and make sure that the home is always immaculate upon your arrival. My neighbor is our caretaker, so you always have access to someone should you need assistance.The preference is corporate groups and travelers; however, __quiet__ families are welcomed! ABSOLUTELY NO parties! Enjoy yourselves but be respectful of the neighbors. Our caretaker lives right next door and available if I can’t be reached. There is no smoking anywhere on the property. You will be charged $500 for extra cleaning protocol.Interaction with Guests:I keep my interaction to a minimum but always available should you need anything during your stay. This apartment includes high end black marble countertops and stainless steel appliances, and unique stone flooring. The open floor plan allows guests to whip up a feast while remaining a part of the action. Enjoy the patio space where there's outdoor seating and a bbq grill for outdoor enjoyment. This is your home away from home. By reserving this listing, you are agreeing that the listed number of guests are the only individuals occupying the residence with you. Guests in your party that are not included in your reservation are subject to $18/day extra guest fees. For long term reservations a separate lease must be agreed upon and signed. Absolutely no parties are allowed. No smoking allowed inside the property if evidence are found inside the property of smoking it will be a $500 fine. 이 호텔의 모든 것이 내 여행에 매우 적합합니다. 프론트 데스크 직원은 매우 친절하고 환영합니다. 컨시어지는 음식과 활동에 대한 훌륭한 조언을 제공하여 올바른 버스를 타도록하고 정확한 하차 장소를 알려주고 여행 후 체크인하여 모든 것이 잘 진행되도록했습니다. 나는이 여행을 혼자 여행했고 호텔에서 특히 안전하다고 느꼈습니다. 객실은 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있고 깨끗하고 깔끔합니다. 꽤 번화한 거리에 있지만 시끄럽지 않습니다. 이 호텔을 확실히 추천하고 앞으로 여기에 머물 것입니다.

優點當然是位置好，體力允許的話去主要景點完全可以走着去。 房間也足夠大，訂的是大雙床加沙發床的套房，一家四口住着沒問題。還有廚具可以做飯（當然正經做飯也不現實，煮了兩次方便麪做夜宵）。 早飯，最好早點下去，這家店生意挺好，住的這幾天早飯全都要排隊。至於早飯品質……美式簡餐，就那麼幾樣，但是量和熱量都管夠。口味，對亞洲胃當然是不友好的。 剛去就壞了一部電梯，那個電梯等的……後來就直接走樓梯了鍛鍊身體了，還好樓層不高。 最**是停車，一晚上五十多美元，還衹有代泊車，早上取車還要給小費。其實馬上對面好多停車場，一晚上30多吧，可以停到對面去。但是，一定要注意，停車場都是有營業時間的，不要停到週末不營業的停車場。他們不營業時就會落下卷閘門，也沒有工作人員，那你週五停進去就衹有等到週一人家上班才能拿到車了（不要問我為什麼知道）。那週末怎麼辦？看路邊停車標誌牌，上面會寫允許停車時間或者不允許停車時間，在美國“法無禁止皆可為”，説直白點，週末路邊基本免費停車……這個也不展開了，説多也是淚。直到走的那天才弄明白，我週末每小時2.3美元可是付了不少……

멋지고 큰 호텔이지만 가장 깨끗하지는 않습니다. 샤워실, 욕실, 침대 옆에서 내 머리카락이 아닌 여러 개의 다른 머리카락을 발견했는데 색깔도 달랐습니다. 침대는 편안했고 체육관은 정말 좋았습니다(새롭고 크고 깨끗했습니다). 길 건너편의 고급 건물에 사는 사람들을 위한 전용 체육관이기 때문입니다. 체크인 직원은 친절했어요 :)

항공우주박물관 근처입니다. 건물과 객실은 오래됐고 소박하지만, 이동가능한 책상이랑 의자, 그 외 필요한 거 다 있고, 화장실 수압도 쎄서 사용하기는 좋았어요. 새벽에 근처 기차소음이 조금 들렸지만 일찍 일어날거라서 괜찮았습니다. 바로 옆에 스타벅스랑 맥도널드도 있어서 가끔씩 이용하기 편했어요

Large room for the price, which was nice. Hotel staff was always friendly and helpful. Great location for walking. The amenities were just ok -- the curtains didn't quite block out all the light and the AC was fairly noisy and weak -- turning the temperature down or the fan level higher didn't seem to make much of a difference, and the unit was blowing just slightly cool air as opposed to cold air. Granted, we didn't ask to move since it was only hot the last couple nights of our stay and we just slept without the sheets on.

