Wake up every day and go to sleep to the sound of waves on the shore beneath your window. End your day by watching the sun set from your own magnificent view in your studio condo. You will have a big, WOW when you walk in and see the ocean right there out your living room. The condo has been updated. Next door is a park on one side and the very popular Magic Sands Beach on the other. Magic Sands is great for hanging out, swimming, snorkeling, and boogie boarding and people watching. We provide chairs, boogie boards, and snorkel equipment and beach towels The kitchen has a full refrigerator, stove/oven new dishes and cookware. Great restaurants in the building include, Magics Beach Grill and the Beach Shack. Ride the Keauhou Trolly for $1 and get picked up at Magic Sands or, drive a short 10 minutes to down town Kona where tourists love to eat at many great restaurants. There is also fun tourist shopping at many different markets. If you love to cook, the grocery stores are also within 10 minutes. Magic Sands Condos are located conveniently to drive north to many exotic tropical beaches,. Drive south to visit Pele at the Volcano National Park. There is a lot of hiking and awe inspiring experiences with Pele. It is open design ,the bedroom is not totally separate from the kitchen.This luxurious, absolute ocean-front corner unit is perfect for your special romantic occasions, however, it will sleep four. This is not a studio unit, most of Condos in Kona Magic Sands are 400 sg ft, this large 3rd floor corner wide open unit is 660 sq ft. Privacy, security & sunset views are all yours for your vacation on the Big Island of Hawaii. The unit has a fully equipped view oriented kitchen, living room, with sliding glass doors that open to the ocean - where Whales, Dolphins, Green Turtles and a myriad of colorful fish can be seen most days. The bath has a tub & shower. Floor-to-ceiling mirrors invite the outside in, creating a spectacular indoor environment. This condo is in a wonderful location and has a great view directly across the street from Magic Sands beach. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath fully air conditioned condo has an ocean view, and is fully equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay when in Kona. The oversized lanai offers a view of the ocean, and the pool, and is a fantastic way to start the day while enjoying a cup of Kona Coffee. After flying thousands of miles to get to paradise, you deserve accommodations that allow you to enjoy yourself. We make sure that happens. A clean, comfortable, air conditioned condo in an ideal location will give you that "right at home" feeling and serve as your base while you enjoy all the attractions on the big island of Hawaii. Kahaluu beach (snorkel beach) one of the top two snorkeling sites on the big island is less than a mile away. Directly across the street is "Magic Sands" beach, also known as White Sands Beach. About 100 yards to the north is Pahoehoe Beach with picnic tables, BBQ's and benches. About 100 yards south is La'Aloa beach. The Kona Trolley stops across the street at Magic Sands if traveling south, and about 50 ft north of the condo complex if traveling north. The trolley is a nice way to get to town or Keahou shopping center if you choose not to drive.The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, with private walk in master bath. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be combined for a king bed if desired. The second bath has a tub/shower combination. The unit has a washer and dryer inside the condo. The kitchen is fully equipped with range, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and all the small appliances you could need. Most appliances are less than a year old. The dining area seats 6 people comfortably. The living room is spacious, and nicely furnished.We supply beach chairs, cooler, plastic ware for pool or picnic use, beach towels, beach umbrella, and more. 위치도 좋고 허니문이라고 했을때 서비스도 너무 좋았으나, 방에 개미가 너무 많고 ㅜㅜ 아이언맨 경기 기간이였는데 토요일에 행사를 아침 6시부터 해서 시끄러워서 잠을 잘 수가 없었습니다. 행사 기간과 청결만 좋았다면 완벽한 곳이이에요

호텔 위치는 매우 좋습니다. 근처에 작은 레스토랑이 여러 군데 있으며, 슈퍼마켓은 차로 3분 거리에 있습니다. 방은 크지 않으며, 방음 시설이 갖춰져 있으며, 방음 시설도 보통 수준입니다. 7시 이후에는 매우 꽉 찼습니다. 체크인은 4시가 되어야 합니다. 다행히 30분도 채 안되어 도착해서 잠시 앉아 있다가 방 카드를 받았습니다. 뒤쪽의 해변과 항구에서 무지개를 보려면 반대편 안뜰 아래에 ABC 매장이 있으며 11시까지 영업합니다.

침실 2개와 거실 1개가 아주 잘 되어있습니다. 6인, 4개의 방이 있고 거실에는 이동식 침대가 있습니다. 욕실도 2개 있습니다. 머물기에 매우 편안합니다. 그런데 에어컨은 없고 방 하나에 에어컨 수납장이 있는데 사용하려면 추가 비용을 내야 합니다. 세탁기와 건조기도 있어서 꽤 새롭고 사용하기 편하지만, 거실 침대에서 자고 있는 사람들에게는 기계 돌아가는 소리가 들린다. 주방에는 직접 요리를 하려는 분들을 위한 시설이 완비되어 있습니다. 호텔에서 차로 5분 이내의 거리에 대형 슈퍼마켓과 상업 센터가 있습니다. 저녁 9시에 도착했는데 프런트는 이미 업무를 마쳤습니다. 그런데 프런트 문 앞에 전용 전화번호가 있으니 전화해서 성을 말하면 비밀번호를 알려줍니다. 객실 열쇠가 보관되어 있는 자물쇠 상자에서 열쇠를 직접 수령하실 수 있습니다. 모든 건물에 엘리베이터가 없어 상당히 불편합니다. 게다가 이 방의 가장 나쁜 점은 도로 쪽 창문이 전통적인 통창이 아닌 유리 셔터로 되어 있어 간격이 크고 소음이 너무 많다는 점입니다. 밤에는 차가 적어서 할 수 있는데, 오전 6시 이후에는 차가 너무 많아서 길가에서 자는 것 같은 느낌이 듭니다. 잠이 오지 않는 학생은 신중하게 선택해야 합니다.
