Seconds to the slopes and trails, 5 minute walk to downtown Breckenridge.The spaceLocated inside Beaver Run Resort, this studio unit can comfortably accommodate four guests.LIVING ROOM:The sofa pulls out to a queen-sized bed. 65" Samsung TV with cable TV and Roku hooked up so you can watch Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu, and more! (We do not provide log-ins for any services.) Dining table with seating for 4.BEDROOM:Queen-sized bed with a 32" Samsung TV in the corner. Cable TV and Roku is hooked up to the TV.HOT TUB ROOM:Vintage hot tub room with working hot tub and overhead shower.PATIO:Ski in and out directly from the patio. Relax and enjoy the view!Whip up your own breakfast in the kitchenette before skiing or walking out to slopes and trails.After an active day outside, relax in one of the facility's two large pools or nine separate hot tubs. Sit down for a nice dinner at one of the several on-site dining options, or take a short walk to downtown Breckenridge. The free shuttle is an option as well. Cap off the day with a movie back in the unit, or visit the on-site arcade.Guest accessUpon booking through us on Airbnb, I will coordinate with Beaver Run so you'll feel like you booked directly through their facility. While the hotel was nice and had pleasant views, I would not say its worth the money. It was particularly frustrating to learn that they had no parking available other than their valet parking. And while valet parking is covered by their amenity fee (also absurd and a junk fee that is completely unnecessary) the cost of parking itself is $50 a night. So $100 in hidden fees on top of room rate.

The staff was excellent. I had some gear I needed to repair. The staff provided me with a small sewing kit and loaned a tool I needed. The room was clean and a great size for what I needed. Breakfast selection was excellent. I was able to get a load of laundry done. The laundry was on the same floor and was clean. Definitely would stay there again.

나는 최근에 Beaver Run Resort에 머물렀고 특별한 경험을했습니다. 리조트의 위치는 스키 슬로프 기에 자리 잡은 휴식과 모험 모두에 적합합니다. 직원들은 머무는 동안 매우 환영하고 도움이되었습니다. 내 방은 넓고 깨끗했으며 멋진 산 전망을 제공했습니다. 리조트 편의 시설은 여러 온수 욕조, 수영장 및 시설이 완비된 피트니스 센터를 포함하여 환상적이었습니다. 나는 특히 숙소를 떠날 필요가 없는 맛있는 식사를 제공하는 구내 식사 옵션을 즐겼습니다. 스키 인/스키 아웃 액세스는 슬로프에서 나의 하루를 엄청나게 편리하게 만들었습니다. 전반적으로 Beaver Run Resort는 모든 면에서 내 기대를 초과했습니다. 기억에 남는 산 휴양지를 찾는 사람에게 적극 추천합니다.

While the hotel was nice and had pleasant views, I would not say its worth the money. It was particularly frustrating to learn that they had no parking available other than their valet parking. And while valet parking is covered by their amenity fee (also absurd and a junk fee that is completely unnecessary) the cost of parking itself is $50 a night. So $100 in hidden fees on top of room rate.
