This beautiful newly built home is located in the quiet residential University Park neighborhood. Located within walking distance from a diverse offering of restaurants, bars, shops, and parks and only a short jaunt to the University of Portland makes this house a convenient place to stay while in Portland. It was thoughtfully designed with cathedral ceilings that allow for an ample amount of light. The light is easily filtered with motor operated blinds. When sleeping in the upstairs bedroom, you will awake to sounds of a variety of birds that dwell in the surrounding canopy of trees.This is a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home with a separate gated entrance and private garden. It is fully furnished with all new appliances, cookware, and linens. It has a washer/ dryer, air conditioning, and a dual fuel stove. This 800 sq ft home has been tastefully decorated and is very inviting. It is located 1/2 mile from the University of Portland and 1 mile from the quaint neighborhood of St. Johns with a variety of restaurants, cafes, pubs, and parks. The beautiful St. Johns Bridge and Cathedral Park are just a 1-mile walk from the home. The nearest grocery store New Seasons is located just three blocks down the street and McKenna Park is just one block behind the home. Fred Meyer shopping is located just four blocks away. There is a designated off street parking spot for two vehicles . Feel at home in our spacious craftsman in North Portland's Overlook neighborhood. Lovely and walkable area, close to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and Adidas campus. Built in 1909, home retains beautiful vintage character with modern comforts and sits on a large yard with a barrel sauna. Easy access to I-5, Max trains and bus line.Great spot for families, friends, or business travelers. The property is shared with a separate apartment where your hosts, Colin & Holly reside.This home is located in a family friendly walkable neighborhood just north of downtown. Near bars, restaurants, parks, a dispensary, and the Adidas campus - you are only a short 2 minute walk to great local spots. The house is situated just above the street. A stone staircase takes you up to your private porch. The front door opens to a formal foyer and staircase up to the 2nd floor. High ceilings and an open floor plan on the main floor include a large living room, well-stocked kitchen and south facing dining room lined with windows and plants. Main floor bathroom has ample space with a large tiled shower and separate soaking tub.Kitchen includes counter top toaster oven, full size appliances, microwave, French press, coffee maker and electric kettle. Dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware are provided. The kitchen is also stocked with all basic essentials, roasted ground coffee, and a selection of teas. Large master bedroom (queen bed) with it's own en suite, and smaller bedroom (full bed) are located upstairs, each with their own skylight (including the bathroom!). Bedroom on main floor (queen bed) is located off the dining area. Backyard Sauna requires instruction from the hosts prior to use. Each booking includes one complimentary visit per week. Additional sauna use is $10 per). Parking is not a problem on our street and there is almost always a spot directly in front of the house, it is free, and no permit is required.The property is shared with a tiny house in the back yard and a separate apartment, with its own entrance, in the basement of the main house where hosts, Colin & Holly reside.Guests will have access to the front porch, main floor, top floor and (with request for access) laundry room in the basement. Front porch, back deck and yard are available to guests - back patio, yard and laundry roomare shared spaces. There is a dog on the property, friendly with adults and children. Please contact host with dog questions.Easy access to public transportation band highway. Roughly a 20-30 minute ride on the Yellow line Max train to downtown, or a 5-10 minute drive. We are also close to Kenton and Mississippi neighborhoods, Adidas campus, Portland Community College and University of Portland.We are approximately 25 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to downtown, 65 miles to Mt. Hood, 1.5 hours to the Oregon Coast (Cannon Beach), 3 hours to Seattle, 45 minutes to Oregon Wine Country and 3.5 hours from Central Oregon (Bend/Mt. 시설/편의시설 좋았어요! 방은 매우 넓고 편안했습니다. 온도 조절 장치를 69도까지 내려도 온도가 따뜻했지만 담요가 너무 따뜻해서 잠들기가 조금 어려웠기 때문일 수도 있습니다. 서비스는 견고했고 접수원은 친절하고 친절했습니다. 싱크대 손잡이(?)를 너무 세게/부주의하게 잡아당겨 아주 작은 상처가 났어요. 그러니 조심/천천히 사용하세요. 측면이 좀 날카로워요. 우리가 아닌 쪽 침대 밑에 약간의 쓰레기와 마스카라가 남아있었습니다. 방의 가격은 매우 저렴했고 정말 좋은 거래였으며 확실히 다시 머물고 싶습니다! !

우리는 어느 날 밤 JFK에서 지연된 비행에서 늦게 도착했습니다! 우리는 15 일 동안 지중해를 순항하고 이미 17 시간 동안 비행했습니다. 늦은 체크인 스탠다드 룸을 동생과 내가 심하게 과충전하여 다양한 크기의 무거운 여행 가방 5 개를 가지고있는 스탠다드 룸을 예약했습니다. 공항 근처에 있었기 때문에 Holiday Inn @ PDX를 선택하고 셔틀 서비스를 제공했습니다! 셔틀 운전자의 도움으로 우리는 카트에 짐을 싣는 것 외에는 모든 것을로드 할 수있었습니다. 체크인하고 2 층에 우리 방에 열쇠를 받았습니다. 노동적으로 우리는 2까지 나아 갔고, 빠른 문을 닫고 엘리베이터에서 여행 가방을 꺼내고, ”열쇠”가 작동하지 않는다는 것을 발견하기 위해 배정 된 방으로 만들었습니다. 그래서 시동생이 체크인 데스크로 돌아와 3 층에 스위트 키를 받았습니다! 우리는 그 스위트 룸에 도착했고, 절묘하게 어둡고 졸렬한 대부분은 어두운 갈색이지만 잘 꾸며진 2 개의 룸 스위트로 인사했습니다. 객실은 깨끗했지만 홀리데이 인은 매우 오래된 경우 홀리데이 인이며 오래된 장소를 수용하고 보완 할 수있는 편의 시설을 제공하기 위해 최선을 다했습니다. 커피 메이커는 작동하지 않았지만 다른 모든 것이있는 것 같습니다. 킹 베드는 매우 편안했지만 카펫은 오래되고 풀 렸으며 거실 벽 히터는 내 새로운 브랜드가 결코 착용하지 않는 Natica Puffy 재킷과 가방을 도울 수있는 여행 가방을 통해 길을 태웠다! 그것이 켜져 있다는 것을 몰랐습니다. 밤이나 이틀 동안 충돌하기 좋은 곳이지만 더 이상 없습니다. 침대는 슈퍼이었다!!

Great service. We stayed for almost 10 days I believe and everything was great until then last couple days things got very weird.. for some reason incidentals went from $40 a night to $150 as long with a $49 parking fee so it was $200 extra in fees I don’t know why things changed all of a sudden they said we were getting apt of snacks but we honesty only got snacks once or twice
