Wake up every day and go to sleep to the sound of waves on the shore beneath your window. End your day by watching the sun set from your own magnificent view in your studio condo. You will have a big, WOW when you walk in and see the ocean right there out your living room. The condo has been updated. Next door is a park on one side and the very popular Magic Sands Beach on the other. Magic Sands is great for hanging out, swimming, snorkeling, and boogie boarding and people watching. We provide chairs, boogie boards, and snorkel equipment and beach towels The kitchen has a full refrigerator, stove/oven new dishes and cookware. Great restaurants in the building include, Magics Beach Grill and the Beach Shack. Ride the Keauhou Trolly for $1 and get picked up at Magic Sands or, drive a short 10 minutes to down town Kona where tourists love to eat at many great restaurants. There is also fun tourist shopping at many different markets. If you love to cook, the grocery stores are also within 10 minutes. Magic Sands Condos are located conveniently to drive north to many exotic tropical beaches,. Drive south to visit Pele at the Volcano National Park. There is a lot of hiking and awe inspiring experiences with Pele. Steps away from Kona Magic Sands BeachComfort- No hot humid nights- New modern Air conditioning from the roof top, controls one in the kitchen and one in the bedroom.It is open design ,the bedroom is not totally separate from the kitchenThis luxurious, absolute ocean-front corner unit is perfect for your special romantic occasions, however, it will sleep four. This is not a studio unit, most of Condos in Kona Magic Sands are 400 sg ft, this large 3rd floor corner wide open unit is 660 sq ft. Privacy, security & sunset views are all yours for your vacation on the Big Island of Hawaii. The unit has a fully equipped view oriented kitchen, living room, with sliding glass doors that open to the ocean - where Whales, Dolphins, Green Turtles and a myriad of colorful fish can be seen most days. The bath has a tub & shower. Floor-to-ceiling mirrors invite the outside in, creating a spectacular indoor environment. The kitchen has a large refrigerator/freezer, the oven is a convection/microwave, the stove has 2 burners and there is a dishwasher.Common areas of Kona Magic Sands Condos are well maintained and clean, has a pool, BBQ (propane) , grounds, individual parking space, laundry room which has 2 washers and 2 dryers. This condo is in a wonderful location and has a great view directly across the street from Magic Sands beach. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath fully air conditioned condo has an ocean view, and is fully equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay when in Kona. The oversized lanai offers a view of the ocean, and the pool, and is a fantastic way to start the day while enjoying a cup of Kona Coffee. After flying thousands of miles to get to paradise, you deserve accommodations that allow you to enjoy yourself. We make sure that happens. A clean, comfortable, air conditioned condo in an ideal location will give you that "right at home" feeling and serve as your base while you enjoy all the attractions on the big island of Hawaii. Kahaluu beach (snorkel beach) one of the top two snorkeling sites on the big island is less than a mile away. Directly across the street is "Magic Sands" beach, also known as White Sands Beach. About 100 yards to the north is Pahoehoe Beach with picnic tables, BBQ's and benches. About 100 yards south is La'Aloa beach. The Kona Trolley stops across the street at Magic Sands if traveling south, and about 50 ft north of the condo complex if traveling north. The trolley is a nice way to get to town or Keahou shopping center if you choose not to drive.The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, with private walk in master bath. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be combined for a king bed if desired. The second bath has a tub/shower combination. The unit has a washer and dryer inside the condo. The kitchen is fully equipped with range, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and all the small appliances you could need. Most appliances are less than a year old. The dining area seats 6 people comfortably. The living room is spacious, and nicely furnished.We supply beach chairs, cooler, plastic ware for pool or picnic use, beach towels, beach umbrella, and more. Free WiFi is included and phone with free calling throughout the islands, the US mainland, and Canada. Aloha and welcome to our condo at White Sands Village. Brand new to the rental market, this wonderfully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom top floor condo offers everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay in Kailua-Kona and the Big Island Of Hawaii. This newly upgraded unit is located in the back of the complex, away from Alii Drive, offering beautiful ocean and mountain views, renewing sunrises and spectacular sunsets (Sept-March) from your 27 foot long lanai. And it’s quiet! You’ll enjoy the tranquility and privacy our location offers, while the beach is just steps away. Upon your arrival to our Condo At Magic Sands, you’ll find your reserved 1-car covered parking space is directly adjacent to the elevator and ample visitor parking on site. You’ll