Prime Marina District location, just a few blocks from San Francisco Bay, Palace of Fine Arts, Crissy Field, Marina Green and Fort Mason. 4,100+ square foot home built in 1926 and fully remodeled retaining its old world charm.With five formal bedrooms and four full baths, two families with children can enjoy their privacy, while sharing common spaces including the formal living room, sun room for games, media room, deck off the spacious master bedroom and pleasant back yard. Ideal for family reunions and vacations, corporate relocations, conference attendees, or wedding parties, the sprawling home is located in one of the most convenient and desirable neighborhoods of San Francisco. TECHNOLOGY The house is WiFi enabled throughout. We offer three large smart HDTVs with surround sound, DirecTV's Entertainment Package including 150+ channels including all the top entertainment and news channels, plus all the major sports networks. Additionally, internet access for you to log into your own Netflix, Amazon Prime and other accounts. We also offer DVD and CD players, and am/fm stereo. GROUND FLOOREnter the ground floor foyer with spacious coat closet, hat rack and umbrella holder.Past the 2-car tandem garage, you will find the media room with adjacent full bath including a shower over the bathtub. French doors open onto a patio with a heat lamp, dining table and chairs, two lounge chairs, and a BBQ grill. The ground floor utility room contains a second refrigerator/freezer and second washing machine/dryer set.MAIN FLOORUp one flight of stairs you will find the main entertaining areas. Formal living room with comfortable seating area, large west-facing windows, a fireplace, baby grand piano, HD TV with surround sound, DirecTV's Entertainment Package including 150+ channels including all the top entertainment and news channels, plus all the major sports networks, internet access for Netflix and Amazon Prime, DVD and CD players, and am/fm stereo.The adjacent dining room has a sturdy and spacious table that can be expanded with leaves to accommodate up to twelve diners comfortably. Gourmet kitchen features high-end stainless steel appliances including a Thermador Range with 4 burners and built-in griddle, Venmar hood with heat lamps, Jenn-Air double oven, Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer, quiet Bosch dishwasher (installed in 2017), plus a 2-person breakfast table. Also on this floor are two bedrooms, one full bath with shower over tub, and a sunroom stocked with a wide assortment of family games. TOP FLOORUpstairs you will find the elegant 900-square foot master bedroom with jetted bathtub, double-headed shower with skylight above, his and her sinks and a separate room for the toilet. French doors open to a private deck with city views, a table for four and a sun umbrella. On this floor, there are two additional bedrooms (queen and full beds), another full bath with shower over tub, plus a front-loading HE clothes washer and dryer.NEIGHBORHOODHead north 1 ½ blocks and you’ll find San Francisco Bay. Stroll down to see the boats of the Marina, walk on groomed paths or the sandy beaches of Crissy Field where you’ll see the best kite boarders and wind surfers playing in the water. On calmer days you’re more likely to spot a sea lion bobbing in the surf, and occasionally a dolphin or even a grey whale. Continue to historic Fort Point at the base of the Golden Gate Bridge, just two miles west, where surfers hang ten when he conditions are right. or take the more rigorous hiking paths up the hill to walk across the iconic bridge itself. This part of the Presidio houses many entertaining public venues including Planet Granite climbing gym, Batter’s Box batting cages and House of Air trampoline park. Don’t miss the swans, turtles, koi fish and other wildlife including herons and egrets abundant in the pond adjacent to the 100+-year-old Neo Classical Palace of Fine Arts, one of the city’s most popular and picturesque photo backdrops, just two blocks from the house.Head south four blocks and you’ll find yourself in the heart of the Marina’s commercial center-- Chestnut Street-- packed with lively restaurants, cafes, and boutiques. It’s also a great place to pick up some local honey or olives to bring home as a souvenir. Gorgeous buildings give a combination of city life and the Presidio Forest.Safe, low density, we are conveniently between the Marina, Fisherman's Wharf, the Golden Gate Bridge, NOPA & Golden Gate Park. Plus free, accessible street parking!The spaceYour private two room unit faces our lovely garden . You have a sleeping room, en suite bathroom with shower (no tub), and a cozy kitchenette/sitting area with sink, microwave, compact refrigerator, Keurig, coffee maker, French Press, rice maker and toaster.Please understand though there is a microwave oven, there is no stove.The bed is queen size. We provide wifi and limited tv reception along with Netflix streaming.A great plus for drivers: Street parking is free and commonly available, a rarity on the north side of San Francisco. There is a three hour limit on weekdays between 9-4 and we can assist you regarding time restrictions. On weekends, there are no restrictions.We are just a short walk from b. Patisserie, a James Beard Award winner, in one direction and in the other direction to Arsicault, a winner of Bon Appetite's Bakery of the Year for their croissants.We follow Airbnb's Cleaning Protocols, and we always have taken cleanliness extremely seriously. Unterkunft war sauber in perfekter Lage für 3 Nächte um San Francisco und Umgebung zu erkunden. Das mit dem Warmwasser geschilderte Problem hatte wir nicht. Das Personal am Empfang war etwas unfreundlich, die Zimmermädchen dafür aber sehr nett und entgegen kommend.

침대 3개인 방을 예약해서 넓게 잘 사용했네요^^ 바로 앞에 한인마켓도 있고 음식점도 가까이에 있어서 위치가 정말 좋습니다. 하지만 호텔이 너무 오래돼고 낡아서 룸에 먼지가 너무 많아서 재채기가 많이 났습니다.

