Welcome to our quaint, charming and lovely vacation home! Here you will enjoy the peace and amazing views of the mountains; perfect and marvelous getaway.Cabin charm!! With irreplaceable views all around the complex. Close to Highway 40 and just 4 miles from Winter Park Ski Resort, which offers free parking. The WINTER shuttle service is also right on the corner, visible from the unit, this will take you into town or directly to Winter Park Resort. This Unit has 3 bedrooms each with its own FULL size bathroom! On the main floor of the unit, is the Master with a Queen size bed, private bath and private patio. The second bedroom on this floor, comes with twin beds and a full size hallway bathroom. The Upper Loft area is your second Master suite, with Queen size bed, private bath and a wet bar. You will find the stackable washer and dryer on this floor as well, for your use. The unit sleeps 6 comfortably, but does offer a queen size sleeper sofa for other 2 guests. Fully stocked kitchen with all the necessities to have meals in during your stay, with the local Safeway grocery store conveniently 2 miles away. The location is also very close and convenient to the local restaurants as well.This unit is clean and features all the amenities needed for your stay. It offers two great balconies, one off the living room with GREAT views; the other balcony off the master bedroom. You will also have access to the outdoor hot tub and exercise facility (Covid could limit availability and access to these facilities). This unit offers garage parking as well. Stairs are involved. The Town of Winter Park sets a Winter and Summer season which are subject to change at the discretion of Winter Park. The Winter Season offers per night paid garage parking and the Summer Season offers free garage parking, however a nightly $99.00 fee will apply if you do not complete your reservation prior to your check-in date..- Building Amenities ("Amenities Deck" - Hot Tubs, Grill Stations, etc): Resort amenities are controlled and maintained by the Winter Park Resort. Elevations Destinations by Portoro has no control, nor can be held responsible for any closures or mechanical issues. Hours are set by the Resort and any afterhours access will be considered a trespassing violation by the Resort with possible fines and/or removal from the premises without refund.- Ski Locker: Your reservation includes a complimentary ski locker. Access information will be included in your check-in details. Skis and snowboards cannot be in the property or on patios/balconies, violations will incur penalty fees.- Bike / Bicycle Storage: Your reservation includes a complimentary bike storage in the parking garage. Access information will be included in your check-in details. BIkes / Bicycles cannot be in the property or on patios/balconies, violations will incur penalty fees.- Do not leave trash or recycles in the common areas or hallways of the building. There are clearly marked Trash Rooms in the building on each floor by the elevator. Any violations will incur a $100.00 fine for each occurrence will be the responsibility of the guest.*Service Animals: Elevations Destinations by Portoro is committed to providing reasonable accommodation to protect the rights of guests with disabilities to bring service animals (excludes emotional support animals) under the terms of The Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you need a service animal to ease the symptoms of a disability (as defined under the above Acts), and have the Animal/Pet Fee waived, submit a request in writing to Elevations Destinations by Portoro and include whether or not the service animal is required because of a disability as well as what work or task the service animal has been trained to perform. Any unauthorized animals/pets at the property will result in a $150.00 per day / per animal/pet fee, and may result in your reservation being canceled, and you may be required to vacate from the Property.

처음에는 찾기가 조금 어려웠지만 전화를 걸어 위치를 쉽게 찾을 수 있었습니다. 객실은 우리 가족에게 완벽했으며 가습기와 가운과 같은 작은 손길도 포함되었습니다. 우리는 그것을 즐겼고 다시 머물 것입니다.

The condo was in a perfect location to the Winter Park activities. The Gondala, alpine slide, golf, ect. It was right across the street. The condo was nice and clean. Comfortable beds. The community hot tub was an added bonus! The only negative was the check in insturctions. They gave the correct address for the condo but check in is across the street at a totally different place. The Zephyr is where you check in for the Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe.
