We checked in around mid night due to flight delayed from Boston to SFO. The front desk waited and processed our check in shifty. There is no in room amenity which makes late checkin very inconvenient. The front desk did not informed us about daily USD25+tax destination charges. We wasted this daily spend in our stay😨

이 호텔에 머무는 가장 큰 이유는 UCB와 가깝기 때문입니다. 대학을 방문하여 여기에서 살 수 있습니다. Sather Gate 15까지 도보로 20분, CKC까지 도보로 20분이 소요됩니다. 호텔의 또 다른 주요 특징은 아름다운 환경입니다. 야외 환경은 꽃, 녹색 식물 및 아름다운 집이 있는 정원 별장과 같습니다. 작고 절묘합니다. 객실 시설이 매우 낡았고 특히 카펫은 한 번도 교체한 적이 없는 것으로 추정되며 아첨하지 않습니다. 그러나 방의 크기는 정확히 두 사람이 사용하기에는 동일합니다.

The location of the hotel is in the downtown of Berkeley with lots of restaurants and supermarket (Target) around. Bart and buses are adjacent to the hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable. The bed, pillows and blankets are good and warm. The bath amenities are available but you have to squeeze hardly to get out the lotion. The road near to the hotel is under repair, the workers start working quite early in the morning at 7am, thus it really affected us as we didn’t wish to wake up so early. Homeless people are scattered around the hotel therefore you have to exercise care when going in and out of the hotel.

침실이 2개인 아파트 스위트룸을 예약하면 더블침대와 욕실이 있는 방 2개, 중앙에 주방과 거실, 전자레인지 오븐이 있는 전자레인지, 컵, 접시, 식기류가 있습니다. 가족 생활에 매우 적합합니다. 작은 발코니 밖에 있는 나무에 큰 새가 있습니다. 작은 만에 많은 요트가 있습니다. 앞길을 따라 우측으로 가면 독일식당이 있고 독일소세지와 맥주맛이 정말 좋습니다. 호텔의 무료 아침 식사는 괜찮습니다. 하루에 세 종류의 소시지를 먹습니다. 어느 날 베이컨 패티 소시지, 우유 시리얼, 수제 와플, 여러 종류의 빵 잼이 있습니다. 원래 샌프란시스코에 살고 싶었지만 시내 도로가 비교적 오르막이 많고 일방통행 노선이 복잡하고 주차비가 비싸다고 합니다. 그래서 저는 오클랜드에 살고 있습니다. 이틀 연속으로 오클랜드 다리를 타고 샌프란시스코로 가는 것이 편리합니다. 저녁에 근처에 계림쌀국수집 발견했는데 맛이 너무 좋아요! ! !

처음 체크인했을 때 호텔 앞에 철로가 있었는데 기차가 문을 지나서 충격을 받았습니다. 이틀 동안 잠을 자고 나니, 다행히 잠을 자기가 힘들고 수면 요구 사항이 매우 엄격했음에도 불구하고 그것이 밤에 잠에 영향을 미치지 않는다는 것을 알게 되었습니다. 며칠 동안 묵은 후 이 호텔이 정말 좋다는 것을 알았습니다. 교통이 매우 편리했습니다. 페리 터미널은 호텔 대각선 맞은편에 도보로 5분 거리에 있으며, 샌프란시스코 중심부까지 페리로 25분이 걸립니다. . 경전철(BART)까지는 도보로 10분 남짓 걸립니다. 오클랜드 시내까지 걸어서 갈 수 있고, 차이나타운도 있습니다. 버스 노선도 많습니다. 정말 편리해요! 호텔 뒤에는 스타벅스가 있어 커피를 마시기에도 편리합니다. 그렇다면 가장 아름다운 점은 호텔이 해변과 부두에 가깝다는 점입니다. 아침에 산책하러 나가는 것이 정말 좋고 아름답습니다. 서비스도 좋고 방도 꽤 넓습니다. 총 10일 이상 머물렀는데, 머무를수록 점점 더 편안함을 느꼈습니다.

객실은 훌륭하고 서비스는 매우 따뜻하고 정중합니다. 위치는 오클랜드 공항에서 차로 10 분 거리에있는 오클랜드 중심부에 있습니다 (교통 체증이 없다면). 밤에는 도로가 시끄럽고 누군가가 음악을 연주하지만 이것은 호텔의 책임이 아닙니다.

방은 깨끗했고 아침식사는 야채가 들어가지 않은 심플한 미국식이었습니다. 서비스가 전문적이지 않고 책임감이 없었습니다. 침대 없이 호텔 방에 들어간 것은 내 인생에서 처음이었습니다! 그러자 웨이터가 '아, 이 방의 침대는 오늘 수리 중'이라고 말했습니다. 아, 당연한 것 같은데, 침대를 고치는 것은 당연한 일인데, 손님을 위해 침대가 없는 방을 마련해 주는 것은 극히 비정상적인 일입니다!

헤어드라이기 없는데 있다고 해서 안챙겨갔다가 봉변 ㅋㅋㅋ 졸업식 사진찍는건데 없어서 고대기로 말림 ㅋㅋ 그리고 처음에 체크인할땐 착하게 해주고 막상 두명인데 샴푸 이틀 묵는건대 2개 만 넣어둬서 담날 샴푸 수건 더달라했더니 개정색하면서 몇명이냐~~자꾸 그럼 ㅋㅋ 그리고 나뿌진 않은데 인테리어 깔끔한 곳에서 느껴지는 찝찝한 더러움은 가득한 누낌임 ㅠ 그래도 나쁘진 않음 헤어드라이기가 가장 킹받았움

샌프란시스코 시내의 매우 작은 (그리고 낡은) 모텔 객실에 머물지 않으려면 오클랜드 지역 의이 모텔이 돈을 위해 가치있는 선택이라고 생각합니다. 우리는 렌터카를 가지고 있었기 때문에 샌프란시스코 시내로 운전하는 것은 문제가되지 않았습니다. 모텔은 무료 주차장을 제공합니다. 이 모텔은 2 년 전에 리노베이션되었으며 객실의 크기는 합리적이고 깨끗합니다. 대중 교통을 이용하려면 모텔이 가장 가까운 BART에서 도보로 15 분 거리에 있습니다. 프론트 데스크의 서비스는 친절하고 반응이 좋았습니다. 이 모텔에 대한 유일한 단점은 그것이 위치한 동네입니다 ....... 밤에 거리를 걷고 싶다면 조심해야 할 것입니다.

One elevator out, apparently for months, and the other really slow. People were okay at checkout - helpful but not friendly. It was a fine stay. Right near where I needed to have meetings, so would return.
