Firsts day we got there was good. Second day try and check another night the girl that helped us did not even try to help out. Said she couldn’t find out booking told her it was in there system she keep saying no it wasn’t with attitude. So I had to book another day all over again. And I asked her again are u sure I’m not in there they did it the day before told me no. She knew what she was doing. So when i booked my room again told her there it’s done. Then she tells o I found it No apology no nothing. After I just got done booking my room. Very disappointed with her service bad part I didn’t get her name

객실은 넓습니다.아침 식사와 서비스도 좋았습니다. 위치는 상점과 식당에서 격리되어 있지만 오후 5 시부 터 오후 9시 30 분까지 Burbank 시내까지 무료 셔틀을 운행했습니다. 고속도로 옆에 있음에도 불구하고 교통 소음을 실제로들을 수 없었습니다. 확실히 미래에 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다.

이것은 내가 가장 좋아하는 호텔입니다. 우리는 매년 여기에 머니다. 나는 보통 좋은 숙박을한다! 올해는 그렇게 많지 않습니다! 객실 냉장고가 작동하지 않아 음식을 망쳤고 샘플 크기의 샴푸와 컨디셔너에서 내부에 아무것도 없는 벽에 부착된 풀 사이즈 펌프로 전환했습니다! 고마워 만일의 경우 샴푸를 샀다! 침대는 내가 기억했던 것보다 조금 더 단단했습니다. 나는 그들이 새로운 소유권을 가지고 있다는 것을 알고 있습니다. 내년에도 이런 일이 아니길 바랍니다. 내가이 호텔을 좋아하는 것 외에는 훌륭한 위치입니다.

장점 : 수압이 좋고, 화장실 깨끗하고 반짝이는 냉동 미니 냉장고(냉장고에서 아이스크림 냉동 및 물병을 냉동 보관함), 시음이 좋은 아이스 단점 : 밤새 이상한 클릭 소음, 쓰레기가 비어 있지 않은, 얼룩이 묻은 의자, 얼음 양동이를위한 가방 없음, 더러운 비누 쟁반 우리 방은 깨끗해 보였고 냄새가 나긴했지만 의자 라운지에 분홍색 얼룩이 있었고 비누 쟁반에는 갈색의 이 있었고 쓰레기통 중 하나에 여전히 쓰레기가있었습니다. 나는 가방이없는 얼음 양동이를 사용하지 않으려 고했지만 적어도 플라스틱 컵은 개별적으로 포장되었습니다. 미니 냉장고는 멋지고 추웠으며 아이스크림 파인트를 냉동시키고 무료 커크 랜드 물병을 20 분 안에 식히게했습니다. 샤워커튼을 완전히 닫고 욕조 안쪽에 자석이 제대로 붙어 있는지 확인해 봤는데, 나올때 바닥에 물웅덩이가 있었습니다. 침대는 괜찮은편이고 스프링이 있었지만 침대 스프레드가 매우 얇았고 ”피트시트”는 침대에 비해 너무 작은 평면 시트로 꼭대기 2인치 아래를 덮지 않았습니다. 유럽식 아침 식사는 어떻게 든 건조한 댄시스와 초콜릿으로 가득했습니다. 커피는 meh이었다, 시리얼 옵션은 좋았다. 그러나 나는 우유를 보지 않았다. 나는 요구르트를 보았지만 조금 차갑지 않았습니다.
