오래된 호텔이지만 편의 시설이 좋습니다. 매우 조용하고 도시에서 멀리 떨어져 있습니다. 평범한 일상과 다른 것을 원한다면, 심지어 주말에도요. 이곳은 휴식을 취하고 긴장을 풀기에 좋은 곳입니다.

가야티에 위치한 이 호텔은 정말 마음에 들었습니다. 조금 고립되어 있고 객실이 약간 엉뚱하게 구성되어 있었습니다. 욕실에 가려면 계단을 이용해야 했지만 이 지역에서 업무를 본다면 꼭 가봐야 할 곳입니다. 호텔은 깨끗했고, 직원들은 매우 친절했으며, 가격도 저렴했습니다. 한 가지 불만이 있다면 수영장 옆 화면에서 자정이 지나서도 인도 음악이 크게 흘러나왔다는 점인데, 리셉션에 전화했더니 바로 꺼주었습니다.

Staff re very good. But when the hotel manager change , service become poor. We don't comfortable to hotel after work not like before. The hotel becomes jail for us.maybe if this lady go from here, hotel service will be back to normal with good hospitality. This morning I had my breakfast and people watching us and follow up I am just holding a tissue, we are working so hard and our company is paying money to this hotel no problem when staff informing don't take anything from restaurant but with small peace of bites in our hand it this correct? I think you management should orient the hotel manager and don't put lady as hotel manager you need professional not a person who talks to staff just to watch us and knowing that we can understand what she speaks ..talk privately in your office .

Staffs are good and very helpful , food was nice and it's lots of improvement , over all hotel is excellent and even I can rate as 5star , thank you for the hospitality of the team , also the gym facility was amazing, expect to the management I don'tike the way you handle guest specially we stay for almost 5months now suddenly your service change. I still recommend this hotel for everyone , excellent hospitality and staff

Staff are very approachable and good, but when the pilipina manger join I notice people change and treat us like enemy or homeless , that lady everytime we will eat she will look at us like we are not paying, she's talking to staff to check up and Sims everyone looking to us like we are Alibaba. If this attitude not top I will make big complain in my company and we will go from this hotel very bad attitude lady

Rina and her team as amazing. We were having our house painted and couldn’t stay home that night. I called a few hours before we arrived. Rina was amazing. Room was great. Food was great. I would just like to suggest you guys add something yummy for kids that’s not spicy. We did however request and it was delicious. Thank yiu all for a lovely stay.

Hotel is very nice, we are staying here since 2 months and everything is perfect. Very big and spacious Rooms, All the staff is very helpful and cooperative. Food is very nice and tasty. Overall the service is amazing. The pool, gym and spa service is also nice.

We were 2 families with 2 kids from Sharjah and stayed for 2 days. An amazing facility and really pleasant and clean rooms. The hotel is located in a peaceful environment and a morning walk is a must . The staff were very professional and always welcoming with a smile. A special thanks to Mr.Rashini ,Mr. Attaullah and Ms.Jonalyn for arranging our anniversary cake as requested and for the complimentary room upgrade. the only advice i would like to give is to increase breakfast options as it was very limited. apart from this our stay was just perfect . Thank you for giving us such a good experience. special note : there are veryyy few restaurant options near the hotel and Panoor restaurant in the LULU mall is an absolute NOOOO NOOOO. Burger hut and Fawael cafeteria is an ok option
