House was built in the 1950's and boast the charm of Hawaii life by the sea. Large three bedrooms, two bathrooms with fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. A private easement leads you to a white sand beach for wingfoiling, kite surfing, windsurfing, stand-up-paddle surfing, swimming, snorkeling and beach walks. Centrally located for easy driving to the many destinations around Maui. Convenient to shops, restaurants and groceries in Paia or Kahului. Organic fruit trees and garden will provide samples of the many Hawaiian varieties that flourish here. We take pride in having an organic property free of harmful chemicals. Many guests enjoy the ability to leave gear rigged for easy access to launch anytime bof the day. All wind-sport participants must abide by all association rules.There is a king bed in the master bedroom with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a double and a twin bed. These two rooms share a bathroom with a bathtub and a private shower. There is high speed internet with a mesh system throughout the house. There is a smart TV with basic cable, a blue-tooth speaker and a gas grill. This house is private, spacious and a location loved by everyone who visits.*The house is located on the north shore by Kanaha Beach Park and very close to the airport, please read reviews for reference of noise.House Rules:• Quiet hours for the property are from 9:00pm to 8:00am. Please respect all neighbors and their privacy.• Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundary is prohibited.• This home is in a quiet residential area. Parties, group entertaining, unreasonable loud noises are NOT permitted, and may be grounds for eviction. Speed Limit is 15mph on Stable Rd. Please drive with caution as there are pets and children playing.• Owner shall provide the following: Bed linen and towels, yard care, water, electricity and refuse disposal. • Beach access is the pathway between the two fences.• This is strictly a "NO SMOKING" rental. No smoking is allowed inside the home. • Wind sports are not allowed before 11am. When coming to shore for a turn please complete the turn with at least 100ft distance to the shore to respect and protect people swimming. There is a no-fly zone for Kite Surfers, and it is strictly enforced. 호텔은 매우 좋고, 해변도 있어요. 일몰이 정말 아름답네요. 크루즈 터미널은 그리 멀지 않은 곳에 있으며, 크루즈선이 정박할 때 배경으로 사진을 찍을 수도 있습니다. 정말 아름답네요. 안뜰에는 수영장과 잔디밭이 있습니다. 호텔 옆에는 하와이와 필리핀 요리를 제공하는 좋은 레스토랑이 있으며, 가격도 비싸지 않습니다. 호텔에서 약 1km 떨어진 곳에 대형 슈퍼마켓이 있습니다. 전반적으로 훌륭한 리조트 호텔이에요!

군더더기 없는 무난한 호텔입니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 방은 깨끗했지만 낡았습니다. 정말 해변이 없고 이상한 사람들이 어슬렁거리면 유감입니다. 나는 사람들이 한 섹션에서 오랫동안 거기에 산다고 생각합니다. 레스토랑과 바는 개인 파티를 위해 문을 닫았으므로 우리는 Doordash를 주문했습니다. 침대는 침수되면 교체해야 하고 불편합니다.

Nestled on Baldwin Avenue, this two bedroom cottage provides convenient and comfortable air conditioned accommodations, comfy queen sized beds and a/c units in each bedroom, with the amenities of Historic Paia Town and Paia Bay just a 5 to 10 minute walk away. Baldwin and Baby Beach just beyond and all areas of the island within easy driving distance. Ho'okipa and Kanaha are short drives in either direction. The cottage offers a fenced and gated yard area, shared with my one bedroom cottage (VRBO#457533) private parking, coastal style decor, fully equipped kitchen, ample space for your surf/windsurf gear, laundry area, and an outdoor covered lanai set up for island style dining. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided. Paia is a reflection of its history as a booming sugar cane plantation town with its old plantation style wooden buildings still intact. This quaint little beach town has an array of fine specialty shops, boutiques, surf shops, antique stores, bakeries, and even an old fashioned tattoo parlor. Award wining restaurants offer everything the discerning diner could want from casual bites, to the full service internationally renowned seafood of Mama's Fish House. Mana Foods, the legendary hip little grocery store built on local, organic principals is five minutes walk. They have a great prepared food bar, including soup and salad. Your hosts have lived on the North Shore for many years. They are both active members of the North Shore community and can provide access to resources and hidden treasures that are simply unavailable to regular tourists.
