Our classic Wardman-style DC Rowhome is located in the vibrant Petworth neighborhood of Washington, DC and serves as the perfect jumping point for exploring the city. We are a quick 9 minute walk to the metro (93 walk score) and have tons of bus, bike, street parking, and uber/lyft options readily available.NOTE: Absolutely NO parties or events are permitted in this space.Over the last several years, we have lovingly restored this 100+ year old home. With many original features still in tact (transom windows, skylights, custom doorways and window frames, original door handles, etc.) we hope you enjoy its timelessness and character as much as we do, and give it as much care as we have!Come and go easily using our private entrances along with a fully automated check-in process.THE SPACE:In the basement you will find two bedrooms; one is furnished with a queen bed and the other with twin bunks. There is a living room area equipped with TV and futon, a newly renovated bathroom with full sized washer/dryer set, a separate workspace with desk and chair, and kitchenette (mini fridge, coffee maker, sink, and microwave) for small meal prep/coffee making!On the main level of the home you will find a spacious and welcoming living room, dining area, sunroom, half bath, and full kitchen - perfect for relaxing with loved ones after a long day of sightseeing! The kitchen is equipped with a full sized fridge/freezer, gas stove, gas oven, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The sunroom has a futon and air mattress for extra sleeping space!Upstairs you will find 3 full bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and walk-in closet, as well as an en suite full bathroom equipped with a shower, double sinks, and soaking tub (original to the home!). The second and third bedrooms have queen sized beds and share a jack-and-jill bathroom. One of the rooms has a small office off of it for those that need to get some work done, as well. The other, a cozy chair for reading that expands for additional sleeping space if needed.Fresh towels and bed linens will always be provided, as will basic soaps, shampoo, and conditioner.OUTSIDE:Enjoy the front porch furnished with rocking chairs! Off the back of the house, you will find a nice deck that leads down to a fully enclosed, private backyard. There is an additional patio space on the yard level and a secluded and private 4-6 person HOT TUB available for use under the deck!PARKING:While we do not have private parking on site, street parking is free and readily available.HOUSE RULES:1. Absolutely NO parties or events are permitted in this space. Please be respectful of our neighbors; no loud noises between 10pm and 8am.2. To reiterate, Quiet Hours are from 10pm to 8am every day of the week.3. No additional guests (anyone not listed on the reservation and included in the total guest count) unless otherwise communicated and agreed on. If this rule is violated and more guests are present on the property without the host’s knowledge and permission, a fee of $25 per person per day will be assessed. This rule is meant to prevent any dishonest behavior by all parties, to prevent any extra wear and tear on the property, and most importantly, to keep everyone safe.4. No smoking on premises of any kind (vaping included). While DC has legalized marijuana, we are NOT a 420 friendly space and do not permit its use in our home or property, including smoking outside. Smoking in the home will result in a $500 fee.5. If staying with a pet, there will be a pet fee ($75). Please give advance notice with description of pet. No cats allowed!6. 엄마와 함께 갔다. 우선 위치가 너무 안좋습니다! ! ! ***에서는 교통이 정말 편리하지만 거기 앉을 방법이 없습니다! ! ! 차가 없는 동포들은 오지 않는 것이 좋습니다. 거리는 ***, *********로 가득 차 있습니다. 그때 버스에 탄 경찰관이 다가와 우리를 괴롭히며 버스에서 내리려고 했습니다. 다행히 버스 운전사가 우리를 멈춰 세웠습니다. 묘지로 둘러싸여 있고 버려져 있습니다. 호텔 프론트 데스크의 사람들은 매우 친절하고 열정적입니다. 그런데 에어컨이 고장나서 고쳐도 나아질 수가 없어요.

Stayed four nights for a conference across the street at the Hilton. I have stayed here once before and had a good stay. It seems to have gone downhill, as the service was terrible no matter who I spoke to at the front desk. Housekeeping never came my entire stay despite: 1) being told housekeeping is every 2 days (according to one person ) or 3 days (according to a different person); 2) requesting trash pickup, extra hangars, two clean towels on Day 2 and being told it would happen while I was gone for the day; 3) requesting it again on the next day since it didn't happen previously. Again, I returned to my room at the end of the day and it had not happened. Explained this to the front desk upon checkout on Day 4 and they were ”shocked.” No attempt to rectify/compensate though. Another problem was I missed a delivery one evening because the phone was not working in my room. They never fixed it. I was dealing with a different person each time and not a single one was able to address any of the above issues. Last time I am staying here.

They provided us with a handicap room without informing us upon checking in. As the rooms had all the required facilities like hand rails etc. the mattress is also sinking especially on the left side not the Marriott standard. We had prepaid the room for 4 pax but only provide 3 pax bath towels, request the 4th pax bath towel after checking in, need to request again after we came back late night for the shower. The location is nearby the metro station.

