Looking for a gorgeous luxury home in the heart of Dunedin? This one of a kind gem will not disappoint! With 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, TWO kitchens and TWO separate living rooms, this beautiful, spacious, luxury home is perfect for family gatherings and relaxing vacations with friends. Tremendous amounts of attention to detail went into all aspects of this home, from marble floors throughout, one of a kind high-end light fixtures, a large in-ground pebble coated swimming pool with 2 waterfalls, one of which spills over from the luxurious jetted in-ground heated spa. The interior of this home is brimming with virtually every amenity you could think of to make this the perfect place to relax and enjoy your time here, from 2 fully stocked kitchens, 3 giant smart TVs including an 85" 3D TV with 3D viewing glasses, tons of sitting and gathering spaces in the TWO living rooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), lots of board games and family friendly activities. Each bedroom is spacious and located in a manner that allows privacy in each room. The backyard is meticulously appointed as well, with a 2-story screen enclosure, a brand-new BBQ grill, outdoor dining furniture, pool floats and lounge chairs for sun bathing. The space: Drive up to a truly unique, 2 story home in charming Dunedin, just minutes away from Honeymoon Island State Park and Clearwater Beach. Walking in, your welcomed by vaulted ceilings, crystal chandeliers and layout that feels like two homes in one. But don't worry, this home is as comfortable as it is gorgeous. Upstairs you'll find the stunning open kitchen, with a huge granite countertop island, that practically begs you cook meals at home, even with all of the incredible restaurants Dunedin has to offer. The custom hardwood dining table seats 8 comfortably (plus a high chair for those traveling with little ones). The Main Living Room is located just off the dining room. In addition to being extremely spacious and having tons of seating space for quality gatherings, it has an 85-inch Roku TV (with 3D glasses!), perfect for movie night. The living room also has access to a second floor balcony to enjoy the Florida sunsets and weather. There are TWO Master Bedrooms, both with King beds and their own truly stunning ensuite bathrooms. While researching hotels, I visited this property a month before my arrival to make sure the accommodation would work for my purposes. At that time, I was shown a specific layout for the 1 bedroom queen beds configuration. The front desk attendant specified the description of the room that I should book when I made the reservation. I made the reservation based on their information and the room I was shown. A month later when I check in, I am given a room half the size of the one I was shown. I tell the front desk that it was not what I was told and I am unhappy with the room and I need the bigger room. The gas let me and told me that they had already given me the biggest room they had. I'm not kidding when it was literally half the size of the one I previewed. I walked the front desk attendance to the door of the room I was shown and was assured that those rooms are the same size and they couldn't be shown to me at that time because they were occupied. I had to cancel most of the event I had planned due to lack of space and lost revenue I would have earned giving a workshop to paying pupils. Complete bait and switch. Avoid this property.

일주일 조금 더 여기에 머물렀다. 깨끗한 객실, 친절한 직원. 좋은 수영장 지역. 위치는 많은 것에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 근처에 라틴 상점과 훌륭한 아침 식사 장소가 있습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 잘 보관되었습니다. 합리적인 가격으로 매우 조용한 뒷면. 애완 동물은 환영하며 오래된 테니스 코트 옆 건물 뒤편에 개 공원이었던 것을 가지고 있습니다. 그들은 지금도 개조하고 있습니다. 프론트 오피스의 아침 식사는 꽤 기본적이었습니다 ... 시리얼 커피 ... 과일 ... 댄스와 요구르트. 나는이 장소를 추천한다 ... 새로운 관리가 훌륭한 일을하고있다. 🤗😁

While researching hotels, I visited this property a month before my arrival to make sure the accommodation would work for my purposes. At that time, I was shown a specific layout for the 1 bedroom queen beds configuration. The front desk attendant specified the description of the room that I should book when I made the reservation. I made the reservation based on their information and the room I was shown. A month later when I check in, I am given a room half the size of the one I was shown. I tell the front desk that it was not what I was told and I am unhappy with the room and I need the bigger room. The gas let me and told me that they had already given me the biggest room they had. I'm not kidding when it was literally half the size of the one I previewed. I walked the front desk attendance to the door of the room I was shown and was assured that those rooms are the same size and they couldn't be shown to me at that time because they were occupied. I had to cancel most of the event I had planned due to lack of space and lost revenue I would have earned giving a workshop to paying pupils. Complete bait and switch. Avoid this property.

酒店是真的非常非常漂亮，乾淨，舒服。 因為我們去的時候颶風剛過，泳池和海邊都不讓去，但是酒店免費給我們做了升級，7樓還是9樓忘記了，總之這是我住的唯一一個在房間可以看到東邊日出，西邊日落的酒店。 服務員的服務態度也超級好。 唯一不滿意的地方就是提前不知道上網收錢，最後收了7.89美金的上網費。 晚餐在酒店吃的，味道也很不錯。
