It did its purpose and held us well until lunch time. The location was good. We were there for a graduation at Howard and the hotel was about 20 minutes from the University

🍃攜程上訂酒店很方便，路過在華盛頓住一晚，這個地區也不確定安不安全，反正一晚睡下來還OK，除了靠近高速還是高架路口，到晚上還比較吵，有很多那種美式特有的高分貝音樂🎵😂 🌟辦理入住很方便，需要信用卡預授權。酒店門口有停車的地方。即使晚上比較晚了也有一些人進出、辦理入住。酒店大堂24小時提供咖啡、茶🍵等，美國酒店的普遍特色。 🍴早餐就比較美式，相比還算豐富了，各類麪包、貝果🥯，酸奶、炒蛋、麥片、水果等等等，第二天發現住宿的人還挺多的。早餐補得挺勤的。 🏠房間設施都挺正常，適合睡一晚～旅遊嘛，早出晚歸的，能睡好就行。

Welcome to La Bella Casa! Our fabulous and recently renovated home in Washington DC. Located a few blocks from H St and a few minutes driving from Union Market, the house is perfect for couples, families with children, or groups of friends who want to explore DC while staying at a beautiful and welcoming home. Closest metro is NoMa -Gallaudet U New York Ave (about 15-20 min walking from the house and about 5 min driving).The property has 3 levels with a total of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. There are 5 beds in total that can comfortably fit up to 8 guests.On the main level you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and a half bath. On the upper level you will find a master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath, a queen bedroom and a smaller kids room (with twin bunk beds). The queen bedroom and the kids room share one full bathroom.On the lower level you will find a kitchenette and living space, a full bedroom and a full bath. The house can comfortably host up to 8 guests. There is also one sofa bed in the main living room and one sofa bed in the lower level for a max capacity of 10 guests. House features open floor plan, stunning kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances. Kitchen is fully equipped for those keen on cooking. Coffee, tea, sugar and filtered water are complimentary in the kitchen. All bedrooms are spacious and have beautiful hardwood floors. Comfortable memory foam mattresses in each bedroom. Toiletries are available in each bathroom. A bath towel, a hand towel and a washcloth will be provided for each guest. My renovated one-bedroom English basement apartment is located 2 blocks from H St NE. H Street is a vibrant area with plenty of restaurants, bars, and the free streetcar line to Union Station. Popular Union Market and La Cosecha are a short walk away with additional restaurants, bars, and shops in the area. There are also 7! grocery stores with 1 mile of my apartment in case you decide to stay in and cook or just need to grab a few items. My apartment has completely separate front and rear entrances from the upstairs unit so you won’t be sharing any spaces. The other great thing about my apartment is that it is truly a full basement with nearly 8 foot high ceilings and FULL windows/doors so you won’t feel like you’re in a basement like with many other basement apartments. I have no-contact keyless entry and this also allows you to not have to worry about losing any keys during your stay. My apartment is equipped with standard kitchen and bathroom amenities and linens (towels, wash clothes, sheets, blankets, etc.). Getting around DC is also really easy from my apartment and there are many forms of transportation available close by. Walking to the Capitol building is about 1 mile if you’re up for a nice stroll down Maryland Ave. There is a free streetcar on H St that will take you to the backside of Union Station. There is a city bus stop on the corner of my street. You could also venture around town on electric scooters or electric or manual pedal bikes that you can get in the neighborhood or rent from Capital bike-share 1 block away. Lyft, Uber, or taxi are also easily available via downloaded apps. My apartment is located within an easy 10-12 minute walk to the red line NoMa metro station. Finally, if you will have a car, there is free, easy to come by street parking right out front. Note: my apartment is in vibrant DC. You will see people from all walks of life, all nationalities, all ethnicities. I have lived in my neighborhood for over 10 years and I love the diversity. Stay at my traditional row house that was built in 1910. My house has been renovated and personalized with unique modern and historic finishes. My house is over 1800 sq ft of space with 3 nicely sized bedrooms all with queen beds and 2.5 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a spacious shower and a balcony to enjoy your mornings or afternoons. The other two bedrooms share a hall bathroom. Both upstairs bathrooms have heated floors! The other great thing about my house is that it has a loft feel with 9+ foot high ceilings and beautiful exposed brick throughout. My house is located 2 blocks from H Street NE, a vibrant area with plenty of restaurants, bars, and the free streetcar line to Union Station. Popular Union Market and La Cosecha are a short walk away and have great outdoor spaces with additional restaurants, bars, and shops in the area. There are also 7! grocery stores with 1 mile of my house if you decide to stay in and cook or just need to grab a few items. Note: my house is in virbrant DC. You will see people from all walks of life, all nationalities, all ethnicities. I have lived in my neighborhood for over 10 years and I love the diversity. Welcome to "Pura Vida", our fabulous and recently renovated home in Washington DC. Located a couple blocks from H St and a couple minutes driving from Union Market, the unit is perfect for couples, families with children, or groups of friends who want to explore DC while staying at a beautiful and welcoming home. The condo is located in NE DC and a couple blocks from H St, 5 min minutes driving from Union Market, 10 minutes driving from the White House and all the main touristic attractions downtown. Whole Foods store is just 5 min walking. Closest airport is Reagan National Airport (20 min driving). Baltimore International Airport is about 45 min-1 hour driving and Dulles Airport is about 45 min-1 hour driving. NO PETS. NO PARTIES. NO OUTSIDE GUESTS. Guests that are caught bringing pets or having parties without our consent will be required to leave the property immediately.NO SMOKING. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the property. Guests that are caught smoking inside the property will be required to leave the property immediately. Extra charges will be incurred to clean and remove the smoke smell from the property after checkout. Firearms or any type of weapons are strictly not allowed in our property.Two of the bedrooms have smart TVs. The living room has a smart TV and board games for the whole family to relax and enjoy. Beautiful modern townhouse with sprawling roof deck and secure parking just steps from popular H Street on Capitol Hill. This sun drenched home has everything you need for work and play: fast Wifi, Roku connected TV's, and bluetooth speakers. Bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, queen beds, and high quality linens.Full kitchen has all the essentials, plenty of seating, and smoker grill. Enjoy the sunset on the roof deck with solar lights, fire pit and projector for outdoor movies/games. Located on a quiet one-way street, this townhouse is a perfect urban oasis. Up the entry stairs leads to an open kitchen with half bath and living room tastefully decorated and stocked for your convenience. Out the back door on the balcony, guests have use of wood pellet smoker (that can be used as a grill) and private gated parking available for guests. At the top of the second staircase is a closet with in-unit washer and dryer. At either end of the hallway are two sun-drenched bedrooms, each with queen beds, ample storage, and ensuite bathrooms. first off, i booked a king room but was given 2 queen beds instead, they said you don’t always get that when you book through a 3rd party because they do not know what rooms are actually available, second, i requested that my room be cleaned everyday that i stayed, but was not, i had to go downstairs to ask for new towels 2 nights in a row, on the 3rd night i finally asked the front desk and they showed me a small sign that said they do not clean until your 4th day of stay, they can do a quick refresh if you ask before 9pm the night before, lastly, i was charged $41.73 on top of what i paid to Trip.com, i called to ask about it a few days after my trip when i saw it on my credit card, they said it was an amenities charge for each of the days i stayed, whaat? the only amenity i used was the elevator, never have i ever been charged for anything other than the price of the hotel, needless to say i will not be staying here again and will not recommend it to anyone