The charm of this renovated boutique hotel just steps off of DuPont Circle is only outmatched by the level of friends and customer service provided by the staff. You cannot ask for a more convenient location. There’s the DuPont Metro stop steps away, but we find many attractions are within a 30 minute walk. The rooms are well appointed with up-to-date furnishings and design, and glorious mattresses. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The free cocktail at 5pm isn’t bad either

이틀 동안 워싱턴에 머물면서이 호텔에 머물 렀습니다. Union Station에서 호텔까지 셔틀 버스가 있지만 역에서 호텔로 이동하는 데 오랜 시간이 걸리므로 호텔의 셔틀 버스에 앉지 않았습니다. 그러나 여전히 호텔에서 앉을 수 있습니다. 상황에 따라 팁이 주어 지지만 몇 번 팁을 주었지만받지 못했습니다. 지하철로 빨간 선을 타기 위해 호텔로 가면 노마 역에서 내리고 Google지도를 사용하여 뒤로 이동합니다. 지나가는 사람이 많지 않습니다. 호텔 시설에 관해서는 여전히 아주 좋습니다. 1 층에는 24 시간 커피가 있으며 쿠키 나 과일이 있습니다. 아침 식사 종류도 좋습니다. 방의 침대 린넨은 매우 좋으며 샤워 젤은 몸에 노출됩니다. 반대편 홈 슈트의 3 층에는 건조기가 있으며, 여관 객실 카드로도 이용할 수 있습니다. 객실에는 전자 레인지가 있으며, 커피 머신도 필수품입니다. 위치가 편리하지 않고 나머지는 매우 좋습니다.

🍃攜程上訂酒店很方便，路過在華盛頓住一晚，這個地區也不確定安不安全，反正一晚睡下來還OK，除了靠近高速還是高架路口，到晚上還比較吵，有很多那種美式特有的高分貝音樂🎵😂 🌟辦理入住很方便，需要信用卡預授權。酒店門口有停車的地方。即使晚上比較晚了也有一些人進出、辦理入住。酒店大堂24小時提供咖啡、茶🍵等，美國酒店的普遍特色。 🍴早餐就比較美式，相比還算豐富了，各類麪包、貝果🥯，酸奶、炒蛋、麥片、水果等等等，第二天發現住宿的人還挺多的。早餐補得挺勤的。 🏠房間設施都挺正常，適合睡一晚～旅遊嘛，早出晚歸的，能睡好就行。

위치는 최고입니다. 교통수단 없이 4일 동안 놀았습니다. 시설은 보통 4성급 이상 5성급 이하로 상당히 만족스럽고 흠잡을 데가 없습니다. 서비스도 좋고 요청에 응답합니다. 그런데 로비에 있는 리셉셔니스트가 기분 나쁘게 해서 점수를 깎아줬어요. 이 호텔은 매우 작고 비스듬한 코너 룸이 매우 적고 창문은 크기가 절반에 불과하며 비수기에는 접수 원이 그런 방을 제공했습니다. 사실, 그가 우리 여권을 보고 중국에서 왔느냐고 물었기 때문에 그가 차별을 했다고 생각합니다. 나는 아니오, 우리는 캐나다에서 왔지만 실제로는 중국인이라고 말했습니다. 그는 부자연스럽게 표정을 일그러뜨렸다. 근데 체크인하고 나니 방 상태가 좋지 않아서 방을 바꾸자고 했더니 흔쾌히 바꿔주셨는데 방으로 보내지 말고 로비에 가서 룸카드 바꾸라고 하더군요. 요컨대, 단점은 장점을 숨기지 않으며 다음에 워싱턴에 올 때 여기에 머무를 것입니다.

I stayed two nights on a business trip, and overall it was great. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming, and helped me with a few things throughout the stay. The lobby's nothing special - just a desk and a few steps to the elevator, and there's an underlying smell from the gas heat. The rooms themselves are great. Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, and I was given a room facing the back of the hotel so it was very quiet (I'll always choose quiet over view). There's a Welcome Hour every evening from 5-6 where you can get a glass of wine/beer or cocktail for free, which is a nice touch, and there are water refill (still or sparkling!) and ice stations on every floor. Overall, it was a great stay.

이 호텔은 임시 밤에 예약했기 때문에 말하기가 어렵습니다. 프론트 데스크에 직접 가서 방이 없다고 말했지만 Ctrip에서 예약했습니다. 객실 WiFi는 유료입니다. 프론트 데스크는 오랫동안 찾고 있습니다. 서비스는 매우 나쁩니다. Só não tem a avaliação total porque no último dia no quarto 920 às 6 a.m algo dentro do quarto, parecia o ar condicionado, começou a fazer um barulho imenso que acordou os meus pais.