have zero stairs to negotiate from elevator to your front door. It’s super convenient for loading and unloading after your daily adventures. Our remodeled kitchen is beautifully appointed and well equipped with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/range and microwave oven, blender, coffee maker and toaster. We LOVE to cook! Your kitchen is well stocked with sharp knives, quality dishes, glassware and all the dining and cooking utensils you’ll need. We’ve even prepared a separate BBQ drawer with all the items usually needed for the poolside grills. Enjoy the wonderful fresh foods available to you on the island like Fresh Ahi and Ono, Poke’, incredible local produce from Waimea (Kamuela) and tropical fruits available from our local farmers market at the kitchen bar top, dining room table or lanai table. The great room offers comfortable hardwood cork flooring, 48” OLED “smart tv”, custom bamboo book shelves and beautiful art work to enjoy. You’ll also find a rarely used sleeper sofa ready if you need it. ROKU, YouTube TV, Spectrum TV app and all the same movie, sports and TV apps you use at home. Your master bedroom offers a comfortable queen sized bed, en suite full bathroom with recently romodeled shower (no tub) and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors to the lanai. Enjoy the views of waves crashing at White Sands Beach in the morning, birds chirping and views of Hualalai and the famous Kona Coffee Groves on the “Mauka” (mountain) side. Mirrored wardrobe doors and a 55” HD ROKU smart TV are yours to enjoy. The recently remodeled 2nd bedroom also offers a very comfortable Queen Bed, new bedding, large closet and adjoining full bathroom with recently romodeled shower (no tub). Evening breezes keep these bedrooms very cool most of the year. We also offer a portable crib. Although our condo is situated to capture the soothing ocean breezes, you’ll enjoy the Central Air Conditioning on those extra warm days! Other amenities include stacked washer/dryer, Wi-Fi/High Speed Internet and a “beach chest”. White Sands Beach is right across the street, so we thought you’d enjoy ice chests, boogie boards, beach chairs and towels, an umbrella and snorkeling gear to make your beach days epic. You’ll also find our travel binder full of tips and suggestions for beaches, hikes, shopping, excursions, sports bars, restaurants and happy hours! We love the Big Island and we truly want you to love it too! As guests of White Sands Village, you’ll have access to a heated salt water swimming pool, Jacuzzi, covered club area which includes 4 gas BBQ’s, sauna, library and game room with pool table. Of our course, the grounds are pure Aloha, beautifully manicured to enjoy while you kick back, feet up with Mai Tai in hand  Tennis Courts are free to use and available to reserve. We love the BBQ area. You’ll meet new friends from all over the world every night while you grill that Ahi or Opakapaka to perfection! October is a very popular month as the Ironman Triathlon World Championship comes to the Kailua-Kona Pier. The 2.4 mile open ocean swim begins and ends from the Pier in Kailua Kona Bay, just 3.5 miles from our condo. The 112 mile bike ride races around Kona before heading out to the Queen Ka’ahumanu Highway up to Hawi Town and back. The athletes hop off their bikes at the Pier and head out for a nice 26.2 mile marathon under the Hawaii Sun and finish near the Banyan Tree on Alii Drive. From White Sands Village, you can cheer on the athletes as they pass you 2 times, out and back on the marathon course. It’s a great day for spectators and athletes alike. Ironman fans also know the Ironman 70.3 “Honu” is held in June at Mauna Lani Resort, just a short 40 minute drive away. Location is everything, and we think White Sands Village is the perfect vacation spot. Directly across Alli Drive is the beautiful White Sands Beach, aka La Aloa Beach Park, aka Magic Sands Beach. Boogie Board, Snorkel, play Volleyball or just hang out and relax. Just 1 mile south is some of the best snorkeling on the Island at Kahalu’u State Park. View hundreds of species of tropical fish and graceful sea turtles in protected, calm waters. Or, learn to surf from the perfect point break with expert instructors. 2 miles south is Keauhou Bay, home to the Kona Country Club and 36 holes of Championship Golf. Both courses are open to the public. Keauhou Bay is also home to the Sheraton Resort, which hosts nightly swims and dives with giant Manta Rays, Keauhou Shopping Center which includes KTA SuperMarket, Sam Choy’s and Tropics Bar/Restaraunts and Movie Theatres. Plus a lot more! Just 3.5 miles north is the picturesque village of Kailua Kona. Take a long walk, an easy drive or ride the Trolley for just $2. The Trolley passes directly in front of White Sands Village on Alii Drive and travels between Keauhou and Kailua Kona. The village, home to Kona Brewing Company, Huggo’s on the Rocks, Humpy’s and Lava Java, also offers many choices for dining, dancing, happy hours, Luau’s, shopping, island activities and an awesome farmers market. 처음 다다오에 왔을 때 씨트립에서 추천하는 이 호텔을 선택했습니다. 시설: 다소 낡았습니다. 위생상태 : 꽤 깨끗함 환경: 위치가 매우 좋습니다. 근처에 레스토랑과 상점이 많아 밤에 쇼핑하기 좋습니다. 서비스: 고층 객실, 온수 주전자, 목욕 수건도 요청했는데 모두 만족했습니다. 그러나 주차 공간은 넉넉합니다. 호텔에는 해변이 없습니다. 차를 타고 북쪽으로 걸어가시면 됩니다. 주변 지역에서는 가격이 비싼 편입니다.

