Vintage Craftsman home in beautiful TCU neighborhood, conveniently located one block north of campus. House has full kitchen, 2 bedrooms plus study with Wireless printer, living room with smart TV, off-street parking and a front porch with swing. Very comfortable for a weekend stay, a week or a month. One mile from zoo, University Village shopping, 2 miles from museums, Will Rogers Equestrian Center, 2.5 miles from Magnolia restaurants and shops.Very roomy home will easily accommodate 2 couples or a family of 4 or 5. There is a living room with smart/Roku ready TV plus directTV. The study has a couch, desk with HP wireless all-in-one printer, paper, general office supplies. The entry room has an additional desk to create two separate work areas. The bookshelves are filled with interesting books. The kitchen is fully functional with basic cooking utensils available. University House is on a bus line, one block from TCU, less than a mile from the zoo, Colonial Country Club and 2 miles from the Kimball Art Museum, The Modern Art Museum, Museum of Science and History, Will Rogers Auditorium featuring the Futurity and The Stock Show and Rodeo, The Amon Carter Museum, Cowgirl museum, Casa Manana and the 7th Street corridor of restaurants and shops. Forest Park and the Botanical and Japanese Gardens are 1.5 miles - on the bus line with seasonal festivals like Concerts in the Garden and Mayfest. Less than 8 minutes from downtown Fort Worth! This 1920s home is fully remodeled and professionally designed to be a perfect blend of modern and historical, ornate but clean. It checks all the boxes.Indoor Amenities: 2 full baths, 6 person dining table, all major kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, 65"+ TVs in every room, LED accent lights, sound systemBackyard Amenities: pool (color changing lights), hot tub, fountains, grill, fridgeFully stocked coffee, towels & toiletries.----There are two bedrooms, both with Queen size beds and comfortable linens. Both rooms have a dresser to store clothes, and 65+" TVs with Fire Sticks and Netflix, HBO, Hulu, Amazon streaming. One room has a closet and attached bathroom and shower. The other room does not have a closet, but a clothes rack can be provided in addition to the dresser upon request. This room has a treadmill and weight bench which are available to use. There is a large bathroom with tub accessible from the hallway.The kitchen is complete with all necessary cooking tools, appliances (air fryer, pressure cooker, Kitchen Aid, etc), pots and pans, utensils, drinkware, wine accessories, etc.The home only a short drive to drive to Downtown Fort Worth, TCU, Six Flags, AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Stadium, the Stockyards, and many more attractions.----There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining room, and living room. 저녁 식사 및 활동을위한 여러 옵션이있는 편리한 위치에 위치한 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 우리는 호텔의 레이아웃과 전반적인 품질에 만족했습니다. 객실 주방 편의 시설은 굉장하여 우리가 머무르고 휴식을 취할 수있었습니다. 우리의 유일한 드롭 오프 경험은 자고있었습니다. 큰 킹 사이즈 침대이므로 방에 불만이 없지만 매우 불편합니다. 린넨은 희박하고 깃털 베개는 다른 편의 시설의 크기를 고려할 때 상상했던 것만 큼 편안하지 않았습니다. 침구 편의 시설에서 푹신하고 편안함을 필요로하지 않으면이 호텔 선택에 견고합니다. 나는이 호텔에 편의와 안락함을 위해 견고한 4.5을 주지만 휴가의 고급 스러움과 더 높은 가격 포인트를 고려할 때 부드러운 베개를 갖고 싶다면. 전반적으로이 호텔, 직원 및 편의 시설은 간단한 숙박을위한 최고 수준입니다. 또한 호텔 직원 또는 계열사가 차량 고장을 다루는 것처럼 보이는 것에 대해 아무런 잘못도 언급하지 않을 수도 있습니다. 체크 아웃 날짜에주의를 기울인 직원이 매우 전문적으로 처리 한 작은 사건이있었습니다. 주차가 충분하고 닫히는 것은 확실히 우연의 문제였으며 직원은 손님과 소지품이 최우선 순위임을 보장하는 것 위에있었습니다. 고마워 힐튼, 좋은 숙박. 제안 ... 더 이상 깃털 베개 없음 😁

Впечатление об отеле сложилось хорошее. Он недалеко расположен от ж/д станции (15 мин пешком). На против отеля расположен магазин Quick Trip, кгде можно купить еду, напитки, пиццу. Завтрак был включен, но он мне показался бедноватым. Комнаты чистые, просторные, имеется большой стол, за которым можно работать с ноутбуком. Единственное, что не понравилось, то что кондиционер был близко расположен к столу и невозможно было работать за столом, когда он был включен. А так все ок.

My daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall. However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay: - The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be. - The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air. - Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way. I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room. - (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay. - They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay. I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment.
