A sweet and cheerful space that feels like home. Thoughtfully designed, with amenities to make your stay as easy + comfortable as possible. Three spacious bedrooms, and huge open floorplan kitchen, dining and living space. Centrally located, easy freeway access, minutes to Downtown Riverside, CBU + UCR.Recently renovated, clean, and new space!! Additional amenities, washer + dryer, yard pictures coming soon. HUGE PRIVATE outdoor space, but currently the yard is unlandscaped. We hope you will enjoy + care for this home as much as we do.Our property is pet friendly, and our large yard is fenced. Our fence is different heights in different places, and gate does close, but we do recommend dogs be leashed and not left outside unattended. Our spacious home near Downtown Riverside was recently renovated and is now ready for you to enjoy! The home is situated in a friendly and quiet neighborhood and is only a 15-min drive to Downtown Riverside. It features 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a pool, game room, and BBQ. This home is spacious enough to accommodate up to 16 guests.NOTE** The pool and spa are currently not heated .Welcome to our contemporary home haven! We hope you enjoy all the attention to detail we put into this home. Each bedroom is equipped with memory foam mattresses and comfortable bedding for a relaxing sleep. Technology offerings include high-speed internet, a Roku 4K TV, and keyless entry. The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances for your culinary needs. The laundry room comes equipped with a new washer and dryer. The game room features a pool table and foosball table for your enjoyment. Lastly, our backyard allows you to enjoy the Southern California sunshine with a pool, spa, and outdoor seating. Please note that the pool is a cold water pool and does not heat. Also, the spa simply runs bubbles and is not a hot tub.The driveway in front of the garage provides parking for 3 vehicles and more parking is available on the street. We will allow a maximum of 4 vehicles at our property at any given time to avoid issues with the neighbors.While we hope you enjoy our home, please be advised that parties or events are NOT allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood and loud music will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are between 10 PM - 8 AM everyday. Any noise violations issued to our address during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit. If you need a home where you party, play loud music, or make a lot of noise, we regret to inform you that this is NOT the home for you and we CANNOT host you. Smoking or vaping of any kind is absolutely PROHIBITED inside the home. If you do, any cleaning or furniture replacement costs will be deducted from your security deposit. This is a great place for visiting with family & friends with all the necessary amenities. It is a beautiful, peaceful home in a quite family neighborhood in Riverside CA near a variety of shopping and dining. Full kitchen stocked with service up to 20 guests. 3 bed/2 bath with added air mattresses and sofa beds for sleeping additional guests. Cleaned and disinfected from door handles to the floor. An open floor plan centrally located to many of the sights of Southern Calif parking on site.The spaceThe game room is in a separate building in the private back yard. Pool table and activities for the whole family. The home has built in AC/Heater units and ceiling fans in each room. bedrooms have their own AC units. Space heaters provides in winter for additional customizable room temperature. The house has a full kitchen, bedding, pillows, toiletries, dishes, utensils, pots, and pans, serving dishes, etc... The ice maker and water dispenser in the fridge is NOT connected. Guest accessYou will be able to access the building at the front of the property and the back yard. The side gate has a coded lock that you can use to access the back yard as needed. Other things to noteThere are 2 Buildings on this property, the main house and the game room.Parking is available in the driveway (4 vehicles comfortably) and on the street directly in front of the house (2 vehicles comfortably). Our newly furnished and remodeled guest house is ready with all the basics you need for a long or short stay. This spacious 1 bedroom 1 bathroom private unit includes a full kitchen with an electric stove/oven, refrigerator, lots of counter space and a nice sized closet pantry. The living room/ dining area includes a table and 4 chairs, a new sofa that pulls out to a double sized bed, smart tv and access to your own private deck overlooking the backyard filled with giant trees, greenery and a pool. The large bedroom features two full sized closets, a California King sized beds workspace with desk, and blackout curtains over the windows to ensure proper sleep no matter the time of day. The spacious bathroom has a shower tub with excellent water pressure, double sink vanity, toilet and a skylight for more natural light. Small, well behaved, housebroken, indoor dogs welcome. Unit is completely detached from main house with private entrance and no shared walls. No animals allowed on property at all. Our Saint Bernard is friendly to humans but extremely reactive to other animal. 이 햄튼 인에서의 숙박에 정말 만족합니다. 우리는 산 버나디노의 NOS 이벤트 센터에서 이벤트에 참석 했으므로 산 버나디노 내에서 그 주말에 400 달러 + 요금을 처음 보았을 때 나는 두려워했습니다. 리버 사이드 시내의이 햄프턴 인에서 비교할 때 많은 것을 발견하게되어 기뻤습니다. 체크인시받은 놀랍도록 빠른 서비스에 대해 매우 감사했습니다. 프론트 데스크 직원이 말 그대로 2 분 안에 체크인했습니다. 몬테레이에서 내리는 길에 교통량이 발생한 후 이벤트에 조금 늦어졌습니다. 우리가 겪은 단점을 생각할 수는 없지만 다른 장점에는 호텔 주차가 게이트 뒤의 자체 보안 감시 구역 내에 있었기 때문에 자동차 또는 그 안에있는 것에 대해 걱정할 필요가 없었습니다. 미니 냉장고와 전자 레인지, 슈퍼 편안한 침대 / 베개, 정오 체크 아웃!
