Carriage House Studio in the Heart of DC

Our recently renovated carriage house studio is located in one of DC's best neighborhoods, just two blocks from bustling 14th Street (Logan Circle), 17th Street (Dupont Circle), and U Street. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, and stores within a couple of blocks. It's also close to downtown DC with the White House about a mile away and the National Mall close by! Our studio is the perfect location for visiting friends, sightseeing, and exploring all that DC has to offer.There are several bus stops nearby, two separate metro/subway stations that are each about a ten-minute walk, and multiple Capital Bikeshare stations a couple of blocks in all directions.You access the carriage house studio via the alley behind our home. You enter through the garage by entering a garage door code. The studio is on the second floor. It is one large room with a kitchenette.The kitchenette has a mini-fridge with freezer, microwave, hot plate, Keurig, and drip coffee maker. The studio itself has several windows, A/C, heat, a ceiling fan, ample closet space, and a combo washer & dryer. The full bathroom is in a separate room.Please note that the studio has a steeper than normal staircase to enter and exit. The stairwell has a handrail and is well lit. The backyard courtyard cannot be used.For the streets closest to the carriage house, we can provide you a free parking permit that allows you to park nearby in all areas marked as Zone 2 parking. In order to receive a permit, you can send us your state, license plate number, and make/color of your car. We will print you a copy of the permit that you can leave on the dashboard. Please note that the parking permit is only valid on the surrounding streets and is not valid in all of DC. Please also pay close attention to street sweeping signs to avoid tickets. While the carriage house is located in one of DC’s safest neighborhoods, please do not leave anything visible in your car.For public transportation, nearby there are bus stops, two metro/subway stations, multiple Capital Bikeshare stations, rentable electric scooters & bikes, and plenty of Ubers/Lyfts/taxis. 호텔 위치는 매우 좋고 매우 조용하며 외출 할 버스가 있으며 백악관과 같은 주요 명소에서 멀지 않아 매우 편리합니다. 시설은 매우 완벽하지만 매우 감각적이지만 1 층의 작은 공공 식당, 전자 레인지, 커피, 온수가 가장 좋습니다. 보습 컵을 사용하여 음료를 마실 수 있습니다. 사장님은 매우 좋았습니다. 예약 된 큰 침대 방은 트윈 룸을 주었고 매우 편안했습니다. 근처에 몇 걸음 떨어진 작은 슈퍼마켓이 있으며, 먹지 않는 상점도 있습니다. 실제로 저렴한 선택입니다.

캡슐 호텔의 아이디어를 사랑하고 프라이버시를 즐기십시오. 그러나 캡슐에는 전원이 공급되지 않는 USB 포트만 있었고 충전을 매우 실망스럽고 긴 노력으로 만든 파워포인트가 없었습니다. 많은 음식과 바, 길 건너편에 있는 cvs와 모퉁이를 돌면 지하철도 가깝습니다. 삶을 매우 쉽게 만들었습니다. trip.com 앱이 주세를 받지 않기 때문에 체크인 과정이 성가셨습니다. 도착 시 자체 체크인을 할 수 없었기 때문에 건물 앞에서 4 시간을 기다려야했습니다. 오후 6시 체크인 시간 슬롯에 가방을 들고 오전 10시에서 오후 1시, 오후 6시에서 오후 10시 체크인. 각 층에는 지하에 화장실과 샤워 시설이 있었고 주요 청소 문제는 없어 보였습니다.

엄마와 함께 갔다. 우선 위치가 너무 안좋습니다! ! ! ***에서는 교통이 정말 편리하지만 거기 앉을 방법이 없습니다! ! ! 차가 없는 동포들은 오지 않는 것이 좋습니다. 거리는 ***, *********로 가득 차 있습니다. 그때 버스에 탄 경찰관이 다가와 우리를 괴롭히며 버스에서 내리려고 했습니다. 다행히 버스 운전사가 우리를 멈춰 세웠습니다. 묘지로 둘러싸여 있고 버려져 있습니다. 호텔 프론트 데스크의 사람들은 매우 친절하고 열정적입니다. 그런데 에어컨이 고장나서 고쳐도 나아질 수가 없어요.

Stayed four nights for a conference across the street at the Hilton. I have stayed here once before and had a good stay. It seems to have gone downhill, as the service was terrible no matter who I spoke to at the front desk. Housekeeping never came my entire stay despite: 1) being told housekeeping is every 2 days (according to one person ) or 3 days (according to a different person); 2) requesting trash pickup, extra hangars, two clean towels on Day 2 and being told it would happen while I was gone for the day; 3) requesting it again on the next day since it didn't happen previously. Again, I returned to my room at the end of the day and it had not happened. Explained this to the front desk upon checkout on Day 4 and they were ”shocked.” No attempt to rectify/compensate though. Another problem was I missed a delivery one evening because the phone was not working in my room. They never fixed it. I was dealing with a different person each time and not a single one was able to address any of the above issues. Last time I am staying here.

They provided us with a handicap room without informing us upon checking in. As the rooms had all the required facilities like hand rails etc. the mattress is also sinking especially on the left side not the Marriott standard. We had prepaid the room for 4 pax but only provide 3 pax bath towels, request the 4th pax bath towel after checking in, need to request again after we came back late night for the shower. The location is nearby the metro station.