이 호텔의 모든 것이 내 여행에 매우 적합합니다. 프론트 데스크 직원은 매우 친절하고 환영합니다. 컨시어지는 음식과 활동에 대한 훌륭한 조언을 제공하여 올바른 버스를 타도록하고 정확한 하차 장소를 알려주고 여행 후 체크인하여 모든 것이 잘 진행되도록했습니다. 나는이 여행을 혼자 여행했고 호텔에서 특히 안전하다고 느꼈습니다. 객실은 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있고 깨끗하고 깔끔합니다. 꽤 번화한 거리에 있지만 시끄럽지 않습니다. 이 호텔을 확실히 추천하고 앞으로 여기에 머물 것입니다.

優點當然是位置好，體力允許的話去主要景點完全可以走着去。 房間也足夠大，訂的是大雙床加沙發床的套房，一家四口住着沒問題。還有廚具可以做飯（當然正經做飯也不現實，煮了兩次方便麪做夜宵）。 早飯，最好早點下去，這家店生意挺好，住的這幾天早飯全都要排隊。至於早飯品質……美式簡餐，就那麼幾樣，但是量和熱量都管夠。口味，對亞洲胃當然是不友好的。 剛去就壞了一部電梯，那個電梯等的……後來就直接走樓梯了鍛鍊身體了，還好樓層不高。 最**是停車，一晚上五十多美元，還衹有代泊車，早上取車還要給小費。其實馬上對面好多停車場，一晚上30多吧，可以停到對面去。但是，一定要注意，停車場都是有營業時間的，不要停到週末不營業的停車場。他們不營業時就會落下卷閘門，也沒有工作人員，那你週五停進去就衹有等到週一人家上班才能拿到車了（不要問我為什麼知道）。那週末怎麼辦？看路邊停車標誌牌，上面會寫允許停車時間或者不允許停車時間，在美國“法無禁止皆可為”，説直白點，週末路邊基本免費停車……這個也不展開了，説多也是淚。直到走的那天才弄明白，我週末每小時2.3美元可是付了不少……

The charm of this renovated boutique hotel just steps off of DuPont Circle is only outmatched by the level of friends and customer service provided by the staff. You cannot ask for a more convenient location. There’s the DuPont Metro stop steps away, but we find many attractions are within a 30 minute walk. The rooms are well appointed with up-to-date furnishings and design, and glorious mattresses. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The free cocktail at 5pm isn’t bad either

