House was built in the 1950's and boast the charm of Hawaii life by the sea. Large three bedrooms, two bathrooms with fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. A private easement leads you to a white sand beach for wingfoiling, kite surfing, windsurfing, stand-up-paddle surfing, swimming, snorkeling and beach walks. Centrally located for easy driving to the many destinations around Maui. Convenient to shops, restaurants and groceries in Paia or Kahului. Organic fruit trees and garden will provide samples of the many Hawaiian varieties that flourish here. We take pride in having an organic property free of harmful chemicals. Many guests enjoy the ability to leave gear rigged for easy access to launch anytime bof the day. All wind-sport participants must abide by all association rules.There is a king bed in the master bedroom with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a double and a twin bed. These two rooms share a bathroom with a bathtub and a private shower. There is high speed internet with a mesh system throughout the house. There is a smart TV with basic cable, a blue-tooth speaker and a gas grill. This house is private, spacious and a location loved by everyone who visits.*The house is located on the north shore by Kanaha Beach Park and very close to the airport, please read reviews for reference of noise.House Rules:• Quiet hours for the property are from 9:00pm to 8:00am. Please respect all neighbors and their privacy.• Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundary is prohibited.• This home is in a quiet residential area. Parties, group entertaining, unreasonable loud noises are NOT permitted, and may be grounds for eviction. Speed Limit is 15mph on Stable Rd. Please drive with caution as there are pets and children playing.• Owner shall provide the following: Bed linen and towels, yard care, water, electricity and refuse disposal. • Beach access is the pathway between the two fences.• This is strictly a "NO SMOKING" rental. No smoking is allowed inside the home. • Wind sports are not allowed before 11am. When coming to shore for a turn please complete the turn with at least 100ft distance to the shore to respect and protect people swimming. There is a no-fly zone for Kite Surfers, and it is strictly enforced. 호텔 서비스 : 저녁 9시 30 분에 호텔에 도착하여 하루 동안 큰 섬에서 놀고 싶지 않아서이 호텔은 공항 옆에 있으며 교통이 편리하지만 연고의 비행은 약간 시끄럽지 만 예상이 있으므로 무시할 수 있습니다. 설정 : 쓸모가 없어, 나는 잠을 자고 다음날 떠났다. 음식 : 로비에는 스타 벅스가 있으며 특별한 기능은 없지만 주차장 밖에는 음식 트럭 마당이 있습니다. 모든 것이 있습니다. 거기에서 먹는 것을 고려할 수 있습니다.

호텔은 매우 좋고, 해변도 있어요. 일몰이 정말 아름답네요. 크루즈 터미널은 그리 멀지 않은 곳에 있으며, 크루즈선이 정박할 때 배경으로 사진을 찍을 수도 있습니다. 정말 아름답네요. 안뜰에는 수영장과 잔디밭이 있습니다. 호텔 옆에는 하와이와 필리핀 요리를 제공하는 좋은 레스토랑이 있으며, 가격도 비싸지 않습니다. 호텔에서 약 1km 떨어진 곳에 대형 슈퍼마켓이 있습니다. 전반적으로 훌륭한 리조트 호텔이에요!

We have three newly renovated air-conditioned studios on our property. This add features our newly renovated 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom ocean view upstairs house. The house has a full kitchen, large living room, indoor and outdoor dinning, smart TV, free streaming Wifi, washer / dryer, hot tub, BBQ, and beach gear to use. Our property is very private with coded gate and secured off street parking for guests. We have a large park like yard with Mango, lime, lemon and Avocado trees. Amazing ocean views! 10 - 15 walk to Paia town and world class beaches! Only 15 min. drive to airport! 20 min drive to waterfall hikes in the rain forest.We have a 3 night minimum to book in advance. We are walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and beach in Paia. Come stay in our tropical sanctuary located in the coolest little beach town on Maui. The real Hawaiian experience is what you will find here. No big corporate mega resorts and chain stores. Just mom and pop style family owned businesses. Paia has the best organic food stores, restaurants and unique one of a kind shops in Maui. Mangolani Inn is a refreshing alternative to Maui's mega resorts. Live a more like a local by staying in our luxurious award winning tropical sanctuary walking distance from the coolest little beach town in Maui. The Ocean View our newest premier studio on property is located on the second floor and enjoys a mesmerizing ocean view from the outer reefs of Spreckelsville to Kahakaloa and beyond. It has a king size bed, full size sofa sleeper, coffee table, dresser, custom tile shower, AC and comfortable wicker chairs. The walls are adorned with colorful original art works from local artists. It’s our brightest, most airy space with 14 ft. ceilings and clerestory windows. It has a 12 ft. sliding glass door that opens up to a beautiful wrap around iron wood lanai. In the winter months you can see kite surfers, wing foilers and big wave tow surfers enjoying the spectacular waves breaking on the outer reefs. Downstairs is a shared outdoor wet bar kitchenette / BBQ / alfresco dinning equipped with a beverage center and mini fridge. Mangolani Inn is a very private gated and walled compound that requires a code to enter. We have plenty of secured off street parking and outdoor spaces to relax. A few doors up the street is a Yoga Shala and organic cafe.