캡슐 호텔의 아이디어를 사랑하고 프라이버시를 즐기십시오. 그러나 캡슐에는 전원이 공급되지 않는 USB 포트만 있었고 충전을 매우 실망스럽고 긴 노력으로 만든 파워포인트가 없었습니다. 많은 음식과 바, 길 건너편에 있는 cvs와 모퉁이를 돌면 지하철도 가깝습니다. 삶을 매우 쉽게 만들었습니다. trip.com 앱이 주세를 받지 않기 때문에 체크인 과정이 성가셨습니다. 도착 시 자체 체크인을 할 수 없었기 때문에 건물 앞에서 4 시간을 기다려야했습니다. 오후 6시 체크인 시간 슬롯에 가방을 들고 오전 10시에서 오후 1시, 오후 6시에서 오후 10시 체크인. 각 층에는 지하에 화장실과 샤워 시설이 있었고 주요 청소 문제는 없어 보였습니다.

조지 타운 중심의 훌륭한 호텔. 훌륭한 서비스, 최고 수준의 피트니스 시설, 매우 좋은 레스토랑. Four Seasons의 모든 직원은 매우 친절하고 도움이됩니다. 매우 조용하고 잘 꾸며진 객실. 업그레이드되어 기뻤으며 여행 코인을 사용하여 약간의 비용을 절감 할 수있었습니다. 다시 돌아 오기를 바랍니다!

first off, i booked a king room but was given 2 queen beds instead, they said you don’t always get that when you book through a 3rd party because they do not know what rooms are actually available, second, i requested that my room be cleaned everyday that i stayed, but was not, i had to go downstairs to ask for new towels 2 nights in a row, on the 3rd night i finally asked the front desk and they showed me a small sign that said they do not clean until your 4th day of stay, they can do a quick refresh if you ask before 9pm the night before, lastly, i was charged $41.73 on top of what i paid to Trip.com, i called to ask about it a few days after my trip when i saw it on my credit card, they said it was an amenities charge for each of the days i stayed, whaat? the only amenity i used was the elevator, never have i ever been charged for anything other than the price of the hotel, needless to say i will not be staying here again and will not recommend it to anyone

I stayed two nights on a business trip, and overall it was great. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming, and helped me with a few things throughout the stay. The lobby's nothing special - just a desk and a few steps to the elevator, and there's an underlying smell from the gas heat. The rooms themselves are great. Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, and I was given a room facing the back of the hotel so it was very quiet (I'll always choose quiet over view). There's a Welcome Hour every evening from 5-6 where you can get a glass of wine/beer or cocktail for free, which is a nice touch, and there are water refill (still or sparkling!) and ice stations on every floor. Overall, it was a great stay.

이 호텔은 임시 밤에 예약했기 때문에 말하기가 어렵습니다. 프론트 데스크에 직접 가서 방이 없다고 말했지만 Ctrip에서 예약했습니다. 객실 WiFi는 유료입니다. 프론트 데스크는 오랫동안 찾고 있습니다. 서비스는 매우 나쁩니다. Só não tem a avaliação total porque no último dia no quarto 920 às 6 a.m algo dentro do quarto, parecia o ar condicionado, começou a fazer um barulho imenso que acordou os meus pais. The hotel is located fairly near Union station, however there is a massive problem with homeless people hanging around outside. Overall, the rooms are clean if not a little dated. We had a question over credit card charges. Our family booked the room online with Trip and the hotel preauthorised our card $340 dollars, on arrival charged $200 dollars deposit and then took a further $190 for some reason until o removed the authority on the card. A two night stay is equal to $740 dollars while we wait for refunds. The hotel could do more to make sure dangerous homeless do not wait around outside, and when there was a problem in my last night outside the security disappeared. If you want a bolt hole in Washington DC this is okay, for a family friendly environment due to problems outside and charging issues this is not the place to visit

附近租賃公寓較多，主要是送小孩留學住了幾天。酒店離華盛頓哥倫比亞特區Washington, D.C. 的安娜考斯蒂亞河很近，河邊是開放式公園，酒店每天免費前台邊冰櫃裏瓶裝水，早餐也沒人查卡。房間有電磁爐 操作枱公寓設定，沒有可開窗。街道寬闊明凈，不愧為首都，時時可見白人牽着狗悠閑地在溜彎，不像西雅圖街道狹窄且時時可見街角的黑人流浪漢，在這裏的安全感上升。

방은 정말 크고, 에어컨 통풍구가 약간 시끄럽긴 하지만 침대는 정말 편안해서 너무 좋아요. 객실에 전자레인지가 있을 줄은 몰랐고, 아래층에 슈퍼마켓이 있어서 데운 음식을 사서 호텔로 돌아와서 먹을 수도 있어요. 위치는 괜찮았어요, 유니언 스테이션에서 도보로 약 13분 거리에 있어요(첫 번째 스크린샷은 그날 밤 제 내비**션이었어요). 저 같은 여자가 밤 10시에 걸어서 가기에는 비교적 안전했어요. 호텔은 캐피톨에서 멀지 않아요. 저는 첫날 우버를 타고 갔어요(약 16달러). 밤에 호텔로 돌아왔을 때 길을 알아냈어요. 둘째 날에는 걸어서 갔어요. 유니언 스테이션을 지나서 멀지 않고, 도착하는 데 약 15분이 걸렸어요. 호텔 바로 옆에는 도보로 단 2분 거리에 지하철역이 있습니다. 전반적으로 괜찮습니다.
