Newly redecorated ski-in, ski-out condo at Beaver Run. Plan your perfect Breckenridge vacation at the base of Peak Nine! With room to comfortably accommodate four guests, this ski-in, ski-out unit has everything you need to enjoy your time in the mountains year-round, including a beautiful patio, pools/hot tubs, on-site dining options, and more. Seconds to the slopes and trails, 5 minute walk to downtown Breckenridge.The spaceLocated inside Beaver Run Resort, this studio unit can comfortably accommodate four guests.LIVING ROOM:The sofa pulls out to a queen-sized bed. 65" Samsung TV with cable TV and Roku hooked up so you can watch Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu, and more! (We do not provide log-ins for any services.) Dining table with seating for 4.BEDROOM:Queen-sized bed with a 32" Samsung TV in the corner. Cable TV and Roku is hooked up to the TV.HOT TUB ROOM:Vintage hot tub room with working hot tub and overhead shower.PATIO:Ski in and out directly from the patio. Relax and enjoy the view!Whip up your own breakfast in the kitchenette before skiing or walking out to slopes and trails.After an active day outside, relax in one of the facility's two large pools or nine separate hot tubs. Sit down for a nice dinner at one of the several on-site dining options, or take a short walk to downtown Breckenridge. The free shuttle is an option as well. Cap off the day with a movie back in the unit, or visit the on-site arcade.Guest accessUpon booking through us on Airbnb, I will coordinate with Beaver Run so you'll feel like you booked directly through their facility. Second bedroom has a queen bunk bed (queen up/queen down) with full size trundle beneath, sleeps 6! Third bedroom has queen bed and beautiful mountain views. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom between the second and third bedrooms, and half bath in the hallway off the living room. Powderhorn C304. Great location at the South end of Main St. Walk to ski lift, restaurants and shopping. Located on the Blue river. Hiking, biking and sight seeing abound. The comfy living room features large corner windows, a gas fireplace with a 49" TCL/Roku smart TV over it. The dining table is located in front of sliding glass door to covered deck with gas grill. The master suite has a queen size bed with TCL/Roku flat screen TV, large dressing area with a closet with organizer/drawer system. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen size bed with a twin XL over with closet organizer. The living room has a sleeper sofa and a newly installed murphy bed. While the hotel was nice and had pleasant views, I would not say its worth the money. It was particularly frustrating to learn that they had no parking available other than their valet parking. And while valet parking is covered by their amenity fee (also absurd and a junk fee that is completely unnecessary) the cost of parking itself is $50 a night. So $100 in hidden fees on top of room rate.

Our goal has always been to provide you with wonderful vacation accommodations for you and your family to make memories for a lifetime. A true ski in/out location with ski storage at the Beaver Run lift. For convenience, you will enjoy a heated garage, shuttle and concierge services, a business center for computer access (wifi can be used in the condo) and a gift/grocery shop. For service, there are three restaurants, an on-site licensed child care, spa services, a complete ski shop, ski rentals, ski school and a place to pick up lift tickets. And for fun, the complex has a beautiful indoor/outdoor pool with several outdoor hot tubs. Next to that is an exercise room, steam room and sauna. There are beautiful lounge areas and a library for your pleasure. And the kids will love the game room with several arcade games, a 9 hole miniature golf course, pool table, air hockey and more. The mountains are a glorious place to be! Spending time in nature always eases my stress. We invite you to come to Breckenridge and have a wonderful safe and beautiful experience in the outdoors! The condo itself is beautifully decorated Colorado Style with antique ski accents. There is a romantic wood fireplace next to the living area and we have filled the condo with all the extras to meet your needs.Our condo is bright and spacious with vaulted ceilings and sky lights in the living room. Decorated in true Colorado style, you can sit on our cozy couch and enjoy the warmth and comfort of our wood burning fireplace surrounded by antique skis and snow shoes. The couch turns into a queen sofa sleeper that has a seven inch mattress for extra comfort. There is an HDTV above the fireplace and a cupboard full of fun family board games to help create wonderful memories of your family vacation.Our antler chandelier and rustic kitchen table for 6 adds to the ambiance of mountain living. The kitchen has granite counter tops with a stone back splash and is fully equipped with some added extras such as a spice rack, crock pot, blender, mixer and waffle maker.The master bedroom suite has a king sized bed, dresser and antique ski lift chair along with a full bathroom. The second bedroom has two queen beds and dresser. Both bedrooms have HDTVs. Finally, we have been renting condos in Breckenridge since 1999 and truly want to be a part of your vacation experience. Spacious upscale condo located in a forested area. It’s an easy 5 minute walk to Quicksilver 6 lift, town, and trails. The condo is a great place for large families, groups, or 2 families. The unit sleeps up to 8 people comfortably. The condo has over 1,200 square feet of living space. The condo is adjacent to a brand new pool complex (Dec 2018). The condo complex is equipped with a sauna, laundry room, and 2 parking passes (additional parking downtown). There’s free WiFi and streaming TV (Roku capable). The condo is on the Breckenridge Free Ride route which will take you to all the lifts and the Gondola, downtown, or connections with the Free Summit Stage that will connect to other ski areas; Keystone, A-Basin, and Copper Mountain. The condo is a great place to curl up on the couch in front of a roaring fire and read a great book or play games with the family. The condo is located on the 3rd floor with stair only access. Recent renovation to the exterior of the complex and a complete remodel of the kitchen and bathrooms with high-end finishes and appliances complete the package.Our spacious condo provides two bedrooms plus a loft accessed via a spiral staircase within the master bedroom. Sleeping accommodations include:- queen bed in each bedroom- double bed in the loft- double-size memory foam sofa bed in the living room- one single-size roll-away cot- one portable cribto provide comfortable and flexible sleeping for up to 8 people.Two decks for year-round enjoyment. During the ski and summer seasons (Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend), there are 4 hot tubs (2 indoor and 2 outdoor) and a full sized heated pool to look forward to after a day of enjoying all the area has to offer. The staff was excellent. I had some gear I needed to repair. The staff provided me with a small sewing kit and loaned a tool I needed. The room was clean and a great size for what I needed. Breakfast selection was excellent. I was able to get a load of laundry done. The laundry was on the same floor and was clean. Definitely would stay there again.

While the hotel was nice and had pleasant views, I would not say its worth the money. It was particularly frustrating to learn that they had no parking available other than their valet parking. And while valet parking is covered by their amenity fee (also absurd and a junk fee that is completely unnecessary) the cost of parking itself is $50 a night. So $100 in hidden fees on top of room rate.
