These luxury short-term rentals are newly constructed @ Preservation Forge, located in the heart of historic downtown Lewes. --Named 2022's most beautiful city in America-- Enjoy a walk to the beach, boutiques, restaurants, & cultural destinations of this charming town. Throughout are custom wood details from Old Wood Delaware (visit our store on the first floor of the building!)-The Suite-Stepping into our newly renovated breathtaking suite, you will be in awe by the reclaimed wood shiplap cathedral ceiling with original iron trusses, and under your feet, solid wide plank white oak flooring. In the gathering area, you can enjoy the electric fireplace below a solid reclaimed Heart Pine mantel and above that, a large 50" Smart TV. The open layout leads into a great sized full kitchen boasting an 8’ granite-topped island with 4 counter stools, accented by 2 beautiful nautical pendant lights. The kitchen is stocked with all of the amenities you would possibly need. You will be close to everything when you arrive. Park the car and don’t get back in it until it’s time to leave. 2 blocks to shopping, dining, and parks. Under a mile to town beach. This 3 level home gives you plenty of common space for the family to reconnect, while offering ample space to spread out and relax. Zoned central air allows everyone to control the temp of their room and remain comfortable.First floor you will find your living room, dining room, half bath , laundry, and fully stocked kitchenOn the second floor you will find 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and a full bath with shower. Go up to the third floor and you will find two twin beds plus a day bed that can be opened to 2 additional twin beds or 1 king size bed. This space is perfect for overflow guests or private space for the kids to claim as their own. The best space of the home is the private screen room off the kitchen. This is the perfect spot to unwind with a cocktail and make memories. Exit the screen room into a fenced back yard with patio. Enjoy the outdoor shower and the Weber gas grill. Lewes historic sites, shopping, dining, museums, and entertainment are all a brief walk from our location. Bay and Ocean beaches are nearby too. The staff were super accommodating. Manager got us Top Floor suite after I was unsuccessful with that through *******. All of the hotel staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was perfect for us. Parking was great. Location is near anything you’d need. Free HBO and place did not smell of smoke.  Probably about ready for new mattresses, at least in suite we were in and lavatory is kind of low. Perfect height if you’re 5’ tall though.

위치가 좋습니다! 주차는 풍부했습니다. 수영장은 매우 좋고 깨끗해 보였습니다. 2 박 동안 방을 예약했습니다. 확인 이메일에는 흡연실이라고 나와 있습니다. 나는 즉시 전화를 걸어 금연실을 요청했다. 신사는 기꺼이 방을 바꿨지만 우리가 방문하기 위해 남겨진 유일한 금연실이라고 말했습니다. 우리는 오후 3시에 도착했고 방이 준비되었기 때문에 일찍 체크인 할 수있었습니다. 방은 끔찍한 연기 냄새가 났고 낡고 더러운 카펫으로 심각하게 구식이었고 새 페인트가 절실히 필요했습니다. 방은 좋은 크기였지만 그것에 관한 모든 것이 낡고 구식이었습니다. 나는 온라인으로 예약을 예약했고 환불되지 않았습니다. 나는 그 방에서 다른 밤을 머물지 않았기 때문에 우리는 내가 지불 한 2 박 중 하나 만 머물 렀습니다. 따뜻한 아침 식사를 기대하면서 2 아침 아침 식사를 지불했지만 유럽식 아침 식사였습니다.

Location, location, location! It's conveniently close to the beach and shopping. The staff were so helpful and accommodating! This year I was disappointed by the smell of 'athletes feet' coming from the carpet. I left the balcony door slightly open, which helped alot. They no longer have a hot breakfast and the processed, prepackaged carb choices influenced me to eat out. Not sure if I'll choose Breakers on my next visit.

Everything was good. Breakfast was very good. The door to the room was way too heavy to open. We were able to open it but if a guest was a senior or handicapped, they may not be able to get in or out of the room. For two people staying 2 or more nights there should be 2 shampoo and conditioners. Make-up remover isn't really necessary since most women travel with this type of toiletries.

The stay was really comfortable, the room & beds were nice as well as the huge tub/shower. The cleaning ladies were excellent as the room was nice, clean and smelled good. They need to put the luggage carts in the front of the lobby and not tell you they're at the end of the hall, that was unbelievable... Other than that it was a great stay and would recommend.