🍃攜程上訂酒店很方便，路過在華盛頓住一晚，這個地區也不確定安不安全，反正一晚睡下來還OK，除了靠近高速還是高架路口，到晚上還比較吵，有很多那種美式特有的高分貝音樂🎵😂 🌟辦理入住很方便，需要信用卡預授權。酒店門口有停車的地方。即使晚上比較晚了也有一些人進出、辦理入住。酒店大堂24小時提供咖啡、茶🍵等，美國酒店的普遍特色。 🍴早餐就比較美式，相比還算豐富了，各類麪包、貝果🥯，酸奶、炒蛋、麥片、水果等等等，第二天發現住宿的人還挺多的。早餐補得挺勤的。 🏠房間設施都挺正常，適合睡一晚～旅遊嘛，早出晚歸的，能睡好就行。

first off, i booked a king room but was given 2 queen beds instead, they said you don’t always get that when you book through a 3rd party because they do not know what rooms are actually available, second, i requested that my room be cleaned everyday that i stayed, but was not, i had to go downstairs to ask for new towels 2 nights in a row, on the 3rd night i finally asked the front desk and they showed me a small sign that said they do not clean until your 4th day of stay, they can do a quick refresh if you ask before 9pm the night before, lastly, i was charged $41.73 on top of what i paid to Trip.com, i called to ask about it a few days after my trip when i saw it on my credit card, they said it was an amenities charge for each of the days i stayed, whaat? the only amenity i used was the elevator, never have i ever been charged for anything other than the price of the hotel, needless to say i will not be staying here again and will not recommend it to anyone

I stayed two nights on a business trip, and overall it was great. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming, and helped me with a few things throughout the stay. The lobby's nothing special - just a desk and a few steps to the elevator, and there's an underlying smell from the gas heat. The rooms themselves are great. Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, and I was given a room facing the back of the hotel so it was very quiet (I'll always choose quiet over view). There's a Welcome Hour every evening from 5-6 where you can get a glass of wine/beer or cocktail for free, which is a nice touch, and there are water refill (still or sparkling!) and ice stations on every floor. Overall, it was a great stay.

이 호텔은 임시 밤에 예약했기 때문에 말하기가 어렵습니다. 프론트 데스크에 직접 가서 방이 없다고 말했지만 Ctrip에서 예약했습니다. 객실 WiFi는 유료입니다. 프론트 데스크는 오랫동안 찾고 있습니다. 서비스는 매우 나쁩니다. The hotel is located fairly near Union station, however there is a massive problem with homeless people hanging around outside. Overall, the rooms are clean if not a little dated. We had a question over credit card charges. Our family booked the room online with Trip and the hotel preauthorised our card $340 dollars, on arrival charged $200 dollars deposit and then took a further $190 for some reason until o removed the authority on the card. A two night stay is equal to $740 dollars while we wait for refunds. The hotel could do more to make sure dangerous homeless do not wait around outside, and when there was a problem in my last night outside the security disappeared. If you want a bolt hole in Washington DC this is okay, for a family friendly environment due to problems outside and charging issues this is not the place to visit

附近租賃公寓較多，主要是送小孩留學住了幾天。酒店離華盛頓哥倫比亞特區Washington, D.C. 的安娜考斯蒂亞河很近，河邊是開放式公園，酒店每天免費前台邊冰櫃裏瓶裝水，早餐也沒人查卡。房間有電磁爐 操作枱公寓設定，沒有可開窗。街道寬闊明凈，不愧為首都，時時可見白人牽着狗悠閑地在溜彎，不像西雅圖街道狹窄且時時可見街角的黑人流浪漢，在這裏的安全感上升。

방은 정말 크고, 에어컨 통풍구가 약간 시끄럽긴 하지만 침대는 정말 편안해서 너무 좋아요. 객실에 전자레인지가 있을 줄은 몰랐고, 아래층에 슈퍼마켓이 있어서 데운 음식을 사서 호텔로 돌아와서 먹을 수도 있어요. 위치는 괜찮았어요, 유니언 스테이션에서 도보로 약 13분 거리에 있어요(첫 번째 스크린샷은 그날 밤 제 내비**션이었어요). 저 같은 여자가 밤 10시에 걸어서 가기에는 비교적 안전했어요. 호텔은 캐피톨에서 멀지 않아요. 저는 첫날 우버를 타고 갔어요(약 16달러). 밤에 호텔로 돌아왔을 때 길을 알아냈어요. 둘째 날에는 걸어서 갔어요. 유니언 스테이션을 지나서 멀지 않고, 도착하는 데 약 15분이 걸렸어요. 호텔 바로 옆에는 도보로 단 2분 거리에 지하철역이 있습니다. 전반적으로 괜찮습니다.