댄과 헤이디가 정말 친절하게 맞이해주십니다. 아들 분 중에 한국에서 일했던 적이 있어서 한국 사람이라고 하면 더 반가워 하시는거 같아요. 여기에 오셔야 하는 진짜 이유는 집에서 만들어주는 따뜻한 아침 한끼가 대박입니다. 근처에서 직접 기르는 나무에서 열매 따서 가져오시고 메뉴도 다양하게 배부르게 먹을 정도로 주세요. 특히 코나커피도 내려주시는데 저희는 3번 리필해서 마셨습니다.

위치도 좋고 허니문이라고 했을때 서비스도 너무 좋았으나, 방에 개미가 너무 많고 ㅜㅜ 아이언맨 경기 기간이였는데 토요일에 행사를 아침 6시부터 해서 시끄러워서 잠을 잘 수가 없었습니다. 행사 기간과 청결만 좋았다면 완벽한 곳이이에요

호텔 위치는 매우 좋습니다. 근처에 작은 레스토랑이 여러 군데 있으며, 슈퍼마켓은 차로 3분 거리에 있습니다. 방은 크지 않으며, 방음 시설이 갖춰져 있으며, 방음 시설도 보통 수준입니다. 7시 이후에는 매우 꽉 찼습니다. 체크인은 4시가 되어야 합니다. 다행히 30분도 채 안되어 도착해서 잠시 앉아 있다가 방 카드를 받았습니다. 뒤쪽의 해변과 항구에서 무지개를 보려면 반대편 안뜰 아래에 ABC 매장이 있으며 11시까지 영업합니다.

방이 많고 크고 발코니가 크고 모든 것이 깨끗하고 먼지가 없습니다. 세탁기, 건조기, 전자레인지, 오븐 등이 있습니다. 실제로 주거용 스위트입니다. 커뮤니티에는 많은 주택이 있으며 바다와 매우 가깝고 일몰을 보는 것이 아름답습니다. 조금 떨어져 있고 화산을보고 공항까지 거리가 있으며 하와이 빅 아일랜드에서 자동차를 렌트해야합니다. 먹을 곳이 적고 맛이 없습니다. 이 ”호텔”은 실제로 ”타임 쉐어”입니다. 집을 구입하고, 집을 공유하고, 외부 임대를 임대하며, Wyndham Hotel Group을 관리합니다. 체크인 할 때 판매 대상이 될 수 있습니다. 전복을 먹는 것을 좋아한다면 공항 옆에 큰 농장이 있으며 일본 여성이 운영하는 트럭 음식을 맛보십시오.

카일 아코나의 중심지에 위치하고 있으며, 도보 2, 3 분 거리에 아름다운 거리에 도착할 수 있기 때문에 입지는 매우 편리한 곳에 있습니다. 방의 청결감은 훌륭하고 특별한 신경이 쓰이는 점은 없었습니다. 4명의 가족 여행이었기 때문에 화장실이 2곳 있는 것은 아침 준비시에 고맙습니다. 아침 식사가 붙어 있습니다만, 아침 식사가 밖에 있어 위생면은 조금 신경이 쓰입니다. 호놀룰루는 일본인이 많이 이국 정서를 느낄 수 없습니다만, 코나는 그런 일도 없고, 맑은 마을이라고 불릴 정도로 일년의 대부분이 날씨에 축복되기 때문에 매우 추천의 거리입니다. 코나에 갈 예정이 있어 호텔에 자는 것을 목적으로 하는 사람에게는 딱 좋다고 생각합니다.

침실 2개와 거실 1개가 아주 잘 되어있습니다. 6인, 4개의 방이 있고 거실에는 이동식 침대가 있습니다. 욕실도 2개 있습니다. 머물기에 매우 편안합니다. 그런데 에어컨은 없고 방 하나에 에어컨 수납장이 있는데 사용하려면 추가 비용을 내야 합니다. 세탁기와 건조기도 있어서 꽤 새롭고 사용하기 편하지만, 거실 침대에서 자고 있는 사람들에게는 기계 돌아가는 소리가 들린다. 주방에는 직접 요리를 하려는 분들을 위한 시설이 완비되어 있습니다. 호텔에서 차로 5분 이내의 거리에 대형 슈퍼마켓과 상업 센터가 있습니다. 저녁 9시에 도착했는데 프런트는 이미 업무를 마쳤습니다. 그런데 프런트 문 앞에 전용 전화번호가 있으니 전화해서 성을 말하면 비밀번호를 알려줍니다. 객실 열쇠가 보관되어 있는 자물쇠 상자에서 열쇠를 직접 수령하실 수 있습니다. 모든 건물에 엘리베이터가 없어 상당히 불편합니다. 게다가 이 방의 가장 나쁜 점은 도로 쪽 창문이 전통적인 통창이 아닌 유리 셔터로 되어 있어 간격이 크고 소음이 너무 많다는 점입니다. 밤에는 차가 적어서 할 수 있는데, 오전 6시 이후에는 차가 너무 많아서 길가에서 자는 것 같은 느낌이 듭니다. 잠이 오지 않는 학생은 신중하게 선택해야 합니다.