호텔은 피셔맨스 와프 39번지와 매우 가까워서 위치가 좋습니다. 프런트 데스크 서비스와 아침 식사가 좋았고, 주변 지역도 비교적 안전했습니다. 주차요금은 하루 75달러로 너무 비싼 편이지만, 중년의 발렛파킹 직원의 서비스 태도는 매우 좋았고, 호텔에 대한 전반적인 만족도는 높습니다.

가족 모텔의 등급이며 가격이 있습니다. 자동차로 운전하고 주차하는 것이 편리합니다. 위치는 매우 좋고 부두와 매우 가깝고 교통이 편리하며 모든 명소까지 걸어 갈 수 있습니다. 걷는 것이 두렵다면 외출은 온갖 차들입니다. 불행히도 객실 시설이 너무 낡았고 서비스 직원이 제 시간에 방을 청소하지 않았습니다. 팁을 커피 테이블에 올려 놓았지만 돌아 왔을 때 여전히 우리가 외출했을 때의 모습이었습니다. 다행히도 나는 이틀 밤 동안 머물렀고 신경 쓰지 않았습니다. 치과용 슬리퍼는 제공되지 않으므로 직접 가져 오십시오.

It was great visiting the city of San Francisco again after 40 odd years but very depressing to see so many homeless and down and out people on the streets. Visited a couple of great diners, one just up the street from Herbert Hotel and did all the usual tourist things again!!

위치: 피셔맨스 워프(Fisherman's Wharf), HYDE 및 MASON 터미널에서 멀지 않으며 도보 거리에 많은 레스토랑이 있으며 렌터카 지점에서도 멀지 않습니다. 아침 식사: 상대적으로 풍부하고 배불리 먹을 수 있습니다. 하루 두 끼 식사입니다. 방: 샴푸와 샤워젤이 있어서 꽤 만족스럽습니다. 하지만 미국에서 흔히 볼 수 있는 슬리퍼, 칫솔, 빗은 없습니다. 교통 : 공항에서 호텔까지 택시 이용시 교통체증 여부에 따라 약 30분 정도 소요됩니다. 단점: 호텔은 체크인 시 1인당 생수 1병만 제공하며, 며칠 동안 숙박하더라도 한 번만 제공됩니다. 방음이 되지 않고 위층으로 걸어가거나 전원을 켤 때 소음이 조금 들립니다. 옆집의 불빛. 가격 대비 성능은 괜찮습니다. 특히 아침 식사가 좋습니다.

나는 멋진 경험을 했다! 강력 추천! 이 곳은 샌프란시스코 역사의 한 조각입니다. 아름다운 스테인드 글라스 창문과 장식용 나무 장식. 각 객실은 독특한 앤티크 가구와 예술품으로 장식되어 있습니다. 같은 장식을 가진 두 개의 방은 없습니다. 직원들은 호텔에 자부심을 느낍니다. 모두가 환영했고 내가 머무는 것을 즐기고 있다는 것을 진심으로 걱정했습니다. 그들은 정말 좋은 무료 커피를 가지고 있으며 모든 세면 도구는 욕실에 있으므로 샴푸 나 비누를 가져올 필요가 없습니다. 공용 욕실이 어떻게 작동하는지 확신이 서지 않았지만 결국 괜찮 았습니다. 개별 샤워실과 욕실이 많이 있습니다. 나는 결코 기다릴 필요가 없었고 각 화장실이나 샤워 시설은 뒤에 잠긴 문이있는 자체 방이므로 아무도 당신을 들어 오지 않습니다. 완전한 프라이버시. 위치도 좋아요! 아래층에는 멋진 이탈리안 레스토랑이 있습니다. 호텔은 깨끗하고 위치도 좋고 전망도 좋지만 시설은 기본적입니다. 유일한 단점은 씨트 립에서 예약 한 객실이 복도의 엘리베이터 입구에 첫 번째 객실이고 엘리베이터와 자판기와 가까워 시끄럽다는 것입니다! ! ! ! 호텔 난방 및 에어컨 숙박 첫날 밤에 고장이 나서 방을 바꿀 수밖에 없었습니다. 그러나 Ctrip은 원래 비용을 절약하고 Xiaohongshu로 예약하고 싶었지만 나중에 많은 사기를 발견했습니다. . Ctrip은 신뢰할 수 있고 적시에 문제를 해결할 수 있습니다. 앞으로 체크인할 때도 Ctrip을 선택하겠습니다. 특히 해외에서는 씨트립을 선택하고 사소한 이득에 욕심을 내지 않는 것이 좋습니다.

호텔은 도심의 Union Square에 위치하고 있으며 교통이 매우 편리합니다. 당당 버스 터미널에서 도보로 5 분 거리입니다. Bart 역에는 많은 버스가 있으며 30 번째 출입구는 San Francisco Golden Gate Bridge에 직접 도달 할 수 있습니다. 아침 식사는 반대 스타 벅스에서 정할 수 있습니다. 방에 사진이 없어서 죄송합니다. 현대적인 장식은 기본적으로 깨끗합니다. 유일한 문제는 도심에 노숙자가 너무 많다는 것입니다. 너무 늦으면 외출하지 않는 것이 좋습니다.