이 호텔은 설명이 너무 좋지 않고 트윈 룸을 예약했습니다. 우리는 워싱턴에 1 박 더 머물 필요가 없었습니다. 호텔은 일시적으로 예약되었습니다. 숙박 한 호텔은 하룻밤 동안 너무 비싸고 Union Station에서 너무 멀리 떨어져 싶지 않아서이 호텔을 설정했습니다. 아침 9시에 인근 호텔에서 이사 한 후 프론트 데스크의 흑인 형제는 직접 체크인했습니다. 매우 놀랐습니다. 1 층에는 24 시간 무료 커피가 있으며, 작은 스낵 바가 있으며, 스낵 바에는 전자 레인지가 있습니다. 호텔은 매우 깨끗하고 방에 들어갔고 더 큰 놀라움, 침대가 매우 커서 각 싱글 침대에서 2 명을 잘 수 있으며 베개는 각 침대에서 2 명을 위해 표준 준비가되어 있습니다. 욕실의 모든 것은 4 명을 기반으로합니다. 표준은 준비되었으며 세면 도구는 모두 노출되었습니다. 그리고 두 세트가 직접 제공됩니다. 객실에는 전자 레인지와 냉장고가 있으며 침대는 매우 편안합니다. 호텔과 유니온 역에는 30 분 동안 무료 셔틀 버스가 있으며, 운전사는 역에서 빨간 서클 자동차를 탈 수 있다고 말하고 요금을 지불해야하며 자동차 로드맵을주었습니다. 우리는 어제 지하철을 타고 3 칼을 가져 갔고 1 칼에 버스 카드를 만들었습니다. 우리가 버스에 올라 탔을 때, 우리는 동전을 넣을 수 없었기 때문에, 운전자는 그것을 집어 들었다. 내가 돌아 왔을 때, 나는 버스에 올라 코인을 던졌고, 운전자는 코인 포트를 막고 그것을 사용하지 않았다고 말했다. 아침 식사는 괜찮습니다. 적어도 외부에서 먹는 아침 식사보다 나쁘지 않으며 과일, 주스, 계란, 토스트가 아침 식사에 대한 요구를 충족시킵니다. 이 호텔을 적극 추천합니다. 워싱턴에 오는 모든 것이 적극 권장됩니다. 다시 오면이 호텔을 직접 설정할 것입니다. 정말 훌륭합니다. 웨이터 Xiaohe Ge도 특히 두 개의 중국어 문장을 당신과 의사 소통하고 싶습니다. 오, 호텔에는 수영장과 체육관이 있으며 손님에게는 무료입니다.

🍃攜程上訂酒店很方便，路過在華盛頓住一晚，這個地區也不確定安不安全，反正一晚睡下來還OK，除了靠近高速還是高架路口，到晚上還比較吵，有很多那種美式特有的高分貝音樂🎵😂 🌟辦理入住很方便，需要信用卡預授權。酒店門口有停車的地方。即使晚上比較晚了也有一些人進出、辦理入住。酒店大堂24小時提供咖啡、茶🍵等，美國酒店的普遍特色。 🍴早餐就比較美式，相比還算豐富了，各類麪包、貝果🥯，酸奶、炒蛋、麥片、水果等等等，第二天發現住宿的人還挺多的。早餐補得挺勤的。 🏠房間設施都挺正常，適合睡一晚～旅遊嘛，早出晚歸的，能睡好就行。

first off, i booked a king room but was given 2 queen beds instead, they said you don’t always get that when you book through a 3rd party because they do not know what rooms are actually available, second, i requested that my room be cleaned everyday that i stayed, but was not, i had to go downstairs to ask for new towels 2 nights in a row, on the 3rd night i finally asked the front desk and they showed me a small sign that said they do not clean until your 4th day of stay, they can do a quick refresh if you ask before 9pm the night before, lastly, i was charged $41.73 on top of what i paid to Trip.com, i called to ask about it a few days after my trip when i saw it on my credit card, they said it was an amenities charge for each of the days i stayed, whaat? the only amenity i used was the elevator, never have i ever been charged for anything other than the price of the hotel, needless to say i will not be staying here again and will not recommend it to anyone

I stayed two nights on a business trip, and overall it was great. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming, and helped me with a few things throughout the stay. The lobby's nothing special - just a desk and a few steps to the elevator, and there's an underlying smell from the gas heat. The rooms themselves are great. Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, and I was given a room facing the back of the hotel so it was very quiet (I'll always choose quiet over view). There's a Welcome Hour every evening from 5-6 where you can get a glass of wine/beer or cocktail for free, which is a nice touch, and there are water refill (still or sparkling!) and ice stations on every floor. Overall, it was a great stay.

이 호텔은 임시 밤에 예약했기 때문에 말하기가 어렵습니다. 프론트 데스크에 직접 가서 방이 없다고 말했지만 Ctrip에서 예약했습니다. 객실 WiFi는 유료입니다. 프론트 데스크는 오랫동안 찾고 있습니다. 서비스는 매우 나쁩니다.
