Guests will love this masterly crafted, newly renovated 1927 cottage house. Brought back to its original glory with all the comforts of the 21st century. Historic Seminole Heights is an up and coming, very hip neighborhood with fantastic restaurants and bars in walking distance. Just minutes from USF & U of Tampa, Ybor City, Channelside, USF, Downtown Tampa, the aquarium, Hard Rock casino, Busch Gardens, and the beaches are just 20 minutes away. My guests are amazed at the beauty of this home. Every detail has been addressed: Fully furnished, 2 bedroom/1bath, with sofa couch. The house comfortably sleeps 6. Each bedroom offers its own unique decor and the bathroom comes with double sinks. The spacious living room flows right into the exposed kitchen. Kitchen houses granite counter tops, instant hot water, gas oven, microwave, dishwasher and range hood. Living room houses a flat screen TV. Washer machine & Dryer. Let the outside in with the screened in back porch and open aired front porch with swing. Gorgeous back yard patio with fire pit and hammock. All the amenities you could only hope for are right here. 그것은 전날과 다음날 모든 약속을위한 완벽한 장소였습니다. 모든 것이 깨끗하고 모든 직원이 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 아직까지 코로나 규정으로 인해 룸서비스가 제공되지 않아 아쉬웠습니다. 그러나 나는 오래된 은행 건물이 철거되지 않고 용도가 변경되는 것을 보는 것을 좋아했습니다.

호텔은 현명한 주차에 관해서는 조금 혼란 스럽습니다. 편의 시설은 공정합니다. 방은 깨끗했습니다. 내가 언급할 수 있는 한 가지 단점은 호텔이 기차 선로 바로 위에 있다는 것입니다. 밤새도록 기차가 달리는 소리가 들립니다. 기차는 경적을 울리므로 여기에 머물 계획이라면 기차 소리를 들을 준비를 하십시오. 두 번째 단점은 방의 온도 조절 장치였습니다. 예, 온도 조절기. 왜요? 우리 방의 하나는 말 그대로 방 전체를 비췄습니다. 파란 불처럼 밝았습니다. 나는 우리 중 많은 성인들이 어둠 속에서 자는 것을 좋아한다고 확신합니다. 아니, 말 그대로 빛으로 책을 읽을 수 있을 정도로 밝게 빛나고 있었다. 객실에 들어가기 전에 고객을 위해 밝기를 낮추는 것이 좋습니다. 아, 우리 옆방에도 소음기가 있었습니다. 휴식을 취할 시간임을 알리기 위해 아래층에 전화를 걸어야 했습니다. 이 호텔은 파티 타운에 있습니다. 그래서 당신이 파티를 좋아한다고 가정하면, 당신에게 좋을 것입니다.
