Life above 7000 feet never felt this good. This is the perfect home for your vacation as it will comfortably accommodate large or multiple families. Close to Sedona, the Grand Canyon, and The Arizona Snowbowl, as well as beautiful hiking, mountain biking, fishing, parks, and delicious local restaurants. We love Flagstaff and are excited to share our rental with you!About our property:We have a 3000sq ft home located in the popular Flagstaff neighborhood of Ponderosa Trails. 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in our two-story home as well as 2 large living areas, a beautifully appointed kitchen, and a landscaped backyard with custom large patio for BBQing. Family room has large sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, and 55in smart tv. Kitchen has stainless steal appliances, granite counter tops, and is fully stocked for cooking at home. The backyard has a grilling deck off the back sliding door, with large lower patio with patio furniture and gas firepit. The back yard also has a grassy area and sand box for the kiddos. One bedroom has a king bed, one with a queen bed, and a double bunk bed with a twin trundle. With 3.5 bathrooms equipped with a shower and/or bathtub, guests will have plenty of space to freshen up. Additionally, enjoy the cozy walk out basement with a pool table, ping pong table, darts, big screen TV, plenty of board games and a sofa bed for extra sleeping arrangements. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, minutes from the airport, and within short driving distance from some of the best nearby attractions including; downtown Flagstaff, Sedona, Lake Mary, San Francisco Peaks and so much more. Meticulously cleaned & maintained by owners! We put a significant amount of time into creating this space & are constantly working to improve it. Personally interacting with the space on a regular basis means we get to see first hand what’s working well and what’s not. Furthermore, cleanliness being a top priority, we are keenly aware of the small details that require attention as a result of inspecting & cleaning the space ourselves. In addition to the space winning a "Sustainable Building Award," we take pride in using environmentally friendly, non-toxic products wherever possible. We've taken note from our own Airbnb stays, and have thoughtfully incorporated those experiences into creating a perfect space for our guests. We look forward to hosting you!Access to the guest suite is located around the back of the house on the right. We just added a new separate sidewalk to provide guests with the privacy of their own access to the backyard. Spacious layout with the master bedroom & bathroom at the back of the house away from main living area and spare bedroom (please note the spare bedroom shares the master bath which is only accessible through the master bedroom). Equipped with garage access, large living space & fully stocked kitchen, full laundry room with washer and dryer, central air conditioning and a fenced in back yard. All the space & amenities of renting a house while still being perfectly cozy for small groups. Meticulously cleaned & maintained by owners!We revamped our long time home to be the perfect space for guests with a cozy minimalistic vibe. We have lots of experience hosting and are constantly working to perfect our guest's experience. Cleanliness & comfort are our top priorities for our guests! We outfit our space with some of the best brands in the industry & strive to give our guests top quality amenities because we believe that's the way it should be! The space is what we consider the "main house," which shares a wall with the attached guesthouse. Both spaces are completely private with their own access, although you may encounter other guests in the driveway or front walk. We lived here for years while hosting guests and worked hard to create privacy for both spaces.**Here are some important things to know about our home... If any of these are a turn-off for you, please look elsewhere. We want you to be happy here!- There is only one ensuite bathroom which is accessed THROUGH the master bedroom. This setup might not be ideal for all parties, please review carefully.- There is an attached guesthouse which shares the living room wall. The room itself was very modern, neat and tidy. They provided bottled water for the coffee machine but not enough creamer/coffee pods to last me through the morning. Food is good but very, very expensive. Service at the bars/restaurants is slow, and again, very expensive. The odds at the ****** suck. As in, don't plan on being able to play slots for long,bc payouts/bonuses are lowsy. I encountered 3 other couples/people riding the elevator at the same time as me (Fri and Sat), and both sports bars were low energy for a weekend. Which made me think this hotel isn't doing well.

호텔 맞은편에 좋은 환경에 골프장이 있습니다. 아메리칸 스타일의 아침 식사는 상당히 제한적이며 내가 좋아하는 와플이 없습니다. 두 번째 방에는 8열의 출구가 있으므로 폐쇄가 너무 강하지 않고 항상 덜 안전합니다. 호텔은 좀 낡았어야 하고 시설은 좀 낡았지만 관리상태는 나쁘지 않습니다. 전반적으로 알겠습니다.

酒店很新，配備有游泳池和健身房。66號工具上比較安全的區域。晚上車幾乎停滿了。但是房間隔音很差，隔壁晚上開party音樂聲超級吵，一晚上都在走廊上聊天，開門關門。和前台説過了有好一點但是依然低音炮一直轟。 酒店不錯，咖啡好喝，入住體驗一般。

오랫동안 확인했고 실망하지 않고이 호텔을 찾았습니다. 호텔의 디자인은 심플하고 편안합니다. 시설이 새것이고 방이 깨끗합니다. 일부 객실은 도로에 있지만 시끄럽게 느껴지지 않습니다. 호텔의 남동생은 우리 차창의 서리가 솔선하여 눈 삽을 가져다주는 것을 보았고 서비스는 매우 좋았습니다. 주변에 먹거리도 많고 월마트도 매우 편리합니다. 유일한 단점은 욕실 팬 소리가 약간 크다는 것입니다.

시설 : 호텔 시설은 잘 관리되어 있지만 내 방의 옷장 문 손잡이는 열리자마자 떨어졌습니다. 프론트 데스크에 전화해서 생수가 있는지 물어보고 문 손잡이가 떨어졌다고 말한 덕분에 그는 메모에 기록할 것이라고 말했습니다. 내가 청구될 경우를 대비하여. 맙소사, 이 전화는 내 돈을 공제할 것으로 추정되지 않습니까? 하룻밤만 묵었습니다. 아침 식사는 간단하고 스타일이 많지 않습니다. 야외 수영장은 온수입니다. BTW 그랜드 캐년으로 여행을 선택한다면 여기에서 그랜드 캐년까지 차로 1시간 30분이 소요되며 그랜드 캐년에서 며칠 더 머물고 싶다면 여기에 머무르는 것은 권장하지 않습니다. 다른 도시에서 차로 운전하고 머물 곳을 찾고 다음날 계속 출발한다면 좋은 선택입니다.

Clean and no smell. The happiest thing for us as a group of three is that the manager assigned a room (with 2 beds) that includes a smaller room (with 1 bed) so that the three of us can have one's own bed. This is better than 3 people on 2 beds as all the other hotels/motels would treat us. The air conditioner, though, is noisy because of the age. Since the temperature is not hot in early August, we can do without air conditioning.
